Vivek Ramaswamy claims Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are in a ‘fake relationship’ and the Chiefs will win the ‘rigged’ Super Bowl over 49ers to help Joe Biden win in 2024

Vivek Ramaswamy wildly speculates Super Bowl will be rigged for Chiefs to set the stage for Taylor Swift's Biden endorsement

Vivek Ramaswamy is pushing an internet conspiracy theory that Taylor Swift and quarterback Travis Kelce are in a ‘fake relationship’ and that the Kansas City Chiefs will win a ‘rigged’ Super Bowl in order to help Joe Biden win a second term in the White House.

‘I wonder who’s going to win the Super Bowl next month,’ the former Republican presidential candidate wrote on X on Monday morning.

‘And I wonder if there’s a major presidential endorsement coming from an artificially culturally propped-up couple this fall. Just some wild speculation over here, let’s see how it ages over the next 8 months.’

His musing got over 1.5 million views and took traction on social media. It comes after the New York Times revealed the singer is a top target for Biden’s campaign, who covets her endorsement in the presidential race.

And White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre invoked federal law to avoid commenting on the matter when she was asked about it during an appearance on CNN on Monday morning.

‘Let me first say, I’ve got to be really mindful. I’m a federal employee, as you know, there’s something called the Hatch Act, so I certainly can not speak to anything that is related to 2024 in the upcoming election,’ Jean-Pierre said.

‘Obviously, there are a lot of, in my shop, in the press office shop, there are a lot of Swifties, if you will: fans of Taylor Swift. I’m just going to leave it there.’

Swift has been subject of other conspiracy theories involving her relationship with Kelce, including the unsubstantiated rumor they are ‘fake dating’ to increase the NFL ratings by getting the pop star’s millions of fans to tune in.

TV cameras regularly pan to Swift when she attends Chief games but, as regular football viewers know, the action on the field regularly slows and it’s normal for cameras to show the crowd, including when one of the most famous women in the world is in it.

The singer told Time magazine her relationship with the football star began in July when he put her on his podcast.

‘This all started when Travis very adorably put me on blast on his podcast, which I thought was metal as hell … We started hanging out right after that,’ Swift said of a July 26 episode of Kelce’s New Heights podcast.

‘So we actually had a significant amount of time that no one knew, which I’m grateful for, because we got to get to know each other. By the time I went to that first game, we were a couple. I think some people think that they saw our first date at that game? We would never be psychotic enough to hard launch a first date,’ she noted.

The Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers last played each other in a Super Bowl in 2020, when Joe Biden and Donald Trump faced off for the White House, a match that looks to happen once again in 2024.

In the 2020 game, the Chiefs won 31 to 20. And Biden won the presidential election.

Swift has won the ire of Republicans for her backing of Democratic candidates: Biden in 2020 and Democratic Senate candidates in Tennessee.

And Kelce won the ire of conservatives and anit-vaxxers for promoting Pfizer’s Covid vaccine.

Super Bowl LVIII will take place on February 11th in Las Vegas. It’s unclear if Swift will attend the biggest game of them all due to scheduling conflicts with her ‘Eras Tour’ which has her performing in Tokyo on Feb. 10.

With the time difference Swift could get to Las Vegas for kickoff on Sunday but will then have to quickly get back on a plane for three concerts in Melbourne, Australia staring Feb. 16.

Ramaswarmy endorsed Donald Trump after his own presidential bid fizzled.

He and other Trump supporters took to social media to push the conspiracy theory that the Chiefs’ win in Saturday’s playoff game was part of a liberal psy-op, which is a military term for psychological operations used during wartime.

‘The Democrats’ Taylor Swift election interference psyop is happening in the open,’ wrote former congressional candidate Laura Loomer on X.

‘It’s not a coincidence that current and former Biden admin officials are propping up Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce. They are going to use Taylor Swift as the poster child for their pro-abortion GOTV Campaign.’

President Biden’s re-election campaign is trying to woo social media influences, including Swift, to help them win a second term in the White House.

Swift endorsed Biden in 2020 and his campaign hopes to harness her power this year to bring in young voters and campaign cash, the New York Times reported.

After all, a poll this month from Redfield & Wilton Strategies showed 18% of voters said they’re ‘more likely’ or ‘significantly likely’ to vote for a candidate endorsed by Swift.

The courting of the singer is part of a greater effort by the Biden campaign to paint Donald Trump as a threat to abortion rights and to personal freedoms. With Trump two wins in the Republican primary process, the Biden campaign is now focused on him as their competition in the 2024 election.

And to reach voters who may not consume traditional news – or who are turned off by an election that is a rematch from four years ago – the Biden campaign is attempting to reach these voters through social media, with videos from influencers.

The White House has hosted social media influencers to talk about health care and other issues. Now they are looking for their help for a second term.

When Biden was in California in December on a fundraising swing, his team met with a group of influencers to try and woo them to his campaign.

And, in North Carolina this month, Biden visited a man whose student loans were canceled through a federal program. The man’s son posted a video of the presidential visit to TikTok, which drew millions of views.

Top Democrats have pushed the president to focus on Swift.

‘Taylor Swift stands tall and unique,’ California Gov. Gavin Newsom said in September. ‘What she was able to accomplish just in getting young people activated to consider that they have a voice and that they should have a choice in the next election, I think, is profoundly powerful.’

Swift has, in the past, used her online influence to bring in the voters. A September 2023 post encouraging her 272 million followers to register to vote resulted in more than 35,000 registrations.
