It’s always a wonderful thrill ride keeping up with the Kardashians’ real estate deals, but if you want to remain one step ahead of the game, keep an eye on the homes for sale near supermom Kris Jenner.

The most recent instance of these relationships becoming tighter is in upscale La Quinta, California, which is between Palm Springs and Coachella. According to TMZ, Kim Kardashian West and her boyfriend may be aggressively pursuing the $6.25M property immediately next door to the one Kris Jenner currently owns.

Living next door to mom may seem nice or really uncomfortable, but let’s just say it’s not at all uncommon for the Kardashian family.

After all, in Calabasas, an exclusive gated enclave of Hidden Hills, Jenner, Kardashian West, and Jenner’s younger sister Kylie Jenner have all bought multiple properties close to one another.

Living next door to granny is also a babysitting gold mine for Kimye since they have three small children already and a fourth on the way!

It is a spectacular single-story contemporary with 11,081 square feet of living area with seven bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms.

Even though they live relatively near to the most well-known mother-in-law in the world, the A-List pair reportedly like their own space.

What a lovely home it is, too! Through those enormous (and safe) iron gates, enter the estate, then go straight down a well kept road to a circular motor court with a classy fountain.
