(Breaking news) Adele drops F-bomb on people hating Taylor Swift’s NFL presence to support Travis Kelce. – “Get a f*cking life

Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift’s “love story” has received plenty of attention from fans and media as the star tight end’s Kansas City Chiefs play the San Francisco 49ers at Super Bowl LVIII on Sunday, February 11.

However, not everyone has been happy with the exposure their relationship has gotten, with some claiming that it has overshadowed the actual in-game coverage. So at her most recent concert on Saturday, another Grammy-winning singer Adele made it clear where she lay in the debate:

“I think I want the Chiefs to win just because Taylor Swift goes for them….and all of you complaining about Taylor being at the game, get a (censored) life. She’s actually made it a bit more enjoyable to watch.”

Will Taylor Swift attend Super Bowl LVIII? Chiefs heiress provides massive update

The question that lingers in many fans’ minds is whether Taylor Swift will actually make it to Allegiant Stadium on time for Super Bowl LVIII. Fortunately for her fans, during Fanatics’ Super Bowl party, Gracie Hunt, daughter of Chiefs CEO Lamar Hunt, said:

    “She’s coming! She’s coming! We’re excited.”

This appears to have been corroborated by an X/Twitter update from aviation journalist Jason Rabinowitz, who revealed that the pop star had landed at Los Angeles International Airport at around 3:30 PM Pacific Time Saturday:

Should the Chiefs win, there will be an afterparty; but Hunt refused to elaborate on whether it would involve Swift, who will then fly to Australia to continue the Eras Tour in Melbourne and Sydney.

Nevertheless, she highly appreciates the multi-platinum singer’s impact on the NFL as a whole:

    Gracie Hunt said:

“I’ve loved watching women and girls fall in love with football. I’ve grown up loving the sport my entire life, and Taylor has had such a huge impact with her presence at Chiefs games. It’s so fun to have her now as a part of Chiefs Kingdom.”

    She added:

“But also just to see the young girls in the stands with their signs because they know that [Swift] is now loving the game, so they’re loving it, too. Previously, about 49% of the NFL fan base was women, and that number is growing rapidly. So we’re super excited for all the new Swifties to be a part of this game.”

Super Bowl LVIII will mark the 13th NFL game Swift has attended. The Chiefs are currently 9-3 with her in the stands.

Travis Kelce defended by brother Jason after Taylor Swift’s boyfriend accused of ‘acting like a jacka**’ for downing a beer while getting his diploma at the end of New Heights live on Thursday night

Jason Kelce has defended his younger brother Travis from fierce criticism after he downed a beer while getting his University of Cincinnati diploma at the end of New Heights live on Thursday night.

Taylor Swift‘s boyfriend was criticized on social media for his antics and Jason hit back at them on Saturday afternoon on X.

A fan tweeted him saying: ‘Please question your brother for the graduation antics?

‘Doing what you did at a playoff game in buffalo is one thing but doing that at the college where he got kicked off the team for acting like a jackass prob wasn’t best idea.’

Jason replied: ‘I know it looks like a graduation from the video, but this was actually at the end of a New Heights Live podcast that we put on to raise money for the University’s NIL. ‘

‘The university did this to poke fun at my brother and I for never really picking up our diplomas.’

Both Kelces completed their degrees but did not walk across the stage and receive their diplomas after entering the NFL. While Jason explained that the ceremony was just a gag arranged with the University, X users were still displeased with Travis’ display on the stage.

‘Look at 34-year-old Travis Kelce acting like a 16-year-old teenager who just had his first beer,’ one user wrote. ‘Seriously, is there a bigger D-Bag in all of professional sports than this.’

‘Travis Kelce is NOT a role model for your sons,’ another added. ‘This is loser mentality! Kids, you can be better than this.’

Taylor Swift used a black space on her schedule to watch friend and collaborator Jack Antonoff perform with his band Bleachers Saturday night at Coachella.

The Eras Tour singer is on a two-month break from her massive three-plus-hour concert and has been spending most of her time in the Los Angeles area. Swift was seen at the concert with her boyfriend Travis Kelce.

