Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift’s relationship that began around the start of the 2023 NFL football season has captivated the nation and even the world.

Shortly after his Super Bowl victory over the 49ers, videos showed Kelce arriving in Australia to watch his girlfriend perform and thousands of Australians — who likely didn’t follow the NFL or know who the Kansas City Chiefs star was a year ago — were seen losing their minds when he was escorted into the venue.

The Kelce/Swift relationship has been the perfect American love story so far — with so many fans of both the pop music star and NFL player— assuming they will get married sooner rather than later.

So far, it’s all been peaches and roses, which is rare for a high-profile couple of their status.

While some of this could be speculation, a new report states there may be a slight point of contention between the power couple about the rules Taylor Swift wants Travis Kelce to obide by while dating her.

“Pals are saying now that Taylor and Travis are more than six months into their relationship, she feels comfortable setting certain rules for him to follow,” Life & Style reported, citing a source. “Fortunately, Travis is on board — with most of them, anyway.”

That one seems a bit intense as the dude just won a Super Bowl. It’s not like he’s out raging on a regular basis like his brother.

The next reported rule makes more sense, but apparently Travis Kelce isn’t thrilled about it.

Life & Style’s source also claims the singer does not want her boyfriend taking photos with female fans to avoid potentially negative press, something he is said to have rolled his eyes at.
For example, Travis — who’s talked about past visits to adult-entertainment venues on his “New Heights” podcast and wore a Crazy Horse 3 Las Vegas shirt to a November football game — “is fine not going to strip clubs anymore (that’s one of her hard rules), but Taylor also doesn’t want him posing for photographs with female fans, mostly to avoid inaccurate headlines. He had to roll his eyes at that one.”

Travis Kelce Was Rejected By Another Celebrity Before Dating Taylor Swift

Kelce reportedly tried to date a different celebrity before reaching out to Taylor Swift in 2023.

According to a report, the superstar tight end reached out to another popular musician before he began dating Swift. InTouch Weekly reports that Kelce reached out to rapper Megan Thee Stallion.

Travis reached out to Megan Thee Stallion to try his luck with her,” according to the report, which claims that Kelce and Stallion met at an awards show. “It seems like once he became more famous and well known, he was trying to hook up with bigger celebrities.”

However, according to the report, Stallion rejected him.

Of course, it all worked out for Travis Kelce in the end, as he’s been dating Taylor Swift since last fall.

Swift has opened up about their time together.

“So we actually had a significant amount of time that no one knew, which I’m grateful for, because we got to get to know each other. By the time I went to that first game, we were a couple. I think some people think that they saw our first date at that game? We would never be psychotic enough to hard-launch a first date,” Swift told TIME Magazine.

Both Swift and Kelce are now enjoying some time off.
