Meanwhile, Kim chose to display a different side of their 90s narrative, opting for a holiday photo taken in Armenia. Both sisters were dressed in eye-catching party wear; Kourtney in a light blue shirt that plunged tastefully, while Kim looked striking in a white strapless gown. The outfits, though timeless, were heightened by the classic 90s accessories, including Kim’s knee-high boots and hair bows, complemented by Kourtney’s bohemian necklace. Yet, it was their ultra-thin eyebrows that truly epitomized the decade’s beauty standards.

Taylor Swift Reacts to Travis Kelce’s Bold Message to Her on Twitter

Taylor Swift has got a ton of musical mileage out of the romantic relationships that have come and gone in her life, but those guys haven’t been the truly essential players in her journey to the top of the pop star pyramid.

It’s Scott and Andrea Swift, Taylor’s parents, who have championed their daughter since day one, believing in her so much that they left their palatial house in Reading, Penn., for Nashville, where a determined 14-year-old Taylor felt she had to be to make her dream a reality.

Talking to CMT, she said her parents weren’t just indulging her for the sake of being supportive. “My parents actually believed it,” she said.

Before her Reputation Tour touched down in Philadelphia, she took a few friends to visit her childhood home, a Christmas tree farm in Wyomissing, where the new owners were apparently happy to let the famous former resident in to take a look at her old room.

Here’s Why Cardi B Says She Refuses To Have Beef With Nicki Minaj

In spite of Cardi B‘s overwhelming success, the naysayers and others alike are eager to see the rising artist feud with Nicki Minaj. But Cardi is here to clarify exactly where she stands with the Head Barb.

Over the past month, the tweets and likes of both rappers have been dissected and interpreted as subliminal disses towards each other. Whether it was Nicki’s boisterous bars on “No Flag” or the hijacking of Cardi’s Twitter account, the rumor mill has been hard at work. Bronx’s fresh femcee talent, however, recently put all allegations of a feud to rest during a red carpet interview at the VMAs.

On Sunday night (Aug. 28), Cardi candidly told Billboard that she doesn’t “want problems with anybody.” She continued, “I just want to make music and make money. I don’t really have time to look at other women and what they’re doing. I’m myself.”

Cardi and Nicki’s alleged beef dates back to March, but most recently rumors reignited when the Barbs thought Cardi was trying to throw jabs at Nicki. It was also alleged that Nicki dissed the newcomer on her track “Swish Swish” with Katy Perry, which the Queens, New York, native refuted in a series of tweets.

Whether or not a collab between the two femcees is in the works is still anybody’s guess. But, it’s time we put the “beef” to rest.

  • The trial over NBA 2K’s LeBron James tattoos could set huge precedent

The trial over NBA 2K’s LeBron James tattoos could set huge precedent

The trial over NBA 2K’s LeBron James tattoos could set huge precedent

The battle over LeBron James’ tattoos has been ongoing since 2017 — and longer with other tattoo artists

Photo: Tyler Kaufman/Getty ImagesNicole Carpenter is a senior reporter specializing in investigative features about labor issues in the game industry, as well as the business and culture of games.

Take-Two Interactive Software is in an Ohio court this week to fight a lawsuit over the use of Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James’ tattoos in its games. Tattoo artist Jimmy Hayden first sued Take-Two in 2017 over the use of several tattoos he made for James that were reproduced in NBA 2K games from 2016 to 2020.

Hayden was originally suing over six tattoos he created for James, but U.S. District Judge Christopher Boyko ruled against the artist in early 2024, saying Hayden could only sue over two of those six tattoos: a tattoo of stars, and another of James’ mother’s name, Gloria.

The jury trial began Monday with opening arguments, where Hayden’s attorney Todd Tucker said Take-Two “painstakingly copied” Hayden’s work for the game, according to local news outlet Cleveland.com. Alongside opening arguments, jurors watched clips of NBA 2K games featuring James. James will not appear in court, but Take-Two’s lawyers will play his recorded deposition for the jury. Take-Two has also called game designer and Play Anything author Ian Bogost as a witness, according to court documents.

    Image: 2K Games/Take-Two Interactive Software

Tucker told jurors that Hayden has been compensated for the use of his tattoos — even on James — by other companies, like Warner Bros. with Space Jam 2. He got $1,500 for that use, Tucker said.

For Take-Two, attorney Dale Cendali said that Hayden got paid only after filing the lawsuit, and that James’ tattoos are a very small part of NBA 2K. Cendali said James licensed his own likeness to Take-Two through the NBA Players Association — a ruling in Hayden’s favor would mean James would have to ask Hayden permission to license his very own being, as reported by Cleveland.com.

