Taylor Swift and boyfriend Travis Kelce attempted to keep a low profile for their dinner date at the Bird Street Club in Los Angeles Tuesday.

 

In photos, the “Bad Blood” singer and the Kansas City Chiefs star tried to stay incognito as they ducked behind the backseat in the car while Swift’s driver sat up front trying to shield her from the paparazzi.

Kelce, 34, was sitting behind the passenger’s seat while Swift, also 34, sat behind the driver.

The billionaire musician was also shielded from view with a black curtain that covered her car window.

A spy told Page Six that the duo appeared “stylish and happy” at Bird Street Club, the same venue where Disney boss Bob Iger was seen “fawning” over the couple last month.

“They were low-key, very tall! They were with two other people,” the source told us.

The couple’s outing comes more than two weeks after they were spotted on a lunch date in Malibu, Calif.

Though Kelce and Swift arrived at Nobu separately, fans were able to snap pictures of the pair — who went public last September — together as they dined outside.

Since the tight end wrapped his football season in February and Swift has a break from her Eras Tour, they have been enjoying a lot of quality time together.

Last month, Page Six obtained exclusive photos of the pair enjoying a romantic vacation to the Bahamas.

At one point, Kelce and the “Cruel Summer” songstress held hands as they walked in the crystal-clear water and wrapped their arms around each other as they shared a kiss.

Swift wore a yellow bikini by Montce (top $143, bottom $94) and black sunglasses, while her beau went shirtless while wearing a pair of blue-and-white patterned swim trunks.

The couple stayed at the luxurious Rosalita House on Harbour Island, which can go for around $15,000 per night, and features six bedrooms, a pool, multiple terraces, stunning gardens, a gym and more.

Swift and Kelce were also treated with a personal chef, sous chef, house manager, three butlers, three housekeepers, three gardeners/beach maintenance workers and a security guard in the evenings.

Now the couple is reportedly planning to attend Coachella to support Swift’s close pal Lana Del Rey‘s headlining set.

Per Us Weekly, the Grammy winner and Kelce will be “renting a house in the area” for one of the two festival weekends.

 

 

For the NFL, late March is the time for no competition. Unless that competition is totally contrived and has nothing to do with football.

 

Enter the latest installment of The Match, a golf competition that started as two teams consisting of a pro golfer with a pro athlete from another sport and has become a quartet of non-golfers in a two-on-two battle. Last year, it was Old Goats (Aaron Rodgers and Tom Brady) against Young Guns (Patrick Mahomes and Josh Allen). This year, teammates from their own sports became teammates for the contest in Las Vegas.

And so it was Mahomes and Travis Kelce from the Chiefs, against Steph Curry and Klay Thompson of the Golden State Warriors. Mahomes and Kelce won. Kelce’s quote after the victory was definitely on brand.“I wouldn’t mind coming back here in February and defending the title, baby,” he said, via CNN.com, in reference to the fact that the next Super Bowl will be played in that same city.

Mahomes was also on brand, too, using the event as another example of the value of teamwork. “We knew coming into this that if I just played decent, we were going to have a chance,” Mahomes said, per CNN.com. “Steph’s a great golfer, I thought Klay did a good job out there today. But they didn’t have that team aspect that we had. . . . Literally, I would hit a terrible shot, Trav would hit a great one and vice versa. That’s what it takes in a team event like that and I think we went out there and showed what we can do.”

And Mahomes undoubtedly will find a way to use last night’s golf competition to further strengthen his bond with Kelce, making them even harder to beat when the 2023 season begins and the Chiefs try to become the first team to repeat since the 2003-04 Patriots.

 

At the end of their live podcast, the brothers were brought onstage to receive their honors and Travis celebrated in typically flamboyant style.

 

It initially appeared to be a surprise for both brothers, with the university’s director of athletics, John Cunningham, taking to the stage with the President, Neville Pinto, to present them with the awards.

They both genuinely appeared humbled, but it didn’t take the younger Kelce brother to return to form. The Chiefs hero downed a beer, slammed the empty can to the ground and yelled into a microphone at the end of his speech: ‘You’ve got to fight for your right to party!’The Kelces even had their parents, Donna and Ed, on the stage with them for the moment.

Brittany Mahomes officially has her husband’s approval on her new hair transformation.

 

The KC Current owner, 28, debuted a fiery new shade of red hair on April 10 while doing a sexy photo shoot (giving us serious Ariel the mermaid vibes) and her husband, Patrick Mahomes, 28, has nothing but love for the look.

After Brittany shared the photos from her shoot on Instagram, writing, “Feeling spicy,” Patrick reshared the carousel to his Instagram Stories with a single red heart, showing his approval and affection.

