Insider Reveals Brutal Bombshell Report On Chiefs’ Rashee Rice: "I can't believe it..." - Football Blog

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Rashee Rice is in a whole lot of trouble.

Late last month, Rice was driving a Lamborghini that was involved in a six-car accident in Dallas. He appeared to be racing, and after the crash, he left the scene.

Rice is facing some very serious charges that could land him in prison for years.

In terms of football-related activities, Nate Taylor of The Athletic says that Rice could be suspended for multiple games in 2024 for violating the NFL’s personal conduct policy.

Rice could be placed on the commissioner’s exempt list if he is hit with felony charges.

The 23-year-old issued a personal apology to everyone who was impacted by the car crash, but has yet to speak publicly about the incident.

Rice, who played his collegiate football at Southern Methodist, was selected by the Chiefs in the second round of the NFL Draft last spring.

He enjoyed an impressive rookie campaign, hauling in 79 receptions for 938 yards and seven touchdowns as Kansas City’s clear-cut No. 1 receiver. He then went on to catch 26 passes for 262 yards and a score during the Chiefs’ playoff run to a Super Bowl championship.

The Chiefs went out and signed fellow wide out Marquise Brown to supplement Rice in the aerial attack, but now, they may be without Rice entirely next season.

While football is certainly important to Rashee Rice, it is probably not the primary thing on his mind at the moment. Right now, he is probably mainly thinking about potentially losing his freedom.

We’ll see what developments occur in the case moving forward.

Taylor Swift is taking a break from re-releasing every song she’s already released and a million more “from the vault” to bring us her 10th album (for the first time.)

And you know what that means, I am obliged to word vomit my opinions on each and every track. As an elder millennial (and I would argue, her target demo since we are the same age) I have outgrown her drop everything for a spur of the moment surprise antics.

I full-on missed this album announcement because it happened at the VMA’s, an awards show for Youths that I’ve fully accepted I’m too old for on the same year that she bombards us with this.

And when this album came out at midnight and then another 7 songs were dropped GOTCHA style at 3am, I was snug as a bug in a cozy Queen in a blissful state of REM. I woke up, walked the dog, and listened to the album for the first time in the shower while I got ready for work like a G-D adult. No more nonsense for me, Tay!

Although I stand by the fact that this woman is a lyrical songwriting genius and deserves her megastardom because of it, I can also admit that releasing every song she’s ever written is getting to be a little overwhelming. Thirteen was a solid album and a feasible amount of tracks for me to pull original commentary out of my ass for this blog.

Twenty is really pushing it and we might have to pop open a bottle of wine to get through it. But I have a job to do here, one that I created for myself nearly 8 years ago with 1989 and by God, I’ll continue to fulfill this duty for the loyal Salties.

BREAKING: Chiefs WR Kadarius Toney Won’t Play In Divisional Round Game vs Bills

A big loss for the Buffalo Bills.

The Kansas City Chiefs have ruled out wide receiver Kadarius Toney for Sunday’s AFC Divisional Round game against the Buffalo Bills due to hip and ankle injures. Toney had received a questionable designation after being limited in practice all week.

Toney helped the Bills win a Week 14 team game against the Chiefs after he lined up offsides on a crucial play that resulted in what would’ve been a go-ahead touchdown.

The Chiefs and Bills will add another chapter to their rivalry on Sunday at 6:30 p.m. ET.

Patrick Mahomes Dodges Snowballs From Bills Fans As He Tries To Greet Chiefs Fan After Win (VIDEO)

Nothing was going to stop Patrick Mahomes from greeting a Chiefs fan.. not even Bills fans and their snowballs.

Following the Chiefs’ 27-24 win over the Buffalo Bills in the AFC Divisional Round, Mahomes was trying to greet a young Chiefs fan sitting in the front row of Highmark Stadium.

As he was running over to the Chiefs fan, a bunch of snowballs were launched in his direction by Bills fans. Mahomes was able to dodge the snow and get to the fan.

The Chiefs advance to the AFC Championship Game and will take on the Baltimore Ravens next Sunday at 3 p.m. ET on CBS.

Chiefs Rule WR Kadarius Toney Ruled Out For AFC Championship Game Due To “Personal Reasons”

At this point, it’s hard to imagine Kadarius Toney every playing for the Kansas City Chiefs again.

Ahead of the AFC Championship Game against the Baltimore Ravens, Kansas City made their final roster moves, and ruled Toney out with an updated designation: “personal/hip.”

Toney has been sidelined with various injuries and hasn’t played since the team’s December 17 game against the New England Patriots. He finished the regular season with just 27 receptions for 169 yards and one touchdown. His season was marred by drops, penalties and injuries.

We don’t know exactly what the “personal reason” is for Toney not being able to play.

Travis Kelce Throws Justin Tucker’s Helmet Out Of The Way So Patrick Mahomes Could Warm-Up

Tensions are high in Baltimore as the Kansas City Chiefs are set to square off against the Ravens for a shot to play in Super Bowl LVIII.

As the two teams were warming up, Travis Kelce approached Justin Tucker to move his helmet, footballs and warm-up equipment and when Tucker ignored Kelce’s request, the Chiefs tight end took matters into his own hands and chucked Tucker’s helmet away so the Chiefs could warm up.

Kickoff is set for 3:00 p.m. on CBS.

  • Bill Belichick Took Page Out Of Boston Globe To Thank Patriots Fans For 24 Years With Team

Bill Belichick Took Page Out Of Boston Globe To Thank Patriots Fans For 24 Years With Team

Former New England Patriots coach Bill Belichick took a full-page ad out in Sunday’s Boston Globe to thank Patriots fans for supporting him during his 24-year tenure.

Following their third straight losing season, the Patriots and Belichick parted after a 4-13 season.

After his departure from New England, Belichick interviewed for the Atlanta Falcons’ head-coaching vacancy that went to Raheem Morris. Belichick will not land himself an NFL head coaching job this offseason.

Including playoffs, only Don Shula (347) has recorded more wins as a head coach than Belichick (333). It’s unclear if passing Shula carries any meaning to Belichick, who regularly spent his press conferences focusing on whatever opponent was in front of him that week rather than opining about his legacy.

The Patriots hired Jerod Mayo to replace Belichick.
