A$AP On Tuesday afternoon, Rocky was in New York City with partner Rihanna’s kid RZA, acting as his dad.

His sighting comes after Rihanna had to abruptly postpone their presence at Monday’s Met Gala due to what People said was a flu-related illness.

On Tuesday, the 35-year-old rapper—who was born Rakim Athelaston Mayers—appeared to be a devoted father as he held his oldest kid, RZA, who turns two on May 13.

Riot Rose Mayers, who is nine months old, and RZA Athelaston Mayers, who is 36, are A$AP and Rihanna’s two kids together.

For his father-son outing on Tuesday, A$AP sported a black and white Puma shirt with shorts, matching socks, and sneakers.

RZA looked gorgeous in a checkered pair of orange and cream with blue sneakers.

After being lifelong friends, Rihanna and A$AP began dating in January 2020. On May 13, 2022, they welcomed son RZA, and on August 1, 2023, they welcomed son Riot.

Since then, their connection has only become better.

Two days before the Met Gala, on Saturday, Rihanna was spotted in Miami with A$AP at his Puma pop-up store.

At the Miami event, she made her hair debut in a vibrant shade of pink, raising speculation that it might go well with her Met Gala outfit.

In an interview with Extra on April 27, Rihanna discussed her planned Met Gala ensemble.

While attending an event for the Fenty Beauty line in Los Angeles, she told the outlet, “I’m actually just keeping it real simple this year.”

“Very easy… It will depend, I believe, on how my hair and cosmetics turn out. I don’t know what I’m going to do with that, but we want to experiment with it.

stating that in comparison to all she has done, the ensemble would be “very simple-ish.”
