Roddy Ricch quickly regained his spirit after a loss when selling a mansion in Beverly Hills

According to Jennifer Kelly Geddes, rapper Roddy Ricch suffers a loss on the sale of his Beverly Hills home.

Rapper Roddy Ricch, Rodrick Wayne Moore Jr., has sold his Beverly Hills home with four bedrooms and five bathrooms.

Unfortunately, Ricch received slightly under $5M—$4,995,000 to be exact—for the home he acquired in 2021 for $5.6M.

A little over a year after that acquisition, the 24-year-old artist listed the home for $5,995,000. He reduced the request early this year to $5,750,000.

This past summer, the price dropped once again, to $5,199,000, which prompted the most recent sale.

The 3,450-square-foot house, which was constructed in 1960, is tucked away amid lovely palm trees and a verdant setting on a little over an acre. Beautiful views are available from the open floor layout, and the living area is anchored by a warm fireplace.

On the main floor, a modern kitchen with stainless steel equipment and hardwood cabinetry.

Slide-open glass doors provide access to the outside and provide views of the private backyard, pool, and spa on two floors. A luxury bathroom with a walk-in shower and an enlarged, rectangular tub is located in the master bedroom, which also has a private terrace.

With a basketball court, big grass, grill station, and outdoor living space, the yard is equipped for entertaining in the interim.

He has two studio albums out and most recently traveled throughout the United States on tour with Post Malone.