After dancing off to the side of the stage for the Bleachers’ set, Swift and Kelce made their way over to support Ice Spice. A video shows the duo in the crowd dancing to “Karma (Remix)”. Swift donned a “New Heights” green cap in support of Kelce’s podcast while he wore his signature white “Happy Gilmore” hat.

The Kansas City Chiefs tight end is getting ready to host his own music event in Kansas City on May 18: Kelce Jam. By that time, Swift will have released her 11th era album, “The Tortured Poets Department,” and be back on the road performing in Stockholm, Sweden.

Claudia Oshry: Taylor Swift is intellectually out of Travis Kelce’s league — but that’s why people love them

    She belongs with him.

Claudia Oshry believes Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are meant to be — despite the pop superstar being too much of a mastermind for the NFL player.

“She’s so out of his league, especially, like, in an intellectual sense,” the Girl With No Job creator tells Page Six exclusively in our new video studio while celebrating the sixth anniversary of her and her sister Jackie Oshry’s podcast, “The Toast.”

“And I think that’s why so many people love it,” she adds of the couple’s nearly year-long relationship.
Claudia, 29, notes that Swift, 34, is a “poet” and the “mind of a generation,” whereas Kelce, also 34, is “silly and goofy.”

“It’s kind of an unlikely pairing,” she says. “It just makes sense. We’re obsessed.”

Jackie, 31, agrees that the romance works so well because of the high-profile pair’s differing personalities and talents.

“I think they’re in separate leagues, which is what makes it so great, because I’m sure some fans of his would be like, ‘He’s so much greater than her.’ And then fans of hers are like, you know, ‘There’s no matching her,’” she tells us.

The Readheads Book Club founder thinks the 14-time Grammy winner and the three-time Super Bowl champion are the best in their respective industries.

While Swift has a history of dating famous men, the sisters acknowledge that all of her exes were intellectual artists, while Kelce is “just having fun” with life.

“He’s just, like, an American meathead,” Claudia jokes, adding that the “Cruel Summer” singer missed that “lightness” in her previous relationships.

Jackie concurs that Swift is at a point in life where she does not need to be “so serious” all the time.

He likes the meal!” she says.

With a laugh, Claudia adds of the Kansas City Chiefs tight end, “He’s not thinking.”

As for whether the influencers would rather hypothetically date Travis or his older brother, Jason Kelce, Claudia and Jackie have differing views.

“I think Travis is more my type physically,” she explains. “He’s more famous. And if you’re going to date a celebrity, you know, you gotta go all the way.”

Jackie, for her part, sees herself as a “Jason girlie.”

Even if Swift and Kelce don’t last, the Oshry sisters say their love of football will.
While they do not share the same taste in men, Claudia and Jackie have vowed to remain football fans even if Travis and Swift were to break up one day.

“We’re in it for life,” Claudia says. “We respect the game, and we have kind of, sort of fallen in love with the sport.”

Swift and Travis have been dating since last summer and confirmed their relationship in September 2023.

A wide receiver who recently retired midseason as a member of the Philadelphia Eagles said this week he is open to the idea of joining the Kansas City Chiefs this season as they compete for a Super Bowl run this winter.

The Chiefs have lost three of their previous four games and two in a row. Much of the reason for the Chiefs’ five losses this season has been their wide receiver play. They lead the league in dropped passes.

But it’s not just about dropping passes. They’re making mental mistakes, too. Kadarius Toney’s offsides penalty on the Chiefs’ final drive in Week 14 wiped out a go-ahead touchdown with about a minute remaining. The Bills would end up winning after the penalty.

Frankly, the Chiefs don’t have a chance at repeating a Super Bowl this season with their roster of wide receivers. They will need to look for outside help if they want to get past the Baltimore Ravens or Miami Dolphins this January.

  • REPORT: Philadelphia Eagles could make a Dallas Cowboys extension with CeeDee Lamb a lot more difficult!!

REPORT: Philadelphia Eagles could make a Dallas Cowboys extension with CeeDee Lamb a lot more difficult!!

Last week we heard that CeeDee Lamb, who is seemingly in the middle of contract negotiations with the Dallas Cowboys, could potentially not participate on the field during offseason activities. That is a benign version of a holdout.

Lamb is coming off of the most statistically successful season that a wide receiver has ever had in franchise history as far as individual accomplishments are concerned. This is the second offseason that he has been eligible for an extension and it would stand to reason that not signing one last year means the numbers on his new contract will grow.

