Patrick Mahomes and his wife Brittany were mercilessly booed and jeered by fans of the Las Vegas Raiders as they left a restaurant in Cabo.

The Super Bowl winner and his high school sweetheart are continuing to enjoy the NFL’s offseason and are currently soaking up the sun in the Mexican hotspot.

They went out for a romantic meal at Rosa Negra – a Latin restaurant – on Thursday night but ran into a group of fans who support the Kansas City Chiefs’ bitter rivals.

Footage from inside the restaurant shows the couple getting booed and heckled as they walk out. The group of fans can be heard shouting: ‘Raiders, Raiders, Raiders’.

The couple appear to be unfazed by the jeering and ignore the group of boisterous fans as they walk out the restaurant.

According to TMZ, they were in the restaurant for around two hours and enjoyed a date night without their two young 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren Sterling and Bronze.

Brittany posted two pictures of their evening on her Instagram story. In both she was seen hugging her husband, who gave a cheeky grin in one of the shots.

Mahomes won the Super Bowl at the Las Vegas Raiders’ Allegiant Stadium back in February – the third time he has lifted the Vince Lombardi trophy in his sensational career.

Earlier this week, Brittany gushed over her husband not long after the three-time Super Bowl MVP was made fun of on social media for his physique.

On Tuesday, the quarterback was named on Time’s 100 Most Influential People list.

Mahomes shared pictures from a shoot with photographer Joshua Kissi to announce his inclusion in the prominent list.

To celebrate, Brittany shared the post on her story shortly after.

‘My hottttttt hubby,’ she wrote over the picture with a smiling face with three hearts, yum, and fire emoji.

Mahomes also addressed the jokes about his ‘dad bod,’ in the Time piece. The jokes came about when a video of him in the Chiefs locker room showed his not-so-shredded figure after leading the Chiefs to an AFC title win in February.

‘I definitely have the dad bod a little bit,’ Mahomes told TIME before defending his body shape.

‘I’ll also say I have a great body for a quarterback. You’ve got to have some padding in there to take the hits that we take.’

In addition to winning his third title, Patrick and Brittany celebrated their second wedding anniversary in March.

Although he has been enjoying the offseason, Mahomes and the Chiefs are gearing up to achieve a three-peat as Phase one of their two-week offseason program started on Monday.

Brittany was also quick to react to the release of new BFF Taylor Swift’s eagerly-anticipated latest album in the early hours of Friday.

The 28-year-old personal trainer took to her Instagram story on Thursday evening, sharing Swift’s post about her new album dropping.

Other parts of the song refer to ‘blokes warm[ing] the benches’.

Some are convinced that they’ve found clues that suggest an appearance is on the way

Rumours have begun circulating online that Taylor Swift could make a surprise appearance at this year’s Coachella.

With the 2024 instalment of the California just around the corner, some have begun piecing together what they think are clues that the pop icon is planning an unannounced visit to the stage.

Currently, the singer-songwriter is not among those listed as performing at this year’s edition – which is taking place during the weekends of April 12-14 and April 19-21. However, some things suggest that the possibility of her taking to the stage isn’t entirely ruled out.

As highlighted by outlet Just Jared, the Indio festival is renowned for its inclusion of surprise guests, and the 2024 dates arrive just as Swift is taking a break from her mammoth ‘Eras’ tour – meaning that there are no obvious scheduling conflicts during the festival dates.

What’s more, L.A. Times pointed out that the second weekend of Coachella starts on April 19; the same day that the singer’s new album ‘The Tortured Poets Department’ is set to drop. It isn’t unheard of for an artist to pop up at the live event to celebrate new material, and Kendrick Lamar did the same thing back in 2017 when he dropped ‘Damn’.

It is possible that a surprise appearance by Swift may not come as a solo set either, as the line-up for this year includes many of the singer’s friends and collaborators.

Lana Del Rey, who she joined forces with for ‘Snow on the Beach’ is headlining the festival, and longtime creative partner Jack Antonoff‘s band Bleachers is also scheduled for a performance. Sabrina Carpenter is also listed on the bill, having wrapped up her time as the opening act for the ‘Eras Tour’.

The speculation that the ‘Bad Blood’ singer could join either of them as a surprise guest is heightened by a recent report by US Weekly – which recently quoted a source who said that both Swift and her boyfriend Travis Kelce “both want to see Lana Del Rey and Bleachers” and will be “renting a house in the area” during the time of the festival.

Finally, speaking to People in a recent interview, Kelce gave a very coy answer when asked if he would be attending Coachella this year. “I am a Coachella guy,” he said. “I love going to Coachella. I love live music in general. So you might see me pop up over there at some point.”

The rumours come just days after Swift celebrated the upcoming release of her new album by creating five exclusive playlists on Apple Music, choosing songs from her own catalogue that fit each stage – Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression and Acceptance.

Following the album’s release, the singer will resume her career-spanning ‘Eras Tour’ in Europe next month before heading to the UK and Ireland in June. Swift is due to play eight shows at Wembley Stadium in London this summer as part of the run, with support coming from Paramore.

As well as Lana Del Rey, other headliners for Coachella include Tyler, The Creator and Doja Cat.

Travis, мeanwhile, wore an open plaid shirt over a white T-shirt with striped pants and white Chυcks.

On the eve of her 34th birthday on December 12, Taylor skipped the TIME Person of the Year Gala in NYC for dinner at Zero Bond with Selena and Kaleigh and her actor husband, Miles Teller, 37.

Blake was not present – but she was on hand to celebrate at Taylor’s blowout bash the following night where she partied with the singer’s celebrity friends, including Kaleigh and Miles, as well as Zoe Kravitz, 28, and Gigi Hadid, 25.

Selena, however, was noticeably absent.

Instead, the former Disney star shared a birthday message on Instagram alongside a photo of Taylor kissing her on the cheek.

There was no mention as to why she could not make it to her best friend’s birthday party.

‘Blake enjoys the perks of being a celebrity. She loves to have fun.

On January 7, Selena and Taylor both attended the Golden Globes along with Kaleigh and partied into the night – but Blake was not present.

Three days later, Taylor went out to dinner in NYC with Kaleigh, Zoe and Blake. Selena, who was still in NYC, was not in attendance.

Selena and Blake don’t appear to have ever been photographed together at events, including the Met Gala and numerous ceremonies from the Golden Globes to the Emmys and SAG Awards.

They were both in attendance at Saturday Night Live on November 14, 2021 when Taylor was the guest host and debuted the remake of her song, All Too Well (Taylor’s version) – but there are no pictures of them mingling.
