Buffalo kicker Tyler Bass missed a game-tying 44-yard field goal with less than two minutes left in the fourth quarter.
The Chiefs received possession and needed just one first down to win the game due to the Bills having two timeouts.
It would take two runs by Isiah Pacheco to get the first down as Patrick Mahomes and the offense could be in victory formation for the next three plays.
During the last minute of the fourth quarter, the CBS cameras spotted Kelce taunting the crowd.
