Answer To The Question Why Do Swifties Think Travis Kelce Is The ‘perfect’ Man For Taylor Swift

Swifties, or fans of Taylor Swift, have their reasons for thinking Travis Kelce could be the ‘perfect’ man for Taylor Swift, and these largely revolve around both celebrities’ public personas, values, and lifestyles.

    1. Shared Spotlight Understanding: Both Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are accustomed to the pressures and scrutiny of being in the public eye. This mutual understanding of fame means they’re likely to empathize with each other’s challenges and stresses associated with a high-profile lifestyle.

    2. Positive Public Images: Both celebrities have maintained largely positive public images. Kelce is known for his charitable efforts and friendly demeanor, aligning well with Swift’s well-documented philanthropy and advocacy work. 6. Mutual Respect for Each Other’s Careers: Appreciating each other’s accomplishments and ambitions without competing could make them a strong pair, as they both are leading successful careers in their respective fields.

Swifties often root for Taylor’s happiness, and seeing these aligning traits between her and Travis Kelce leads them to believe he could be a great match. However, it’s important to note that public personas only show a fraction of what these individuals are like in private, and only they can determine what’s best for their personal lives.

  • Touchdown Tango: How Shared Values Propel Patrick Mahomes and Josh Allen to New Heights – Mutnews

Touchdown Tango: How Shared Values Propel Patrick Mahomes and Josh Allen to New Heights – Mutnews

When Patrick Mahomes and Josh Allen face off on the football field, it’s must-see TV. These two young superstar quarterbacks battle it out with elite arm talent, pinpoint accuracy, and clutch playmaking ability. But off the field, their relationship is defined more by mutual respect and friendly competition rather than animosity. Through competitive golf outings, bonding at NFL events, and genuine admiration for one another’s skills, Mahomes and Allen have cultivated a unique quarterback camaraderie in today’s NFL.

Their on-field rivalry first began in 2020 when Allen’s Buffalo Bills hosted Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs. Although the Chiefs prevailed 26-17, both QBs put on a show. Mahomes threw for 325 yards and three touchdowns, while Allen countered with 315 yards and a score of his own. It was a back-and-forth contest between two of the league’s best that left fans wanting more. Since then, their matchups have taken on an added layer of intrigue and importance as their careers progress.

But their bond began forming even before that initial 2020 showdown. At the peak of his powers just a year into his career, Mahomes was already taking notice of Allen’s abilities. “Josh Allen is a guy who can throw every single throw,” Mahomes said in 2019. “He’s athletic and can run with the football but also has a cannon for an arm.” The praise was a testament to Allen’s breakout second season where he cemented himself as a true franchise quarterback.

Allen has always had immense respect for Mahomes as well, given his unprecedented early success. Just months into his rookie season, Mahomes led the Chiefs to the AFC Championship and was named MVP the following year after a record-setting 50 touchdown campaign. “To see what Pat’s done at such a young age with an MVP and Super Bowl title already, it’s really impressive,” Allen said. Their mutual acknowledgment of each other’s talents laid the early foundation for their positive relationship.

But it was on the golf course where their friendship first began to truly blossom. Both Mahomes and Allen are avid golfers who have competed in several pro-ams and celebrity tournaments. In 2021, they were paired together at The American Century Championship celebrity golf event in Lake Tahoe. Despite the competitive juices surely flowing between the gridiron rivals, photos showed them smiling and laughing throughout the round.

Their lighthearted dynamic on the links gave a glimpse into how their relationship had evolved beyond just respecting one another from afar. Being able to relax together in a more low-stakes setting like golf seemed to help foster genuine camaraderie. Allen later reflected on the experience, saying “It was great playing with Pat. We’ve built a good friendship over the years and always have fun competing against each other.”

That budding friendship received another boost when they reunited at the 2022 Masters Par-3 Contest. Mahomes and Allen were grouped with fellow NFL stars Larry Fitzgerald and Peyton Manning for the lighthearted pre-Masters event. Pictures of the quartet laughing and joking together conveyed how far the relationship had come. From competitive foes, Mahomes and Allen were now forging a bond as peers and friends within the NFL fraternity.

Their blossoming camaraderie added intrigue to an already highly-anticipated Week 6 matchup between the Chiefs and Bills in 2022. With both teams undefeated heading into the Sunday night showdown, it had all the makings of a game for the ages. And it lived up to the hype as the two QBs dueled in a back-and-forth classic. Mahomes threw for 338 yards and two scores, but Allen was just slightly better in the 24-20 Buffalo victory with 329 yards and three touchdowns through the air.

