The wedding, which had a strict, no phones policy, gave Adele and Paul a chance to let loose, especially since each guest was gifted a pair of white Air Force Ones for comfort while they partied.

“There was a very strict no phones rule,” a source tells ET. “So everyone just let loose and partied — including Adele!” The source added that Adele and Rich hit the dance floor to show off their moves and were “super cute” and “attentive” to one another.

James holds the record for the most 30-poiпt games after tυrпiпg 35 (89). Last seasoп, he became the oldest player to score 30 poiпts iп seveп straight games. He also became the all-time leadiпg scorer iп NBA history last Febrυary – aпd he’s cυrreпtly oп pace to reach 40,000 career poiпts, a пυmber that was loпg deemed impossible.

LeBron James is running the Lake Show in Los Angeles as the Lakers star pointed out that he was forced to veto his head coach Darvin Ham’s game plan earlier this season.

“In the Clipper game, we had switching built in versus Kawhi [Leonard] and versus James [Harden] and whatever the case may and I vetoed it in the second half,” James said on his new podcast “Mind the Game” alongside co-star JJ Redick.

“Because I know [Clippers coach Tyronn Lue] more than any other player that’s ever been with T-Lue,” James continued. “I know he plays target ball too. It got to a point where I knew in order for us to get back into the game, switching anybody else onto Kawhi is not favorable for us, we might as well just get ready for Wizards, so I vetoed it.”

The game James is referring to was a wild 21-point comeback in which James led the Lakers to a pivotal victory over the Clippers on Feb. 28.

James and the Lakers outscored the Clippers 39-16 in the fourth quarter.

On the defensive end, James stripped Leonard with four minutes to go in a crucial moment that led to the Lakers tying the game at the other end of the floor.

In the game’s final sequence, James matched with Leonard on defense, as the latter looked to tie the game with a fadeaway jump shot on the baseline.

James then threw the ball down the court for a game-sealing layup for Cam Reddish, and the Lakers won 116-112.

Ham has not yet commented on James saying that he vetoed the Lakers’ game plan in the incredible win.

It wouldn’t be surprising to hear that James may have exaggerated the story, though.

James is infamous for his meme-worthy predictions after the fact, once claiming to have said that Kobe Bryant was going to score 81 points the night that he dropped 81 on Jalen Rose and the Raptors on Jan. 22, 2006.

Los Angeles sits in the ninth seed with a 40-32 record, two games back of the Suns and Kings for a hopeful date in the No. 7 vs. No. 8 bracket and a chance to avoid the No. 1 seeded Nuggets in the first round.

LeBron James reportedly ‘very concerned’ about the squatting issue

 

Wealthy Californians in a neighborhood on the outskirts of Beverly Hills are reportedly enraged after a $5 million home was invaded by squatters and became a source of rowdy parties.

Beverly Grove is home to the elite of the elite in California. A-list celebrities such as Jennifer Lopez and LeBron James, entrepreneurs, hedge-fund investors, heiresses, and studio executives own homes in the quiet cul-de-sac. That was until squatters invaded in October and locals started complaining about them allegedly throwing “wild parties” with “cocaine and orgies.”

The neighbors are getting fed up, including reportedly James, according to a report in New York Magazine’s Curbed.

“One of the neighbors got in touch with LeBron James’s house manager. They were told James was very concerned,” the report said.

A tech entrepreneur, Rick Rankin, who lived nearby said, “I wasn’t born yesterday. They’re jittery; their eyes are spinning. They were clearly on something.”

The report referenced an unnamed “producer” who questioned, “Who the f— are these people squatting in the most exclusive Zip Code in America?”

At one point, the producer confronted the squatters, one of whom brazenly greeted him saying, “Hi, I’m your new neighbor,” when he brought police over to the residence.

“You’re not my new neighbor. Go f— yourself,” the producer responded.

The ordeal began when a real estate agent of a $5M home, John A. Woodward IV, was notified by one of the pool workers that a U-haul truck had pulled up. The agent immediately went to the property. He found that the locks had been changed and the FOR SALE sign was gone.

Police then informed Woodward that their hands were tied because it was a “civil matter” since squatters produced what they claimed was a rental agreement.

According to the report, the locals are fired up – complaining every single day among themselves about the squatters and haranguing the association to do something about it.

“The neighbors heard through the grapevine that someone from the [George Gascón] DA’s office, apparently having heard about the situation at 1316, had said, ‘Squatters have rights.’ This set the group chat aflame. ‘Welcome to California,’ one wrote. ‘Thanks Liberals,’” Curbed reported.

According to USA TODAY, the sprawling residence was previously owned by an orthopedic surgeon, Munir Uwaydah, who fled to Lebanon after he was accused in the murder of his 21-year-old model girlfriend Julianna Redding.

“These squatters have been here since October, charging rents for rooms and throwing massive parties all night long,” the real estate agent previously said. “I just want to get this house sold to satisfy the court.”

This is what he told his wife: “Just imagine buying a 2003 Escalade and it’s 2024 and you’ve never changed the tires.”

“So rub my feet please,” he said in a tone that was more of a demand than a suggestion.

It’s the painful reality for The Kid from Akron who has racked up over 70,000 career minutes on, as he put it, “the same tires from 2003.”

Beyond just foot rubs, Savannah is undeniably a factor in LeBron’s longevity. The stability and love in their relationship, passed on through their children Bronny, Bryce and Zhuri, has given James the foundation at home to go out every day and become the best at his craft.

LeBron, 39, hopes to play with Bronny in the NBA some day, but it’s going to take a few more foot rubs to get his wobbly old tires that far down the road.
