Brittany, who shares 3-year-old daughter Sterling and 1-year-old son Bronze with Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, incorporated their little boy into her exercise routine in the sweetest way.

“My dumbbell for the day,” Brittany, 28, captioned a photo of herself holding Bronze on her hip via her May 9 Instagram Story. The former soccer player, clad in workout gear, snapped the selfie in the gym mirror.

Elsewhere on her Instagram Story, she shared several videos of herself working out by, as she said, utilizing Bronze as a dumbbell. In one clip, Bronze laid on top of his mama while she strengthened her legs. In another, she carried him on her back as she did squats.

Brittany also shared a post praising her son for how he handled his sister Sterling’s recent illness.

“He was sooooo patient when Ster wasn’t feeling good and was just the best brother but now he’s making up for it and won’t leave my side,” she captioned a picture snuggling with her baby.

Earlier this week, Brittany revealed that Sterling had come down with “a stomach virus that won’t get the heck out of here,” sharing a photo cuddling with her daughter, who was on her fourth day of the illness.