Following the game, the budding friendship was on full display in their postgame interactions. After a lengthy hug and conversation at midfield, Mahomes and Allen continued chatting as they shook hands with fans and signed autographs. Their ability to enjoy and appreciate each other’s performances despite the competitive atmosphere spoke volumes about their relationship. Rather than bitterness over a loss, Mahomes conveyed admiration for Allen’s clutch play.

Some have drawn parallels between Mahomes and Allen’s dynamic to the legendary Tom Brady and Peyton Manning rivalry that defined the NFL for over a decade. Like Brady and Manning, Mahomes and Allen are at the forefront of the league competing for championships year after year. But their connection seems to be defined more by friendly competition and mutual respect rather than the lingering animosity that sometimes characterized the Brady-Manning battles.

When asked about comparisons to Brady and Manning, Allen downplayed the notion. “Everyone wants to make it a big rivalry but at the end of the day we’re just out here competing and trying to win ballgames,” he said. Mahomes echoed that sentiment, adding “We’ve built a good friendship and just want to see each other succeed.” Their insistence on keeping the focus on their positive relationship rather than perceived rivalry is refreshing.

Of course, with so much talent and so many meaningful matchups still ahead, time will tell if their battles take on a bigger rivalry feel. But for now, their quarterback camaraderie stands out in today’s NFL. In a league often defined by cutthroat competitiveness, Mahomes and Allen show that top-tier athletes can maintain a genuine friendship despite being fierce on-field opponents. Whether their connection grows into the next iconic rivalry or simply remains a model of sportsmanship, their dynamic will surely be one of the most intriguing aspects of the coming NFL seasons.

With so many prime seasons still ahead of them, Mahomes and Allen have the potential to build one of the greatest quarterback rivalries in NFL history. But regardless of how their careers play out, their ability to establish such a positive relationship so early in their time in the league sets an example for others. Through mutual admiration, friendly competition, and quality time together off the field, they’ve cultivated a unique brand of quarterback camaraderie that makes their matchups as fun to watch off the field as they are on it.

  • Beyond the Game: Patrick Mahomes’ Affinity for Rock Music Shines Bright! Discover the Band He Swears By!

Beyond the Game: Patrick Mahomes’ Affinity for Rock Music Shines Bright! Discover the Band He Swears By!

Patrick Mahomes has established himself as one of the NFL’s top quarterbacks in recent years, leading the Kansas City Chiefs to a Super Bowl victory in 2020 and returning to the big game in 2023.

Off the field, Mahomes has expressed his love and appreciation for rock music on several occasions. While he hasn’t explicitly stated his top three favorite rock bands, based on his comments and behaviors over the years, some of the rock acts Mahomes seems to enjoy most include AC/DC, Metallica, and Led Zeppelin

Australian hard rock legends AC/DC are arguably the band Mahomes has shown the strongest affinity for. He has been spotted wearing an AC/DC t-shirt on multiple occasions, including during practices and workouts in the offseason.

Additionally, Mahomes has chosen AC/DC’s iconic song “Thunderstruck” as his entrance music when taking the field for Chiefs home games at Arrowhead Stadium.

The use of “Thunderstruck” as his intro song is a bold choice that gets the raucous Kansas City crowd amped up before each game. Its high-energy riffs and lyrics about feeling the power of nature perfectly capture Mahomes’ electric playing style and ability to will his team to victory through sheer force of will. It’s no surprise that a quarterback with Mahomes’ swagger and confidence would choose one of rock’s most badass anthems to accompany his walk through the tunnel.

Beyond wearing their merch and selecting their music, Mahomes has also expressed direct praise and admiration for AC/DC. In a 2021 interview, when asked about his favorite bands, Mahomes immediately responded “AC/DC, for sure.” He went on to say how much he enjoys their classic sound and timeless rock hits. It’s clear from his consistent repping of the band that AC/DC’s brand of no-frills hard rock really speaks to Mahomes on a personal level.

Another legendary rock act Mahomes has professed fandom for is the almighty Metallica. In the same 2021 interview where he named AC/DC, Mahomes also shouted out Metallica amongst his favorite bands. He elaborated that he enjoys “their old stuff, like Ride the Lightning and Master of Puppets, those early albums.” Those albums from Metallica’s 1980s heyday are considered metal masterpieces and go-to albums for many lifelong fans, so Mahomes showing love for that era shows he’s a student of the genre.