This is the case because of how Lamb played last season, but also because of what potentially lies ahead. Other notable wideouts like Justin Jefferson, Ja’Marr Chase, Jaylen Waddle and Brandon Aiyuk are all eligible for new deals and at some point it stands to reason that one, or many of them, will sign, and likely for at least $30M per year (the deal that Lamb was projected to receive earlier this offseason).

We have listed four names that could up Lamb’s eventual number if they sign first (the laws of supply and demand are what they are) but a fifth lurks as a wildcard of sorts. And unfortunately it is a player on a team who has shown high levels of aggression in the past to try and beat the market’s climb before it is too late.

The Eagles could really complicate the Cowboys’ process of trying to get a CeeDee Lamb extension done

Throughout the course of recent history the Philadelphia Eagles have shown an elite ability (sigh) to beat the market on different deals. Simply put, they understand that paying early typically means paying less in the long run.

Last offseason saw them pay quarterback Jalen Hurts on the heels of his MVP-caliber season in 2022. Hurts became the first player to reach an AAV in the $50M per year range, a mark that was eclipsed by three different players in the months that followed. Conversations now seem to live in the $60M per year range to prove the point even further.

But this conversation is about wide receivers, not quarterbacks, and the Eagles have one that is eligible for a contract extension for the first time in DeVonta Smith. According to ESPN, Smith is a strong candidate to receive the next big extension from Philly.

The two sides aren’t working against any kind of imminent deadline here. Smith is under contract through 2024 at a base salary of just over $1 million. And the Eagles have until May 2 to exercise the fifth-year option on Smith’s rookie deal, which would come in around $16 million for the 2025 season, according to OverTheCap.

But Philadelphia has a well-established history of signing foundational players as early as possible, in part because they know the price tag will only go up. With a number of top-end receivers eligible for new deals, including Justin Jefferson and Ja’Marr Chase, there’s likely extra incentive to get something done with Smith before the market resets.

Everything about this second paragraph is what has helped the Eagles maintain financial flexibility over the last decade and change. They understand that there is a level of aggression necessary for building out your roster and that having it allows for the highest level of escapability relative to the big-time contract positions in the league.

Interestingly Smith was taken with the pick that originally belonged to the Cowboys during the 2021 NFL Draft. Dallas traded back with Philly and moved from 10 to 12 (that selection passed hands from San Francisco to Miami to Philly and ultimately to Dallas) so that the Eagles could take him. The irony involved there if Smith also cost them on the CeeDee Lamb front writes itself.

How exactly could it do that, though? Well Lamb is a much more accomplished player than Smith so whatever the latter signs for is ultimately going to serve as a point of leverage in Lamb’s negotiations with the Cowboys. As mentioned. the Eagles are unafraid to pay more now to avoid doing so later and if they put Smith anywhere near a $30M AAV then the Cowboys are going to have to step up significantly for that for their own top wideout.

And this is just DeVonta Smith that we are talking about. If and when the likes of the other receivers we mentioned ink new deals then the price, as ESPN literally noted, will only go up. Debates can be had as to whether or not Lamb is better than every name we have noted, but once again the laws of supply and demand speak for themselves. “The price tag will only go up” is an unavoidable truth here.

One month ago NFL Network reported that Lamb would be the “priority” for the Cowboys in terms of the pending extensions on their to-do list, but that was a month ago. More time has passed. Thankfully since then no big deals have come, but that may not be the case another month into the future.

The Cowboys have made it very clear that their priority is to pay their own and getting a CeeDee Lamb deal done with go a long way to proving that they really mean that. While there are arguments to be made for getting extensions done with Dak Prescott and/or Micah Parsons. it is fair to say that Lamb could be the most pressing given the market at his position is most likely to balloon exponentially relative to the others.

Here’s why Eagles’ star, AJ Brown, deleted his social media accounts.

Eagles: The real reason behind AJ Brown’s concerning social media activities

AJ Brown caused concern for Philadelphia Eagles fans after he recently deleted his Twitter account and scrubbed the team from his Instagram page. But fear not, as it turns out the superstar wide receiver has no problems with the franchise.