“Take-Two didn’t need permission because Mr. James already gave Take-Two permission,” Cendali said. “That’s exactly what this case is about. The whole point is Mr. James’ ability to license his likeness. This case affects Mr. James much more than Take-Two.”

The issue at stake is whether a tattoo artist can copyright art they’ve given an “implied license” — i.e., putting something permanently on someone’s body. Sure, a sketch or design may be able to be copyrighted, but once it’s on another person, whose is it? For Hayden’s side, it’s a trademark issue, but Take-Two says a win in Hayden’s favor makes this a serious issue of ownership of licensing one’s likeness. It’s an issue that video game companies and tattoo artists have been litigating for years — and there’s still no real legal consensus.

This isn’t the first time a video game company has been sued over an athlete’s tattoos — not even the first time for Take-Two. A company called Solid Oak Sketches sued Take-Two in 2016 over James’ tattoos, as well as tattoos on Kobe Bryant, DeAndre Jordan, Eric Bledsoe, and Kenyon Martin. Solid Oak Sketches said it had licensing agreements for the tattoos. Take-Two won that lawsuit in 2020 after a judge declared the tattoos fair use. On the flip side, Take-Two lost a lawsuit in 2022 filed by tattoo artist Catherine Alexander, who inked five tattoos on WWE wrestler Randy Orton. She filed in 2018 after those designs showed up on Orton in WWE 2K games and ultimately received $3,750 in damages — not a huge win, but up from the $450 she said WWE originally (and unsuccessfully) offered her for licensing.

Hayden, the tattoo artist in court currently with Take-Two, has another lawsuit ongoing with Take-Two over the use of tattoos on James, Danny Green, and Tristan Thompson in NBA 2K21; that lawsuit is on hold until a decision is made in the ongoing court battle.

In 2012, a tattoo artist sued Electronic Arts over a tattoo on NFL running back Ricky Williams’ arms after they were reproduced in NFL Street. In 2013, another tattoo artist sued THQ over UFC Undisputed 3, in which a tattoo from artist Christopher Escobedo’s work appears on fighter Carlos Condit. Both lawsuits were dismissed, and Condit’s tattoos were removed from the UFC game.

Taylor Swift made his daughter’s dream come true.

It was a moment for Grace.

The Westchester tween who The Post spotlighted for being a die-hard “Swiftie” had her dreams come true at the pop superstar’s concert at MetLife Stadium Sunday – when Taylor Swift knelt down and placed the fedora on her head while singing “22.”

“I felt so special, happy, nauseous, shocked, excited,” 12-year-old Grace DelVecchio, who has Down Syndrome, told The Post about the special moment.

Prior to the DelVecchio family attending T-Swizzle’s Eras Tour concerts on June 26 and 28, The Post and the DelVecchios reached out to Swift’s public relations team several times to request a meet-and-greet with Grace’s idol – but never received a response.

So when Grace and her dad, Michael DelVecchio, were instructed by a security guard to go to the end of the ninth row where they were sitting, Michael initially didn’t know what to think.

But within seconds, he realized that Swift was in the middle of singing “Enchanted” – the song that routinely came before “22,” during which Swift traditionally gives her fedora to an audience member.

“I knew what was going to happen next because I’ve read about it previously. I literally left our bags – I left our backpack, fanny pack, everything on the chair, because I was just like, ‘I gotta go.’ And they, like, secret-serviced us…up front,” Michael recalled.

“I’m still feeling some of those goosebumps one week later…I will never be able to duplicate something like that for her for the rest of our lives,” he said with tears in his eyes.

For years, it had been Michael’s goal to fulfill his daughter’s dream of seeing Swift perform live. The father of two eventually secured Eras Tour tickets days before Christmas – after he was unable to get them during the Nov. 15 presale, which made him feel like “the worst dad ever,” he said.

Jenn Sparano, Grace’s speech-language pathologist teacher at Mildred E. Strang Middle School, was sitting in a different section of the stadium when she looked up to see Grace’s face on the big screen.

At that moment, “I truly collapsed to the ground and was sobbing,” Sparano said.

Theresa DelVecchio, Grace’s mom, immediately began receiving pictures of Grace on the big screen from people she hadn’t spoken to in years who were at the concert, she said with a laugh.

“There’s not a single person who told me they saw the video [of Taylor giving her hat to Grace] and didn’t cry,” Theresa said.

One of the best parts of the whole experience has been the outpouring of love for Grace from their Yorktown community, according to Sparano and the DelVecchios.