To further demonstrate his Metallica fandom, Mahomes attended one of their concerts in Kansas City in 2020. He shared photos and video from the show on his social media, clearly enthralled by the experience of seeing one of his favorite bands perform live. His attendance at that Metallica concert, coupled with his praise of their classic albums, cements them as an act Mahomes genuinely enjoys on a musical level beyond just wearing a t-shirt or using a song. Getting to experience their legendary live show in person was obviously meaningful for the QB and lifelong rock music aficionado.

Rounding out Mahomes’ “big three” of rock bands seems to be English rock legends Led Zeppelin. While he hasn’t worn their merch or chosen a song of theirs for his entrance, Mahomes has name dropped Led Zeppelin in interviews as another band in his regular rotation. Specifically, in a GQ profile from 2021, Mahomes mentioned Led Zeppelin among the artists like AC/DC, Metallica and others that he enjoys listening to work out to and get pumped up.

Led Zeppelin’s expansive catalog spans blues rock, folk rock and everything in between. So their diverse sound undoubtedly keeps Mahomes engaged through various moods and activities. Their epic songs are perfect for getting in the zone before big games or intense workouts. It’s no surprise a multi-talented athlete like Mahomes would find inspiration in Led Zeppelin’s boundless creativity and talent. Their blend of virtuosity, aggression and soulfulness likely resonates with Mahomes on many levels.

While those three bands seem to be at the top of Mahomes’ rock playlist, he has demonstrated appreciation for several other iconic artists over the years as well. For example, during the 2023 Chiefs Super Bowl parade, videos emerged of Mahomes belting out the opening lyrics to Guns N’ Roses’ classic “Welcome to the Jungle” while riding on a bus with teammates.

His ability to sing along word-for-word to such an enduring rock anthem showed not only his familiarity with GNR’s discography, but also his willingness to cut loose and have fun celebrating with his team. It served as another example of how rock music is deeply ingrained in Mahomes’ personality and means a lot to him, even in joyous championship moments.

  • Discover the unbreakable bond between Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce as they navigate challenges together, proving teamwork is key!

Discover the unbreakable bond between Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce as they navigate challenges together, proving teamwork is key!

When you watch Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce play for the Kansas City Chiefs, their chemistry on the field is undeniable.

The precision of Mahomes’ throws and Kelce’s route running seem almost telepathic at times, leading to many big plays and touchdowns for the Chiefs offense.

However, their connection goes far beyond what happens between the lines on game day.

Mahomes and Kelce share a bond of friendship and brotherhood that has helped propel both of their careers to new heights.

Mahomes and Kelce consider each other family at this point. They have spoken numerous times about how their relationship feels more like a brotherhood than just teammates or friends. Both players credit a lot of their on-field success to the level of trust and respect they have developed for one another away from the stadiums and practice fields as well. Whether it’s hanging out with each other’s families or celebrating major life events together, Mahomes and Kelce are as close as brothers.

Their friendship began in 2017 when Mahomes was drafted by the Chiefs tenth overall after a standout college career at Texas Tech. Kelce had already established himself as one of the top tight ends in the NFL during his first four seasons in Kansas City. But from their first interactions in the quarterback room and on the practice field, there was an instant connection and chemistry between the two young stars.

“The moment I got to Kansas City, Travis took me under his wing,” Mahomes recalled. “He helped me learn the playbook and get acclimated to the NFL. His leadership and guidance was so important to me as a rookie.” Kelce echoed those sentiments, saying helping Mahomes transition to the pros was “a no-brainer” given his talent and potential.

That rookie year, Mahomes saw limited action behind veteran quarterback Alex Smith but made the most of his opportunities. He threw for over 200 yards in his first career start against the Denver Broncos late in the season. Kelce caught 4 passes for 66 yards and a touchdown in that game, showcasing the early promise of their partnership. The following offseason, when Smith was traded to Washington, Mahomes took over as the full-time starter in his second year.

In 2018, Mahomes and Kelce took the NFL by storm. Mahomes threw for over 5000 yards and 50 touchdowns en route to being named MVP and leading the Chiefs to the AFC Championship. Kelce himself had one of the greatest seasons ever by a tight end, recording over 1000 receiving yards and 10 touchdowns. Their connection was on full display as Kelce caught at least one pass in every single game and was Mahomes’ most trusted target.

