Kylie Jenner is preparing to launch perfume, continuing to expand her business empire
Kylie Jenner continues to expand her business empire, hinting at a potential perfume line that could be launched in the near future through recent Instagram posts.
In a new image shared on Instagram, observant fans caught the image of Kylie holding a test bottle next to a blueprint with designs for the bottle’s shape. Fans noticed the “Kylie Fragrance” label on the design and speculated about a possible March 7 release date mentioned on a nearby notepad. Documents detailing the bottle’s design also feature a mix of German and English text.
The possibility that Kylie Cosmetics will enter the perfume industry appeared after the company launched its first foundation last January 2024. Power Plush Longwear Foundation is the beauty brand’s first foundation product, which the brand claims delivers a “flawless airbrush finish.”
Kylie Cosmetics was founded in 2014 when Jenner was just 17 years old. The brand is co-owned by beauty giant Coty , after acquiring 51% of the makeup company in 2019 for $600 million.
Kylie also recently launched her clothing brand “Khy” which aims to redefine modern fashion by combining everyday style with luxury wear.

Kansas City Chiefs superstar Rashee Rice may be hit with jail time after crashing a Lamborghini recently, causing a six-car collision.
After footage emerged of Rice and a friend both exiting the vehicle via the passenger-side draw in an apparent bid to fool the cameras, the Chiefs star has now admitted to being behind the wheel.
Rice‘s lawyer has now said that he expects police to file charges with Rice having been street racing at the time of the crash in Dallas, Texas.
Rice was racing driving a Lamborghini with another driver, who was driving a Corvette that he is also said to own. Street racing is a felony crime, and it is a third-degree felony if there is any bodily harm caused by the street racing, while it can be second degree if there is serious harm or death caused.
While there were no deaths from the collision, someone was said to have been treated at hospital, and that could be enough for the felony to be upgraded to second-degree.
Beyond all that, the pair left the scene of the accident and did not wait for police, which is a felony in itself. Charges in relation to leaving the scene of an accident will again depend on whether the injuries are deemed serious or not. There was also marijuana in the car, but the local prosecutors’ office has a policy of not prosecuting for marijuana possession.
Could Rice go to jail?
Rice could face jail time should he be found guilty of street racing. In a third degree street racing felony, the recommended sentence is two to 10 years, while second degree is as much as 20 years.
Leaving the scene of an accident without serious injury is punishable by one to five years, while if serious injury did occur, that could rise to two to 10 years.
Rice is said to be working with prosecutors, taking full accountability for the incident at this stage. That could see his lawyers work a deal with the prosecutors’ office, but whether they do or not, he will almost certainly face an NFL suspension under the player conduct policy.
Patrick Mahomes has established himself as one of the most successful quarterbacks in the NFL in his young career. At just 27 years old, he already has an NFL MVP award, Super Bowl championship and numerous individual records to his name. So what separates Mahomes from his peers and allows him to consistently make jaw-dropping plays that few other quarterbacks can replicate? Much of his success hinges on his uncanny ability to read opposing defenses before the snap and identify the best routes to exploit them on any given play.
Mahomes has a preternatural gift for dissecting defensive schemes and personnel in the seconds before the snap. With the football still in the referee’s hands, Mahomes is already diagnosing the defense and determining how best to attack it. Through meticulous film study, Mahomes has an encyclopedic knowledge of defensive tendencies and is able to recognize formations, coverages and blitz packages almost instantly based on the positioning and movements of just a few key players.
Formation Recognition
One of the first things Mahomes keys in on at the line of scrimmage is the defensive formation – how many down linemen, linebackers and defensive backs are aligned where. By identifying the basic formation, he can start to deduce the overall scheme the defense intends to run on that particular play. For example, seeing four defensive linemen and two linebackers often indicates a basic 4-3 base defense that will likely run zone coverage. Spotting an extra defensive back instead of a linebacker is a telltale sign of nickel or dime subpackages, which usually correlates to more aggressive man coverage.
Keying Defensive Personnel
Rather than scanning the entire defense, Mahomes has learned to focus on just a few players whose pre-snap alignments and movements often reveal the coverage. Two players he keys in on above all others are the safeties. If either safety aligns over the slot receiver or creeps towards the line of scrimmage, Mahomes knows there’s a good chance it’s man coverage. But if the safeties drop deep towards the middle or one side of the field after the snap, zone coverage is highly likely. He also watches cornerbacks closely – if they’re pressed tight up on receivers at the line, it’s usually man. Backpedaling off the line hints at zone.
Reading Defensive Alignments
To determine potential blitzes or run fits, Mahomes pays close attention to the defensive linemen and linebackers in the trenches. Slanted or looping alignments could indicate a blitz is coming from an unexpected angle. Linemen rushing straight upfield or linebackers crashing the line often portends run defense. But if the defensive front drops into space, it creates opportunities for quick passes. By reading the pre-snap footwork and positioning of these players, Mahomes gets advanced warning of pressure versus coverage looks.
