The Morning Dispatch is our planned daily newsletter: a short, calm read built for the first few minutes of your day. It is designed to tell you what changed overnight, what is worth understanding, and what is going well, without the frantic tone that makes many mornings feel heavier than they need to be.
Launch status
The list is not live yet. This page includes a sign-up form added by the site, but at launch any address you type is saved on your own device only. It is not sent to us or to a mailing service, and we cannot email you from it. When a real list is connected, we will say so here and explain how addresses are handled before collecting any.
What will be inside
- The 24 Brief. The top developments across our desks, each in a sentence or two, so you can scan the day in about a minute.
- One deep dive. A single story worth slowing down for, chosen for what it explains rather than how loudly it is shouting.
- One Bright 24 item. A piece of genuine progress, from a clean-energy pilot to a medical advance, reported with the same care as any other story, including what is not yet known.
- Markets in one paragraph. A plain-language sense of the mood in financial markets, written without a column of numbers. It explains and does not advise.
When and how often
The plan is a daily edition, timed to arrive around 6:00 AM in your local time. It is meant to be free. We aim to keep each issue short enough to finish with your coffee and to skip days only when there is a clear reason, which we would state.
Unsubscribing and your data
Every issue will include a one-click unsubscribe link, and leaving will not require a login, a survey or a pleading message. We will collect only what is needed to send the newsletter, which is your email address, and we do not plan to sell it. If we use a delivery service, we will name the category of provider in our Privacy Policy. Questions can go to [email protected].
What you can do today
Until the list is live, you can read the site directly, bookmark stories to your saved shelf, follow by RSS if your reader supports it, and use the form here to try the sign-up experience. If you have ideas for what a good morning briefing should include, write to [email protected].
Our promise on tone
We want you to finish the Dispatch informed and steady. That means no manufactured urgency, no alarming subject lines and no guilt for not opening it.