After the season, Kelce said of Mahomes: “The trust we have in each other on and off the field is what makes us so successful. We know each other’s games inside and out at this point. Patrick is like a brother to me – we’ve been through so much together already in our short time in KC.”

That brotherly bond between the two was evident all throughout the 2018 season and playoffs in their interactions on the sideline, in the huddle, and during postgame celebrations. They were nearly inseparable, constantly supporting and encouraging each other through both individual and team accomplishments. Whether it was Mahomes finding Kelce for a clutch third down conversion or Kelce blocking downfield to spring Mahomes for a long scramble, their chemistry propelled historic numbers.

The close friendship has also extended to family time off the field. Mahomes and Kelce have been present for some of each other’s biggest life moments in recent years. In 2020, Mahomes was a groomsman in Kelce’s wedding. Later that same year, Kelce was on hand in Hawaii to celebrate Mahomes’ own nuptials to his high school sweetheart Brittany Matthews.

At both weddings, you could see the genuine care and affection Mahomes and Kelce have for one another. Their families have also become intertwined, going on vacations together and allowing their children to grow up as cousins. Brittany Matthews has said Kelce feels like “another brother” to her and Patrick at this point in their lives. The bond between the QB-TE duo is as strong as ever both on and off the field.

That connection was put to the test in the 2021 AFC Championship against the Cincinnati Bengals. After jumping out to a 21-3 halftime lead, the Chiefs saw the Bengals storm back to tie the game late in the 4th quarter. With just over a minute left and no timeouts, Mahomes led the Chiefs down the field and hit Kelce over the middle for a big gain to set up the game-winning field goal as time expired.

In the postgame celebration on the field, Mahomes and Kelce could be seen embracing, clearly overcome with emotion from the magnitude of winning another conference title together. Their postgame interview summed up the trust and brotherhood that has defined their time in Kansas City so far. Kelce said of the game-winning drive “I told Pat coming out of the huddle on that last play, ‘Just give me a chance big bro.’ And he delivered.”

Off the field, Mahomes and Kelce continue to support each other in their various endeavors and businesses. Kelce has invested in several of Mahomes’ companies like Kauffman Sports and has been a vocal advocate for his QB. Meanwhile, Mahomes was one of the first to publicly congratulate Kelce on signing a massive contract extension prior to the 2021 season. Their friendship has even extended to pop star Taylor Swift, who is close friends with Brittany Matthews.

While Kelce and Swift had a public exchange on Twitter a few years ago regarding her music, that dynamic has since shifted. Kelce was even able to meet Swift backstage at one of her concerts thanks to Matthews and Mahomes. It’s another example of how their tight social circles overlap due to their strong bond. Going forward, Chiefs fans are hopeful this brotherly duo of Mahomes and Kelce can continue elevating each other and leading the franchise to more Super Bowl victories.

In conclusion, the friendship between Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce is truly special. From their instant chemistry on the field to being there for life’s biggest moments off it, their bond goes far beyond X’s and O’s. The level of trust, respect and brotherhood they share has been a driving force behind some of the most explosive offenses in NFL history. As long as they remain in Kansas City together, Chiefs Kingdom is confident in their dynamic duo to keep delivering memorable plays and championships for many years to come.

  • Patrick and Brittany Mahomes’ 1-year-old son, Bronze, plays basketball on at-home court inside Kansas City mansion

Patrick and Brittany Mahomes’ 1-year-old son, Bronze, plays basketball on at-home court inside Kansas City mansion

Patrick Mahomes’ son is already taking after his athletic talents.

Brittany Mahomes, who is married to the Kansas City Chiefs’ quarterback, shared a video of the pair’s 1-year-old son, Bronze, attempting to shoot hoops on their at-home basketball court Tuesday.

In the video, which she posted to her Instagram Story, the little one sat on the floor while trying to launch small, rubber balls into the basket.

However, each time Bronze picked up the ball and reached toward the hoop, he accidentally dropped the ball, often falling on his side in unison.

“Good try Bronze!” Brittany yelled in the video, while chuckling to herself.

“Poor bud knows where the ball goes  just doesn’t know how to get it there ,” she wrote atop the clip.

When the Mahomes duo, who also share daughter Sterling Skye, almost 3, aren’t using the court for sporting purposes, it makes the perfect easy-to-clean event space.

Last November, the couple turned the basketball court into a football field for Bronze’s 1st birthday party — which they coined “Bronze’s 1st Down.”