As it turns out, Brown spoke with the team’s Media Relations Department and told them he’s simply taking time away from social media in general, per Mike Garafolo of the NFL Network. So, the AJ Brown speculation and rumors can quiet down, as there is nothing to worry about for Eagles fans.

    — Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) January 13, 2024

Now that the air is cleared, Eagles fans can stop worrying about AJ Brown’s social media activity. It’s unfortunate Brown won’t play in the opening round of the playoffs, as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have a solid defense. Luckily though, Jalen Hurts is looking like he’s making progress with his finger injury.

But as Garafolo noted in that clip, if the Eagles can surpass the Bucs, there’s a chance AJ Brown can bounce back from injury. That would be the best case scenario. However, Philadelphia must make sure Brown is good to go, as knee injuries can lead to something more serious. But overall, Philly is going to miss Brown’s presence on Monday night.

The superstar wide receiver finished the season with 106 receptions, 1,456 yards, and seven touchdowns. With him ruled out, we should see DeVonta Smith and Dallas Goedert lead the way in the passing game. But Jalen Hurts’ injury is definitely something for the Eagles to monitor as well.

With that said, keep an eye out for more updates on Brown. The Eagles will keep a close eye on him in the coming days if they defeat the Buccaneers.

  • (TRADE BREAKING) Cowboys Star Predicted to Bolt for Eagles in $6.5 Million Move!

(TRADE BREAKING) Cowboys Star Predicted to Bolt for Eagles in $6.5 Million Move!

The Dallas Cowboys could be in the market for a new running back, which means other teams may be pursuing former Pro Bowler Tony Pollard. Bleacher Report’s Kristopher Knox offers his predictions for the top free agent running backs and has Pollard joining the Cowboys’ rival in Philly.

The NFL analyst projects Pollard lands a one-year, $6.5 million contract with the Philadelphia Eagles. Like the Cowboys, Philly may also be in the market for a new RB1 with D’Andre Swift hitting free agency.

“The Eagles aren’t likely to overpay to keep Swift a year after letting Pro Bowler Miles Sanders walk in free agency, but they could be interested in adding a back like Pollard on a team-friendly contract,” Knox wrote in a February 28, 2024 story titled, “Predicting 2024 NFL Free Agency Contracts for Star RBs Who Didn’t Get Franchise Tag.”

“Rather than paying Sanders, Philly traded a 2025 fourth-round pick and swapped 2023 seventh-rounders with the Detroit Lions to acquire Swift. Given Philadelphia’s defensive needs, taking a budget approach to the running back position again would be sensible,” Knox continued.

“The Eagles’ talented offensive line—though perhaps less so if Jason Kelce retires in the coming weeks—would offer Pollard a chance to reestablish his value with a short-term contract.”

Dallas Cowboys RB Tony Pollard’s Production Did Not Improve Without Ezekiel Elliott

Pollard is coming off back-to-back 1,000-yard seasons with the Cowboys. The challenge is Pollard entered 2023 with lofty expectations as Dallas moved on from Ezekiel Elliott.

Yet, Pollard’s production looked little different from what the playmaker did while sharing a backfield with Elliott. Pollard posted 252 carries for 1,005 yards and 6 touchdowns last season. The Cowboys running back also added 15 receptions for 107 yards and a TD through the air.

Eagles Rumors: D’Andre Swift’s Market Value Is Projected to be a 4-Year, $27 Million Contract

The same Bleacher Report projections have Swift landing a three-year, $18 million contract with the Washington Commanders. Swift had 229 carries for a career-high 1,049 yards and 5 touchdowns for the Eagles last season. The running back added 46 receptions for 357 yards and 2 TDs through the air.

All this means Swift’s price may be higher than the Eagles are willing to spend. Spotrac’s projections for Swift’s market value appears to be a bit steep: a four-year, $27 million deal. Even if it is below this number, Philadelphia may prefer to simply hit the reset button at the position.

Cowboys Rumors: Could Dallas Go Big Game Hunting at Running Back?

Dallas is another team that may be willing to refresh their running back room. ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported that no team is expected to use the franchise tag on a running back this offseason.