Hot Routes
With his pre-snap reads complete, Mahomes then determines the “hot route” or alternative option for each receiver based on the revealed coverage. For example, if he sees single-high safety looks indicating possible man coverage, his hot read may become a slant route that can exploit soft spots in the defense. Or against zone, hot routes like option routes, crossers or angle routes allow receivers to sit down in open areas. Mahomes communicates these hot routes nonverbally at the line of scrimmage so the play can be adjusted immediately after the snap without an audible.
A prime example of Mahomes’ pre-snap mastery came in a 2018 game against the Denver Broncos. Facing a 3rd and 5, the Broncos showed a dime defense with six defensive backs. But Mahomes noticed the slot corner and safety were playing too far off the line of scrimmage, a telltale sign of zone coverage. His hot read was a quick slant to Tyreek Hill. Sure enough, at the snap Hill ran a sharp slant, Mahomes delivered a precise pass, and Hill picked up an easy first down, all based on Mahomes’ pre-snap read.
Another instance came against the San Francisco 49ers in 2019. On 2nd and 10, Mahomes recognized the 49ers were in an odd front with an extra defensive back. But the safeties were playing deep, so he knew zone was likely. His hot route was for Travis Kelce to sit down in the middle hole of the zone. At the snap, Kelce sat as anticipated and Mahomes immediately hit him for a 15-yard gain. These are just two of countless examples of Mahomes deciphering defenses in a split second and exploiting them with pinpoint accuracy.
While other quarterbacks may also make pre-snap reads, few do so with Mahomes’ level of speed, accuracy and ability to process myriad variables simultaneously. He leaves no detail unnoticed, from the shading of a linebacker to the depth of a safety 10 yards away. And through thousands of practice reps, his mental library of defensive tendencies allows him to almost instantly match a formation to a coverage without conscious thought. It’s this pre-snap mastery that gives Mahomes such an advantage over opposing defenses and creates big plays even before the ball is snapped.
To further enhance his pre-snap acumen, Mahomes studies defensive film with almost obsessive focus. He maintains detailed notebooks cataloging every team’s favorite pressures, coverages and tendencies based on down, distance, hash and other situational factors. He cross-references this information with the specific players on the field to gain an edge. During games, Mahomes also relies on non-verbal communication with his receivers to alert them to hot routes against disguised coverages. All this advanced preparation allows him to consistently outthink defenses before they even show their hand.
While arm talent and athleticism allow Mahomes to make highlight-reel plays, his pre-snap recognition is the engine that drives his uncanny success. It gives him a head start in dissecting the defense that few quarterbacks can match. And with his football IQ and work ethic, Mahomes’ mastery of pre-snap reads will only continue improving. As long as he retains this gift, combined with his other elite skills, Mahomes will remain the most dangerous quarterback in the NFL for opposing defenses to game plan against. His unparalleled success stems directly from his ability to read what defenses are doing before they do it.
On Tuesday, the Kansas City Chiefs announced they signed two exclusive rights free agents. The Chiefs are putting together their roster ahead of their first offseason workout. The Chiefs will add up to 90 players for their roster in free agency and via the draft before OTAs.
The Kansas City Chiefs have tried to keep most of their 2023 roster
The Chiefs have kept most of their roster the same this offseason as they compete for a threepeat during the 2024 campaign. Chris Jones was the biggest extension they made this offseason. They added running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire and defensive lineman Mike Danna last week.
They signed two familiar faces to the roster this week.
The Chiefs signed two players
Per a statement by the Chiefs, the team signed offensive lineman Mike Caliendo and safety Nazeeh Johnson.
Caliendo has been with the Chiefs since he signed as an undrafted free agent following the 2022 NFL Draft. He’s appeared in eight games for the Chiefs.
The Chiefs drafted Johnson in the seventh round of the 2022 NFL Draft. Johnson suffered a torn ACL during training camp last July. He made eight tackles during the 2022 season.

While North West may be pursuing her musical career in her father Kanye West’s footsteps, mother Kim Kardashian is mostly responsible for her passion for style and beauty.
The 10-year-old went on a wonderful night out with her well-known mother on Tuesday to watch the Los Angeles Lakers take on the Golden State Warriors, who won 134–120. Together with Will Ferrell, an actor, and Kardashian’s girlfriend, retired NBA player Peter Cornell, the two were seated courtside on Celebrity Row at Los Angeles’ Crypto.com Arena.
Kardashian and North dressed identically for the event, donning leather coats and all-black ensembles. The founder of Skims chose a long, belted trench coat with golden hardware, while her daughter opted for an oversized, hooded biker jacket.
Kardashian, a brand ambassador for Balenciaga, accessorized her trench with the brand’s silver mirror hourglass handbag and black pantaleggings. Her fashionable eldest daughter accessorized her own jacket with black ankle-length leggings with white stitching, black sneakers with the same white embroidery, and Balenciaga’s rhinestone-adorned black netted bag, which retails for about $11,000.Miss Westie’s playful hairstyle, a slicked-down topknot with her baby hairs fashioned into a swirl on one side, completed her stylish appearance. Kardashian sported a bronze smoky eye, contour, and glossy brown lip, while she wore glowy makeup and a glossy lip. The reality TV personality also styled her hair in a side parting.