They completely transformed the space by covering the hardwood floors with faux green turf, tiny tables fit for toddlers, balloon arches and lots of football-themed decor.

Partygoers had plenty of fun activities to choose from, including a ball pit, a bounce house, a foam finger station and what appeared to be an obstacle course.

Despite having a custom 50-yard football field in their backyard, the pair seemingly decided it was best to host the event indoors due to the frigid Kansas City weather.

The full basketball court sits inside the Mahomes’ palatial estate, which was finished around February 2023.

The couple, who are high school sweethearts, purchased the eight-acre lot for $400,000 around the same time that Patrick signed a 10-year, $450 million contract with the Chiefs.

The home, which they built from the ground up, features the indoor sports court, a state-of-the-art home gym, a movie theater and, of course, a trophy case — which the NFL star has a chance to add to on Feb. 11.

The couple made the most of their massive piece of land by also installing a huge pool and hot tub, a private pond and a par-3 golf hole.

Despite walking a camera crew through the then-unfinished home on Netflix’s “Quarterback” last year, the Mahomes have since shied away from showing the completed estate on social media.

  • Patrick Mahomes spills the beans on the movies that have him rolling on the floor laughing! Check out his list of must-watch comedies!

Patrick Mahomes spills the beans on the movies that have him rolling on the floor laughing! Check out his list of must-watch comedies!

Patrick Mahomes is widely considered one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL.

As the star player for the Kansas City Chiefs, he has cemented himself as a Super Bowl champion and league MVP at just 26 years old.

Off the field, Mahomes enjoys unwinding by watching comedic films that help him relax and find humor.

In interviews, he has openly shared his fondness for several classics in the comedy genre. Step Brothers, The Hangover, and Bridesmaids top Mahomes’s list as some of his all-time favorite laugh-out-loud movies.

While these films may seem like lighthearted entertainment on the surface, a closer examination reveals they offer more depth and insight into Mahomes’s comedic tastes.

    Step Brothers (2008)

One of Mahomes’s go-to feel-good comedies is the raunchy 2008 film Step Brothers. Directed by Adam McKay and starring Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly, Step Brothers follows two overgrown man-children, Brennan Huff and Dale Doback, who are forced to live together as stepbrothers when their single parents marry. The film is a non-stop barrage of absurd gags, physical humor, and immature antics as Brennan and Dale act more like temperamental toddlers than adults in their late 30s.

On the surface, Step Brothers seems like a simple slapstick comedy built around Ferrell and Reilly’s talent for improvisation and physical comedy. However, the film also works as a sharp satire of arrested development and dysfunctional family dynamics. Brennan and Dale never matured past their adolescent mindsets and still act like competitive boys vying for their parents’ approval. The film pokes fun at how some people never fully transition into responsible adulthood. It also highlights the challenges of blending families later in life.

The creative partnership between Ferrell and director McKay also adds nuanced layers to Step Brothers. Their films often use absurd premises to comment on societal issues like capitalism, toxic masculinity, and the American dream gone wrong. In Step Brothers, Brennan and Dale represent overgrown man-children clinging to childhood in an increasingly complex world that passed them by. While the film delivers endless gut-busting laughs, it also serves as a critique of stunted growth. This adds insightful depth beyond just silly slapstick.

For Mahomes, Step Brothers strikes the perfect balance of absurdity and intelligence. “It’s one of the funniest movies I’ve ever seen,” he said. “Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly have such great comedic chemistry. Even after watching it dozens of times, I still catch something new that makes me laugh.” The film’s ability to make such profound commentary feel effortlessly hilarious is why Mahomes continues to find new joy in Step Brothers each viewing. Its multilayered comedy speaks to his discerning comedic tastes beyond just gut-busting gags.

    The Hangover (2009)

Another staple of Mahomes’s movie rotation is the 2009 raunchy black comedy The Hangover. Directed by Todd Phillips, The Hangover follows a bachelor party gone off the rails in Las Vegas. On the morning after, groomsmen Phil, Stu, Alan, and soon-to-be groom Doug wake up with pounding headaches and no memory of the previous night’s events. What follows is a mad scramble to piece together what happened as they encounter a series of absurd mishaps and mistaken identities.

