Travis and Jason Kelce were spotted stepping out for dinner in Los Angeles this week as their fame continues to skyrocket.
Travis has been enjoying some downtime with girlfriend Taylor Swift at her $25million Los Angeles mansion after the Kansas City Chiefs’ Super Bowl victory and the end of the most recent leg of her international Eras Tour.
Meanwhile, Jason has taken his first steps into retirement after announcing he was hanging up his cleats following an incredible 13-year career in the NFL at the beginning of last month.
However, it appears it was back to business for both brothers as the Philadelphia Eagles legend joined Travis on the West Coast for an apparent business dinner Monday.
The NFL icons are no strangers to the spotlight for their achievements off the field but amid the Kansas City Chiefs tight end’s high-profile romance with Taylor Swift and the success of their New Heights podcast their fame has reached dizzying levels over the past 12 months.
It seems the brothers are strategizing their next steps, having been spotted leaving a business dinner with Travis’s manager, Aaron Eanes.
Travis, renowned for his fashion sense, opted for a casual look, sporting a green sweater and grey tracksuit pants, complemented by a white cap. Meanwhile, Jason appeared equally laid-back, donning his signature flipflops, a grey hoodie, and black tracksuit pants.
Their dinner occurred just over a week before their live New Heights show at the University of Cincinnati on April 11. The show has seen considerable success over the past two years, earning nominations at the Webby Awards in categories such as Best Co-Hosts and Best Sports Podcast.
Meanwhile, Travis’s girlfriend, Taylor Swift, received a nomination for her Instagram post urging her 283 million followers to register to vote. The post directed fans to the nonpartisan Vote.org, resulting in over 35,000 registrations, as reported by the organization.
Winners of all awards will be announced on May 13 at a ceremony hosted by comedian Amber Ruffin from ‘Late Night with Seth Meyers.’
Eanes, the founder of A&A Management and the one who signed Kelce along with his brother Andre, has previously expressed ambitions to elevate the Chiefs tight end to a level surpassing even that of Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson.
According to The New York Times, Kelce’s management has devised an intricately crafted strategy to propel him into global stardom, potentially involving a biopic about the three-time Super Bowl champion.
The Eanes brothers outlined their vision to expand Travis’s influence beyond football in an interview with NYT last year, hinting at the possibility of him transitioning from Kansas City to Hollywood someday.
The report mentions that film scripts have been circulating, and there’s interest in exploring game show opportunities as well.
In the midst of their collective success with New Heights and Jason’s venture into post-NFL life, it seems the retired center is also eyeing the establishment of his own business empire.
With his retirement from the NFL, Kelce is already in high demand, with multiple networks vying for his services. ESPN is reportedly keen to have him join Monday Night Football next season, as part of a lineup revamp.
NBC, CBS, and Amazon Prime are also eager to sign the recently-retired star, who previously appeared on Amazon Prime’s Thursday Night Football in November.
However, broadcasting isn’t the only avenue Jason may explore, as WWE has purportedly reached out to him about a potential wrestling career. He was allegedly approached to appear at WrestleMania 40 in Philadelphia.
Jason, along with Travis and his girlfriend Taylor, made a cross-country trip to Los Angeles after celebrating Easter with Jason’s family in Pennsylvania.
Taylor met Jason’s nieces for the first time during the Easter visit, marking another step in her integration into the Kelce family.
Travis and Taylor flew back to the West Coast on Monday morning, seemingly accompanied by Jason, landing at Burbank airport. Travis was spotted in the same green sweater he wore to dinner, disembarking from a private jet.