“I have loved watching everyone’s interactions with Grace in the hallway this week…Cheering for her, giving her hugs. Everyone is so excited for her,” Sparano said.

“She just eats it up,” Michael added.

The DelVecchios have ordered a glass case — along with a hat stand — to preserve Swift’s fedora for Grace.

Legend Lebron James: Journey From Abandoned Child To The Top Of The Nba And Tireless Efforts To Become An Excellent Husband And Fathe

LeBron James, often hailed as one of the greatest basketball players of all time, has captivated audiences around the world not only with his remarkable s𝓀𝒾𝓁𝓁s on the court but also with his inspiring journey from a challenging 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥hood to becoming a beacon of excellence in the NBA. However, beyond his achievements in basketball, LeBron’s commitment to family and fatherhood stands as a testament to his character and values.

LeBron’s 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥hood was marked by instability and adversity. Growing up in Akron, Ohio, he faced numerous challenges, including being raised by a single mother and experiencing periods of homelessness. At the age of nine, he was forced to move from apartment to apartment, often staying with friends or coaches when his mother struggled to provide for the family.

Despite these hardships, LeBron’s talent and passion for basketball shone brightly from a young age. His athleticism and s𝓀𝒾𝓁𝓁 on the court quickly caught the attention of coaches and scouts, paving the way for a future in the sport. LeBron’s journey to the top of the NBA was not without obstacles, but his unwavering determination and work ethic propelled him to stardom.

Throughout his illustrious career, LeBron has amassed an impressive list of accolades, including multiple NBA championships, MVP awards, and All-Star selections. His impact on the game of basketball transcends statistics, as he has redefined the role of the modern NBA player with his versatility, basketball IQ, and leadership both on and off the court.

However, LeBron’s journey is about more than just basketball. His commitment to family and fatherhood has been a cornerstone of his life, guiding him through the highs and lows of his career. In 2011, LeBron married his high school sweetheart, Savannah Brinson, and together they have built a strong and loving family.

As a father to three 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren—LeBron Jr., Bryce Maximus, and Zhuri—LeBron has prioritized being present and involved in their lives, despite the demands of his basketball career. He has spoken openly about the importance of fatherhood and the lessons he learned from his own experiences growing up without a father figure.

LeBron’s dedication to his family extends beyond the basketball court. He is actively involved in his 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren’s lives, attending their games and school events whenever possible. Additionally, LeBron and Savannah are committed to giving back to their community through the LeBron James Family Foundation, which provides educational resources, mentorship programs, and scholarships to underserved youth.

LeBron James’ remarkable journey from an abandoned 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥 to the summit of the NBA is a testament to his resilience, determination, and unwavering faith in himself. However, it is his tireless efforts to become an excellent husband and father that truly define his legacy. As LeBron continues to inspire millions both on and off the court, his commitment to family serves as a powerful reminder of the transformative power of love, perseverance, and the enduring bonds of kinship.

Bia Seemingly Disses Cardi B On Dreezy’s “Bi**h Duh (Remix)”

If social media thought there may have been some sort of issue between Cardi B and Bia before, the latter may have just made the beef more believable.

It seems to be the season of dissing, as Kendrick fired at Drake and J. Cole, J. Cole shot back at K. Dot, A$AP had some bars for Drake, and Chris Brown came for Quavo. Now, Bia has dropped some suggestive bars in Dreezy’s remix to “Bi**h Duh” that seem to be aimed at Cardi B.

In a breakdown of her lyrics, Bia raps: “I hear bi**hes poppin’ sh*t and that’s so funny to me/ How you say you runnin’ down but you can’t walk on the beat?” That line could refer to Cardi admitting that she wanted to get on a remix to Ice Spice’s “Munch,” but couldn’t catch the beat.

“I did a thing for Ice Spice, but I did not like how it sounded,” the Bronx rapper said to Speedy Mormon last month. “I can’t catch the beat for sh*t. Doing drill music is not as easy as it looks.”

Bia also drops the line, “I can never turn my phone on just to cry, on a live/ I hate a sneaky ni**a, pick a side/ If you wanna get up with me, tell that bi**h that we’re outside.”

The Really Her rapper could be sharing her sentiments on why she’d never do that, or it could be a reference to the time Cardi went live crying about her husband, Offset, after rumors of him cheating with Chrisean Rock began circulating. Offset denied all allegations.

“You been fu**ing feeling yourself you bi**h a** ni**a because of your bi**h a** album and sh*t and you really been fu**ing dong me doing me dirty,” Cardi emotionally vented to her followers. “After so many fu**ing years that I motherfu**n helped your a**, not even a fu**ing thank you that I got from your bi**h a**.”