On the surface, The Hangover delivers non-stop cringe-worthy laughs as the characters endure one outrageous scenario after another. However, the film also works as a clever deconstruction of toxic masculinity. The all-male characters engage in foolish risk-taking and macho bravado that leads to increasingly disastrous consequences. Their night of “boys just being boys” spirals into chaos, highlighting the immaturity and lack of responsibility that fuels their behavior. The film serves as a cautionary tale of how masculinity gone wrong can wreak havoc.

The Hangover also subverts expectations with its unpredictable plot twists. As the characters retrace their steps, new absurd revelations continuously unfold, keeping audiences constantly guessing. This element of surprise keeps the comedy feeling fresh with each viewing. For Mahomes, the film’s ability to still surprise him after multiple watches is a big part of its rewatchability. “I love trying to figure out the clues and piece together what happened before the big reveals,” he said. “It always finds new ways to surprise me.”

The creative team also infuses The Hangover with heart and nuance beyond just raunchy gags. Strong themes of friendship, responsibility, and learning from mistakes give the story resonance. It serves as both a wild comedic ride and a thoughtful commentary. This depth is part of what elevates The Hangover beyond a simple frat boy comedy in Mahomes’ eyes. Its multilayered approach to genre conventions through subversion and commentary speaks to his discerning comedic palate.

    Bridesmaids (2011)

Another favorite in Mahomes’ repertoire is the 2011 female-driven comedy Bridesmaids. Written by Annie Mumolo and Kristen Wiig (who also stars), Bridesmaids helped usher in a new era of raunchy female-fronted comedies. The film follows Annie, a bakery owner struggling with financial troubles and a broken engagement. She agrees to serve as maid of honor for her best friend Lillian but finds her life spiraling out of control as she tries in vain to plan the perfect wedding.

On the surface, Bridesmaids delivers gut-busting laughs through cringe-worthy scenarios like the infamous food poisoning scene. However, the film also offers nuanced commentary on modern female relationships and societal expectations. Annie grapples with the pressures of being a good friend while also facing her own insecurities. The complex dynamics between Annie and the other bridesmaids feel authentic in capturing the highs and lows of real-life female friendships.

Bridesmaids also subverts expectations through its talented ensemble cast. Stars like Wiig, Mumolo, Melissa McCarthy, Ellie Kemper, and Wendi McLendon-Covey deliver hilarious performances while also feeling like fully realized characters. Their comedic talents elevate the material beyond just raunchy gags. Mahomes praised the film for showing “how funny and complex women can be when given the chance.” For the first time, a mainstream comedy offered audiences an authentic and hilarious vision of the female experience told from a woman’s perspective, without pandering to the male gaze.

This representation resonated deeply with Mahomes. “I loved seeing strong, funny women at the center of such a great comedy,” he said. “It proved that female-led stories and characters can be just as hilarious as anything else.” The film’s willingness to showcase women’s lives, relationships, and humor in an authentic light, without compromise, is part of what Mahomes finds so groundbreaking and appealing about Bridesmaids’ comedy.

In conclusion, Patrick Mahomes’s favorite comedies like Step Brothers, The Hangover, and Bridesmaids offer more than just gut-busting laughs on the surface. A closer examination reveals they infuse absurdist humor with insightful social commentary and nuanced character work. They subvert expectations through unpredictable plots and creative storytelling choices. For Mahomes, these films strike the perfect balance of delivering non-stop comedy while also feeling intelligent and thoughtful. Their willingness to push boundaries and offer new perspectives is part of what makes them such enduring classics in his eyes. Even after repeat viewings, he continues to find new layers of humor, commentary, and surprises. These comedies offer Mahomes the perfect blend of escapism and entertainment through their multidimensional approaches to the genre.

Baltimore hosted its first AFC championship, welcoming the Kansas City Chiefs to town as the favorites to make a trip to Las Vegas for the Super Bowl.

Instead, Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce did their thing, and the KC defense came up big in the second half as the Chiefs beat the Ravens, 17-10. Taylor Swift was in attendance to support Kelce, and for some reason, there are scores of Brads, Chads and dads that continue to complain that the singer exists and graces their television screens for whole seconds at a time.Last week, some Buffalo fans spoke out about Swift, made condescending signs and even burned posters of her in the parking lot before the game. They quickly learned about what Swifties call “Tayvoodoo,” or the way the universe seems to bring karma to those that needlessly slander the singer.

Although the trash talk seemed to be toned down this week, there were still plenty of accounts asking Lamar Jackson to “save them from a Swift Super Bowl” and others going so far as to buy her record to smash it.

Once again, fans reminded everyone that karma is a relaxing thought.
