Many thought the Kansas City Chiefs would have a hard time making it back to the Super Bowl when Tyreek Hill decided to take his talents to South Beach.

While it is fair that they haven’t had a true WR1 since he left, they are now on their fourth Super Bowl in five years. Meanwhile, Hill’s Miami Dolphins fell flat against the Chiefs when they met them at the freezing Arrowhead Stadium in the Wild Card.

With the Chiefs dynasty safe without him, some naturally got curious about Tyreek’s thoughts on the matter. He gave fans a pretty surprising answer.

Tyreek Hill shows love for former Kansas City Chiefs teammates

Hill, one of the best-paid wideouts in the NFL, took to social media after hearing about the Kansas City Chiefs’ win over the Baltimore Ravens in the AFC Championship game.

He only had a few words to say about his former team’s win, but the post showed just how much he appreciates the level of football being displayed by Patrick Mahomes and Andy Reid.

It’s an especially classy act from the West Alabama product to recognize the incredible games being played by the Chiefs to secure their stranglehold of the AFC. The level have been playing despite the lack of a true wide receiver for Mahomes to target is proof of Mahomes’ effectiveness under Reid.

Could the Chiefs be even more successful with Hill on the roster?

Hill’s tweet probably got some thinking about what could have been if Tyreek Hill didn’t force his way out of the Kansas City Chiefs.

Tyreek Hill, divorce

The Chiefs had to trade away their star piece last season due to the breakdown of contract negotiations. While Hill finally got his bag in Miami, his former team managed to snag a Super Bowl without him.

Before fans start to clown on Hill for choosing the money over another Super Bowl ring, it’s important to remember that the Chiefs are still yet to find another player like Cheetah. The Kadarius Toney experiment failed, and Mahomes’ over-reliance on Travis Kelce against the Ravens will be something the San Francisco 49ers will exploit in the Super Bowl.

If Hill and the Kansas City Chiefs managed to settle their differences back then, we would have been looking at one of the scariest NFL teams in history.