Although Bia said no names in her verse, back in March, the “London” rapper seemingly agreed with an X post claiming that she is “definitely on Cardi’s mood board.”

Bia responded with the woozy emoji.

The online debate began last month when Cardi teased her single “Like What (Freestyle),” which samples Missy Elliott’s 1999 classic hit “She’s A Bi**h.” Bia also dropped her track “Fallback” in 2023 sampling the same Missy track — and some began drawing similarities between Cardi’s song and Bia’s.

Immediately after, the Invasion of Privacy rhymer also took to X to write, “Bi**hes make a fool of themselves every single time *laughing emoji*.. ima show ya something when I release this song tho *winking emoji*.”

Although neither rapper has directly took shots at each other, social media never misses a beat.

  • What’s next for Travis Kelce in 2024? From retirement claims to planning his future with Taylor Swift

What’s next for Travis Kelce in 2024? From retirement claims to planning his future with Taylor Swift

There aren’t many athletes who can claim that they had a better year than Travis Kelce, both in their sport and personally speaking, as they reflect on 2023.

Looking back at what has been, without a shadow of a doubt, at the most intense 12 months of the 34-year-old Kansas City Chiefs tight end’s career, Travis first came to attention when he and his older brother, Jason, a center for the Philadelphia Eagles, became the first pair of siblings to play each other in Super Bowl history.

Dubbed as the ‘Kelce Bowl’, NFL fans witnessed a spectacle at State Farm Stadium – home of the Arizona Cardinals in Glendale – as Travis and Patrick Mahomes lifted the Vince Lombardi Trophy for the second time in three seasons after winning their first title together in 2019.

This season, Travis continues to prove why he belongs in the NFL’s 2010s All-Decade Team, as he broke the Chiefs franchise record for career receiving yards against the Miami Dolphins in November. He also became the fastest tight end to reach 11,000 career receiving yards, and is on the verge of having the most 1,000+ yard seasons among current and retired players in his position (eight).

And things have been going well off the field, too. Travis is dating Taylor Swift, with the couple going from strength to strength, although some have been pointing fingers at the pop star for the Chiefs enduring a recent wobble in form.

So after an eventful year which saw him reach more highs than lows, what can we expect from Trav’ in 2024? Here, DailyMail.com takes a look at what’s to come for the Chiefs’ No. 87.

Travis Kelce has a lot of thinking to do regardless of the Chiefs reaching the Super Bowl again

Travis is said to have ‘big plans’ for himself and Taylor in 2024, starting in the offseason in Feb.

Travis, 35, made a lot more media appearances in 2023 than he did through most of his career

    Early Retirement

Let’s start with perhaps the touchiest of possibilities – Travis retiring just a year shy from 35, that is. Oh, to be 22, again…

In an interview with The Wall Street Journal, the eight-time Pro Bowler admitted that he’s becoming more and more aware of the pain and injuries his body sustains from playing week in and week out for six months from September to February.

‘That’s the only thing I’ve never really been open about, the discomfort. The pain,’ Travis said in November. ‘The lingering injuries — the 10 surgeries I’ve had that I still feel every single surgery to this day.’

But, four months prior to opening up on how he manifested the best year of his life to WSJ, Travis said he won’t step away from football, simply because he’s entering his mid-30s.

‘Till the wheels fall off, baby,’ Kelce said at Chiefs mandatory minicamp in June. ‘I love this game. I know I’m going to miss it when I’m done playing.’

Travis admitted to still feeling the 10 surgeries he’s had ‘to this day’ after 11 seasons in the NFL

Finishing his career back in his hometown

In a world full of surprises, who could possibly imagine Travis donning another NFL team’s jersey other than the Chiefs’ almighty red, white and gold colors?

Well, despite being a loyal servant to Kansas City, the team that drafted him in 2013 and for who he has played on for 11 seasons, Travis revealed his childhood dream of playing for the Cleveland Browns in the fall, having been raised in Westlake, Ohio, a suburb of Cleveland.

He made the confession on his ‘New Heights’ podcast with rapper-rocker Machine Gun Kelly, also a Cleveland native, who offered Travis a $500,000 in cash to gear up in his hometown’s gear before calling time on his career.

‘I’ll tell you what, man, that’s an intriguing offer – an intriguing offer,’ Travis said in response to MGK’s bid to bring him back to his roots. ‘Because you know how much we love the east side of Cleveland. You already know, brother.’

    Only time will tell…

Hailing from Westlake, Ohio, Travis once admitted to wanting to playing for the Browns as a kid