Former San Francisco 49ers player Donte Whitner has reignited the age-old debate over the integrity of NFL games, alleging that Super Bowl LVIII was rigged against his former team in favor of the Kansas City Chiefs. Whitner made these assertions during an appearance on Kay Adams’ Up & Adams show, where he expressed his belief that the 49ers faced not only their opponents on the field but also unfair officiating.
“I think that the 49ers played against the refs as well, guys,” Whitner stated, pointing out instances of what he perceived as biased calls favoring the Chiefs. “The 49ers played against Taylor Swift, the refs, and the Kansas City Chiefs. All three.”
However, Whitner‘s claims are not isolated. Will Compton, a former NFL linebacker with nine seasons under his belt and experience playing for five different teams, echoed similar sentiments shortly after the Chiefs secured victory over the 49ers in the Super Bowl. Taking to X, Compton likened the NFL to the scripted outcomes of professional wrestling, suggesting that games are predetermined for entertainment purposes.
Fans are starting to believe the league is rigged
Adding fuel to the fire, the notion of NFL games being rigged is not a new one. The discourse stretches back to Super Bowl III, where Hall of Famer Bubba Smith of the Baltimore Colts alleged that their defeat against Joe Namath and the New York Jets was orchestrated. Smith posited that the outcome was influenced by the league to bolster its popularity during the merger era.
Smith’s claims included accusations against his own team, implicating Colts quarterback Earl Morrall in the alleged fix. Despite these historical allegations, the NFL has consistently denied any involvement in rigging games.
While Whitner‘s assertions may spark controversy and skepticism among fans, the veracity of such claims remains uncertain. In a league where drama and spectacle often rival on-field action, discerning fact from fiction can prove to be a daunting task. As the debate over the integrity of NFL games persists, one thing remains certain: the allure of conspiracy theories surrounding the league shows no signs of fading away.
Devin Booker’s Phoneix Suns are looking to secure a playoff position as the NBA season draws to an end. During the latter half of the 2023-2024 NBA season, Booker began to wear his signature sneaker with Nike, the Nike Book 1. Though the model’s rollout was criticized by many for the overwhelming amount of PEs that Booker previewed before the sneaker had a global launch, the model has seen solid success from fans and ballers who can appreciate the lifestyle approach infused with performance technology. Booker has again shown up to the Suns game in a PE version of the sneaker, now taking inspiration from the iconic Nike Cortez Forrest Gump wore in the movie.
The timing couldn’t be perfect for Booker to rock this specific PE as Nike is plans to bring back the Nike Cortez Forrest Gump this May, returning for the first time since 2021. Previously, Book has taken inspiration from various classic Nike sneakers and their colorways for PEs, aiding the model’s lifestyle and retro design language that Booker described as a “future classic.”
Booker’s Nike Book 1 Forrest Gump PE is an homage to the iconic sneaker Tom Hanks wore in the beloved film, which was famously sported when Forrest decided to run across the country. The sneaker boasts a mix of leather and canvas twill on the upper, adopting the serrated leather eyestays and vamp directly from the Cortez’s design. It predominantly features crisp white shades, complemented by vibrant red accents on the Swoosh, heel tab, and Booker branding — a nod to the classic Cortez color scheme. The silhouette is grounded by a Zoom Air-cushioned Cushlon midsole, detailed with white rubber and a distinctive blue accent on the heel, mimicking the Cortez’s original style, and finished with a white outsole.
Although Devin Booker’s Nike Book 1 Forrest Gump PE will not be released to the public, its appearance on the court is an exciting preview of what Nike has in store for the Cortez’s return. As stated previously, the Nike Cortez Forrest Gump is making a comeback in May this year. The Kansas City Chiefs own seven picks in the 2024 NFL draft, starting with the No. 32 pick in Round 1. The back-to-back Super Bowl champions re-signed pass-rusher Chris Jones to a five-year, $95 million deal at the start of free agency, but traded safety L’Jarius Sneed to the Tennessee Titans.
The Chiefs also added wide receiver Marquise Brown, but still don’t have a true No. 1 target for quarterback Patrick Mahomes.
The 2024 NFL draft will take place at Campus Martius Park and Hart Plaza in Detroit from April 25 through April 27. Round 1 will begin April 25 at 8 p.m. ET, while Rounds 2 and 3 are on April 26 starting at 7 p.m. ET. Rounds 4 through 7 begin at noon ET on April 27. The draft will be broadcast on ESPN, ABC, ESPN+ and the ESPN App. There are 257 total picks in the draft.
Here’s the full list of the Chiefs’ draft picks by round, along with a look at their top roster needs headed into the 2024 season.
Top three needs: WR, OT, RB. Last season’s starting left tackle, Donovan Smith, is a free agent. The Chiefs have Wanya Morris, a third-round pick last season, as the obvious in-house candidate to replace him, but is Morris ready? And do the Chiefs trust him with such a role?
Elsewhere on offense, the Chiefs have holes to fill at wide receiver even after signing Brown. Isiah Pacheco and Clyde Edwards-Helaire are back at running back, but Jerick McKinnon remains a free agent. — Adam Teicher
