Even after 21 years of his NBA career, LeBron James manages to impress with his exceptional basketball abilities. Be it against some opponents or in training, the 4-time champion gives his 100% to the sport. Seeing him intensely work out on the first training session, USA head coach Steve Kerr was stunned.
Talking about his experience with LeBron, Kerr said, “I was blown away by how hard Lebron practices. I went to Ty and Spo and said ‘Is this normal?’ Spo said ‘Everyday. Every drill. Every walk through. Everyday.”

Kerr has seen LeBron perform on the hardwood against his teams but not behind the scenes. Assistant coaches Tyronn Lue and Erik Spoelstra have seen him during his time with the Cavaliers and Heat. Kerr knows the impact LeBron has on a game and got glimpses of it when he faced his team with the Warriors.
LeBron’s dedication and work ethic kept him at the top of almost every list in the league for years. As his days are nearing their end, LeBron wants to strive for the last few accolades for his cabinet. For now, his eyes are stuck on the international victory.
