Travis Kelce Reveals The Annoying Way His Father Deals With Rumors About His Relationship With Taylor Swift

Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce has revealed the annoying way his father, Ed, handles rumors about his relationship with Taylor Swift.

Kelce has seen his celebrity status transcend the realms of sports as he’s become a household name on a global scale due to his dating the pop sensation.

Of course, such a relationship comes with lots of negative speculation. But Kelce says he has a great support system that helps him block the outside noise, although his dad sometimes takes things too far.

The superstar tight end was a recent guest on the ‘Bussin’ With The Boys’ podcast and revealed Ed’s penchant for taking in Facebook fodder and then checking to make sure he’s okay.

“Do you know what he’ll do? He’ll see some wild s*** come across and be like, ‘what the f*** is this?’,” Kelce explained. “It’ll be something so out of the blue, like something about me and Taylor, he’s like, ‘Hey, what the f***, are you guys OK?’

“I’m like, ‘Dad, get the f*** off Facebook, dad. Are you f***ing kidding me?’ That’s his search engine.”

There have been several viral rumors concerning Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift since they began dating, from them getting set for marriage to having absurd rules to getting ready to break up. It’s always something.

It must be a lot for an older guy trawling Facebook, and he would probably be best staying off the platform altogether.

Meanwhile, Kelce made headlines over the weekend after appearing on stage with Swift during her London concert. He has another month to go before the Chiefs begin training camp, and it appears he’s keen on making full use of the downtime he has left.
