Taylor Swift Fans Are Going Absolutely Wild for Her Huge Eras Tour Change-Up at Paris Concert

Taylor Swift isn’t even halfway through her May 9 Eras Tour show in Paris, and she’s already changed up the setlist, her costumes and more on the opening night of the European leg of the tour — and fans are literally (and virtually!) screaming.

As fans have suspected ever since the April release of her new album The Tortured Poets Department, Swift has already incorporated the new record into her Thursday, May 9 show — adding the TTPD era to the big screen at the opening of the show with visuals of gray to represent the record.

She also cut “The Archer” (off of Lover) from the setlist, sported multiple new costumes — including a cherry red bodysuit for the Lover portion of the show, a black and gold fringe dress for “Fearless,” a new T-shirt for Red (that this time says “This is not Taylor’s Version”) — and went straight into the Red era from “Fearless,” temporarily passing over Evermore, Reputation and Speak Now.

Fans, understandably, are losing their minds over the big changes — and the concert isn’t even over yet.

“As a swiftie whose favorite song is “The Archer”, i will not be emotionally available for a long time. goodbye. #ParisTSTheErasTour,” commented a third user.

“With all these changes, Taylor should rename it the Eras Tour (Europe’s Version)