This will create an extremely deep group of veteran rushers in free agency. The Cowboys have a chance to make a run at other stars like Saquon Barkley, Josh Jacobs, Derrick Henry or Austin Ekeler to name a few available options. Dallas paid Pollard $10 million on the franchise tag in 2023, and it is hard to imagine these veterans will command more than that next season.

  • SHOCKING UPDATE NEWS!!! NFL levies a staggering $1 billion fine against Andra Day for her rendition of the Black National Anthem at Super Bowl LVIII

SHOCKING UPDATE NEWS!!! NFL levies a staggering $1 billion fine against Andra Day for her rendition of the Black National Anthem at Super Bowl LVIII

SHOCKING UPDATE NEWS!!! NFL levies a staggering $1 billion fine against Andra Day for her rendition of the Black National Anthem at Super Bowl LVIII

Andra Day is fined $1 billion by the NFL for singing the Black National Anthem during Super Bowl LVIII.

The National Football League (NFL) has imposed an unprecedented $1 billion fine on the celebrated singer Andra Day for her singing of Black National Anthem, “Lift Every Voice and Sing,” during Super Bowl LVIII. That has sent a shockwaves through the worlds of sports, music, and societal discourse, This moment move has sparked intense debate, leading to critical discussions on cultural expression, the role of sports in society, and the boundaries of free speech.

Andra Day, known for her soulful voice and artistic depth, took the stage at Super Bowl LVIII, a global platform viewed by millions. Her performance of “Lift Every Voice and Sing,” intended to celebrate unity and diversity, was moving and impactful, echoing with historical significance and the ongoing fight for racial equality.

The aftermath, however, has been anything but harmonious. The NFL’s decision to levy a staggering $1 billion fine represents an unmatched moment in the league’s history and has kindled a nationwide conversation about the intersection of sports, politics, and cultural identity.

The reasoning behind the fine is as intricate as it is contentious. The NFL has traditionally emphasized non-political, universally appealing content for Super Bowl performances. Still, this hefty fine indicates a firm stance against what the league views as a deviation from its established norms.

Critics argue that the fine extends beyond rule enforcement, illuminating deeper issues within the NFL’s approach to social and racial issues. They highlight the league’s troubled history with racial equality, including the treatment of protesting players and the lack of diversity in leadership and teams.

To fully understand the impact of Day’s performance and the ensuing controversy, one must comprehend the cultural and historical significance of “Lift Every Voice and Sing,” often referred to as the Black National Anthem. Its inclusion in Super Bowl LVIII was seen as a step towards acknowledging the diverse tapestry of American culture and the ongoing struggle for racial equality.

The decision to fine Day for singing this anthem resonates beyond sports, touching on broader societal issues and the ongoing debate over America’s racial past and present. It raises crucial questions about who determines acceptable expressions of cultural identity, particularly in influential and widely viewed spaces like the Super Bowl.

Responses to the NFL’s fine have been quick and divided. Supporters argue for the Super Bowl as a politically neutral space, free from performances that might alienate parts of the audience, asserting the NFL’s right to enforce policies for broad appeal.

Critics view the fine as an overreach and an act of censorship undermining free expression and racial inclusivity. They argue that “Lift Every Voice and Sing” is not just a song but a crucial part of American history deserving recognition, especially on a platform as significant as the Super Bowl.

The controversy sparks a broader discussion about major sports leagues addressing social issues. With athletes and performers using their platforms for activism, the NFL’s decision raises questions about the balance between entertainment and activism, and the space for racial and cultural expression in sports.

The fallout continues with legal challenges, public protests, and debates, reflecting the complex interplay between cultural expression, corporate power, and social justice. Amidst this, the controversy serves as a reminder of the power of art and performance to evoke emotion, provoke thought, and spark change. It underscores the need for ongoing dialogue on the values we hold dear, the boundaries of free expression, and the role of sports in shaping societal norms.

In the end, Andra Day’s Super Bowl performance and the subsequent controversy might be remembered not just for the fine or the song, but for the wider conversation it ignited about race, identity, and unity in a diverse and constantly evolving America. Looking ahead, there’s optimism that this moment will lead to a deeper comprehension and increased inclusivity, not only within the realm of sports but also beyond. This incident serves as a testament to the power of sports and music in sparking important societal dialogues and driving change. It’s a reminder that every voice matters and that unity and understanding are achievable goals in our diverse society.