Brittany first showed off her new hairstyle, which is likely a wig and done by extension specialist and hairstylist Laurabeth Cabott, in a photo shoot while wearing jeans and a tiny black top. She posed for a variety of sultry photos showing off the long locks and even shot a few with the hair pulled up.

On her Instagram Stories, she captured a few selfies of herself, including one with daughter Sterling, 3, while she was dressed down in gray sweats between takes.

Brittany loves a glam moment and just had another big moment when she debuted for Sports Illustrated Swimsuit earlier this year. She stars as a Rookie in this year’s issue and her photos started rolling out in February. The Kansas City Chiefs superfan (she is married to the quarterback after all) wears her best Chiefs-red swimwear for the steamy photos, including a teeny-tiny red bikini in a shot that the magazine just shared at the beginning of April.

With the NFL Draft returning, college players will soon bounce across the country as they join their new pro teams.

But the draft is annually filled with what-if moments, as critical decisions — often made at the last second — affect players, coaches and teams for decades to come.

In 2017, Patrick Mahomes could have been drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals at No. 9.

Instead, Cincy took wide receiver John Ross — who soon became a first-round bust — while Mahomes went to the Chiefs one pick later and now has three Super Bowl trophies.

Back in 2011, Jason was a young offensive lineman fresh out of the University of Cincinnati.

And a major what-if moment occurred in NFL history.

“I knew I was a day three guy,” he recently told NFL Network.

After six long rounds and 190 picks, Jason had bowled enough with his family and was still waiting to be picked before the seventh round was over.

“Round four passes. Round five passes,” Jason said. “At this point, we’re done bowling.”

He finally had his name called by Philly at No. 191 overall, and never left the Eagles franchise until he retired at 36 years old.

“My father’s got tears rolling down his face,” said Jason, recalling the emotional moment of being drafted on the final day.

But another team also kept an eye on Travis’ big brother as the rounds mounted and the last pick approached.

“I had two teams really interested,” Jason said. “Kansas City and the Philadelphia Eagles.”

The Chiefs held the No. 199 pick in 2011.

If the Eagles had passed on Jason at 190, Kansas City could have taken him — and eventually reunited the Kelce brothers in the NFL two years later, when Travis became the No. 63 pick for the Chiefs.

The first round of the 2024 draft is Thursday in Detroit.

This year’s class is loaded with top-tier quarterback talent, including Drake Maye, J.J. McCarthy and Jayden Daniels.

Caleb Williams is expected to the No. 1 pick by the Chicago Bears and has been compared to Patrick Mahomes.

“It’s the greatest moment of my life … outside of my kids being born,” Jason said. “It’s the realization that you’re about to play in the NFL.”

Travis implored his brother not to “s*** on the MLS”. Jason replied: “I’m not sh****** on MLS. I’m saying it’s not international soccer. When you think of soccer, I know there’s all these wonderful clubs overseas, there’s the MLS, I think of the World Cup, that’s all I’m saying. It’s international play and then everything else.

“I didn’t say I won’t watch it (MLS). I’m just saying it wasn’t the same level… Seeing Messi play for Miami is not the same as when he played in Barcelona or when he was at the world stage at the World Cup. That’s all I’m saying – it’s not the same.

“Seeing Michael Jordan on the golf course is not the same as seeing Jordan in a Bulls uniform. You see one person on the biggest stage possible, with the biggest team in history. This is the best soccer player at the World Cup. That’s different than seeing Lionel Messi tearing it up in Kansas City, just saying.”

For many years, Messi struggled to replicate his club form at international level. Argentina lost the World Cup final in 2014, the Copa America final in 2015, and the Copa America final again in 2016. Travis told his brother: “Dude, it’s the same – it’s Lionel Messi,” Travis said. “It was the same as when (Zlatan) Ibrahimovic went f****** crazy in LA (for LA Galaxy). It’s great, it’s electric. He made the MLS fun to watch.”

But Jason hit back. He explained: “I’m not saying it’s not good for MLS, I’m not saying it’s not great, I’m saying it’s not as good. I’m not saying it sucks that he’s playing in Miami, it’s awesome for the MLS, it’s great for American soccer. I’m just saying it’s nowhere near when he scores a goal for Argentina and the entire country is erupting and cheers because it means more to Argentina than any other sport on the planet.”

Jason Kelce is a massive center, measuring in at 6’3″ and 280 pounds. He ran a surprising 4.89 40-yard dash at the combine and is certainly quick on his feet. Kelce began his career at Cincinnati as a walk-on linebacker and earned the Scout Team Defensive Player of the Year Award during his redshirt season in 2006.

In 2007, the Bearcats moved Kelce to the offensive line, and he fit in perfectly. He started 13 games at left guard in 2008 and 2009. He was named second-team All-Big East in 2009 as a guard and again in 2010 as a center. Can play guard or center in the NFL, making him more valuable.
