The 2024 Gala Des Pièces Jaunes recently took place at Accor Arena in Paris on January 27, with BLACKPINK‘s Lisa and Stray Kids joining the event’s star-studded line-up.
One global celebrity spotted among the attendees was Barbadian singer, actress, and entrepreneur Rihanna.
After spotting the iconic artist in the crowd, many netizens were thrilled that Rihanna was able to enjoy the separate, stunning performances by Lisa and Stray Kids.
Many hoped she would be able to interact with the 4th gen group and BLACKPINK’s Lisa during or after the show.
Luckily for BLINKs, their dreams came true after Lisa confirmed the two worldwide stars crossed paths with a recently uploaded photo on her personal Instagram.
In the photo, Lisa and Rihanna are smiling, standing side by side, looking gorgeous in their designer outfits.
This may not have been the first time they crossed paths, as BLACKPINK’s Lisa reportedly attended American rapper and producer Jay-Z‘s birthday in December 2023, a party that Rihanna also reportedly attended.
