Amid the massive buzz spurred on by Taylor Swift’s romance with Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce, people speculated how Patrick Mahomes’ wife Brittany Mahomes was taking the news, and if the two would forge a friendship.

A number of people speculated that the 28-year-old wife of the Chiefs quarterback – who has past engaged with haters online – would be put off at losing the limelight to the superstar songstress, 33, who was at Arrowhead Stadium Sunday to watch new beau Kelce in the Chiefs’ win over the Bears.

Imagine how pissed Mahomes wife is,’ one user wrote, while another posted an image of High School Musical villain Sharpay Evans (played by Ashley Tisdale) with the caption ‘Brittany Mahomes in the next suite over.’

In the same vein, another user commented, ‘Kinda crazy that Taylor Swift is the most famous person in the Chiefs locker room. Brittany Mahomes has to be punching air.’
