Rihanna is making a very big fashion statement during a New York City outing with A$AP Rocky on Thursday (June 6).

The 36-year-old “Diamonds” diva sported a bright blue graphic t-shirt that read “I’m Retired.” She paired the attention-grabbing top with a bright green bag, red sneakers, sunglasses and a long skirt.

Her shirt comes amid an extended wait to hear new music from the singer.

While Rihanna has been teasing new music for a while now, she unleashed her last album ANTi in 2016. Just a few weeks ago, she explained why it’s taken her so long to release new music.

Even though she appears to be making a cheeky statement, it’s worth pointing out that Rihanna certainly isn’t totally retiring from the spotlight. She’s kept very busy with a multitude of other projects during the gap between albums. In fact, earlier this week she revealed plans to expand her brand with a new business!
