According to insiders, Garner is leaving the “circus” that is Affleck and Lopez’s marriage behind.
“Jen eventually got to a place where she was like, ‘Sorry, figure this out yourself,’” the source told DailyMail. “It was beginning to become too painful for her because it was bringing back memories of their divorce.”

Affleck and Lopez have made it pretty clear what the state of their marriage is: they’re not vacationing together, not living together, not wearing their wedding rings in public, and selling their shared home after just one year of marriage. Now, this doesn’t ensure divorce, but coupled with reports close to the couple of “strain” in their marriage, it seems almost certain. “Ben and Jen don’t want to get divorced,” one source said. “They are saying they won’t, but their relationship is simply not working at this point. They aren’t done yet and want to fix things because they love each other, but they are also both unhappy.”
Another source told People in May that their marriage “is not in the best place at the moment,” and neither of them appear to be doing anything to curb the rumors, especially now that both of them have publicly showed off wedding ring-less fingers. And now that Jennifer Garner is reportedly “done” helping them out, it seems a breakup may be imminent.
