In a new episode of their podcast, New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce, the brothers recapped the Sunday’s game in which the Chiefs played against the Bills, and won. The brothers also discussed Jason’s viral wild shirtless celebration after Travis’ touchdown.

Travis, 34, pointed out that there were “not enough cameras on the suite” to capture his sister-in-law Kylie Kelce’s reaction. “I wanted to see her reaction to all of this so bad,” he added.

Jason, 36, admitted he gave his wife a fair warning of what he was going to do. In response, the Eagles player was warned, “Jason, don’t you dare.”

He then added, “‘It’s happening. I’m not asking for permission. I’m doing this.’”

Jason also shared that Kylie, 31, had told him to be on his “best behaviour” because they would be meeting Taylor for the first time.

“‘Kylie, the first day I met you I was blacked out drunk and fell asleep at the bar,’” Jason recalled telling his wife, while also leaving Travis in splits.

Despite the rowdy moment, Travis shared that the Grammy-winning musician “absolutely loved” him.

Meanwhile, Kylie took to the comments to poke fun at her husband, writing, “‘I’m not asking for permission, I’m doing this.’ – the exact quote I will say when I’m grabbing the keys to go get a cat.”

Her comment was also ‘liked’ by the Bad Blood singer, per a Reddit thread.

The Kansas City Chiefs could be missing a key player when they face the Baltimore Ravens in the AFC Championship Game on Sunday.

Chiefs offensive lineman Joe Thuney left his team’s Divisional Round win over the Buffalo Bills at Highmark Stadium with a chest injury. He underwent an MRI after the game that revealed he has a strained pectoral muscle.

According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Thuney is facing an uphill battle to play against the Ravens but is “going to work like crazy” to try to suit up.

Thuney has made the Pro Bowl in each of the last two seasons. The right guard was also recently named a First-team All-Pro for the first time in his career.

Thuney, who won two Super Bowls when he was with the New England Patriots and a third last year with the Chiefs, has played through significant injuries in the past. It would not be a shock if he does so again in Baltimore, but he is clearly not going to be at full strength even if he plays.

Having failed to do so, the seven-time Pro Bowler warned his wife that his chest would be out once they got in the box.

Her response? “Don’t you dare,” the Eagles icon said.

“Just letting you know. I’m not asking for permission. I’m doing this,” he recalled telling Kylie.

“And she was already telling me to be on my best behavior because we were meeting Taylor.”

Jason also suggested that if some of the Bills fans around him wanted to go streaking, he might have joined them.

“There was something about that day,” the Eagles center added.

“I got caught up in the magic of Bills Mafia. It’s electric. The energy, the shenanigans. I was like, ‘I got to have my shirt off.’

After the media were granted access to the locker room for interviews, CBS Sports reporter Jeff Kerr shared a picture on X of Kelce’s space, which was cluttered with boxes, rival jerseys, action figures, jackets and more.

 

‘Jordan Mailata told me all that s**t is from the podcast,’ Kerr wrote. ‘Says he needs to start one to get free s**t’.

‘We let these wonderful media members into our locker room and they just s**t on us,’ Kelce joked. ‘Come on now… this has nothing to do with why you were in the locker room Jeff!’

He then added: ‘You will get a lot of stuff sent to you [because of the podcast]. I can’t deny though… I can’t blame all of this on the podcast. I think I’m just a messy human being.’

Travis replied: ‘I’ve personally told everybody at the Chiefs organization, ‘cos I never send stuff to the facility, so I’m like if I don’t give you a heads up, you can just toss it. I don’t want that s**t piling up like this.

‘It’s the worst. I’ve had a locker where it just gets stacked up and it looks like a warehouse. You’re just like, “what am I doing?”‘

Jason and Travis’ New Heights podcast has become a phenomenon since launching in September 2022, with 1.94 million people now subscribed on YouTube.
