Durіng the medаl сeremony, Jordаn, аlong wіth Sсottіe Pіррen аnd other teаmmаteѕ, drарed the Amerісan flаg over theіr ѕhoulderѕ. The Amerісan flаg wіth іtѕ рromіnent red, whіte, аnd blue overѕhаdowed the Reebok logo on the trасksuits.

Thіѕ wаѕn’t іntentіonаl ѕаbotаge by Jordаn, but іt dіd unintentionally bloсk the brаnd’ѕ exрoѕure durіng а globаl televіѕed event. Reebok hаd reрortedly раid $4 mіllіon for thіѕ ѕponѕorѕhip. However, there wаѕn’t аny mаjor fаllout for Jordаn, аnd hіѕ Nіke аѕѕociаtion remаіned ѕtrong.

Taylor Swift’s winning streak continues as she breaks record for most pre-saved album with The Tortured Poets Department on Spotify

Taylor Swift is continuing to break records with her highly-anticipated 11th album, The Tortured Poets Department, which will be released on Friday, April 19.

As her legions of fans impatiently wait for the record to come out, the 34-year-old pop star surpassed Spotify‘s record for the most pre-saved countdown page album in the streaming services’ history.

The countdown page for the album, which launched on March 28, has become a go-to place for Swifties to receive weekly updates of new lyrics and video messages from the singer.

The 11-time Grammy winner has been keeping her fans on their toes ahead of the album’s drop by having them decode hidden messages and announcing the first single as Fortnight, featuring Post Malone.

Taylor Swift is continuing to break records with her highly-anticipated 11th album, The Tortured Poets Department, which will be released on Friday, April 19 (seen in Feburary)

Other records she is likely to break upon the album’s release in various countries include tying with Jay-Z for the most #1 albums for a solo artist (14), if it goes number one on the Billboard Hot 100.

If The Tortured Poets Department goes number one in the United Kingdom, she will tie Madonna as the female artist with the most #1 albums in the UK.

Additionally, she may break her tie with Bruce Springsteen and she would become the sole holder of the record for the most #1 albums on the Irish chart for any artist ever (11).

According to VegasInsider.com, the performer could break her own record for the most streamed album in a day and most streamed album in a week on Spotify.

Her last album, Midnights currently holds the record for the most streamed album on Spotify in a day (184.695 million) as well as the most streamed album in a week (785.253 million).

Tom Poleman, the chief programming officer & president for iHeartRadio, told CNN that The Tortured Poets Department ‘is probably the most anticipated album’ he’s ‘ever’ seen in his career.

‘It’s not just a music event, it’s a pop culture event that I think that everybody in America will be talking about and celebrating together,’ he raved to CNN in a recent interview.

Poleman continued: ‘It’s like in movies, it’s like James Cameron who cares about quality, cares about credibility but also cares about commercial success.’

As her legions of fans impatiently wait for the record to come out, the 34-year-old pop star surpassed Spotify’s record for the most pre-saved countdown page album in the streaming services’ history

Her latest achievement comes amid speculation that the new album contains many references to her former flame Matty Healy, who she had a brief two-month fling with in 2023 following her split from Joe Alwyn after six years of dating.

On Wednesday, a zip file circulating online featured 17 different songs – the same number of hits that Taylor confirmed would be included on her upcoming record sent her fans into a frenzy as many believe it is a leak of her latest work.

Upon hearing these snippets, some listeners have claimed that they are fake and created by artificial intelligence (AI) – however others have been left convinced that the songs offer an early access pass to the official album.

News of the so-called leak sent shockwaves through the singer’s fanbase, with some rushing to listen to the songs.

The countdown page for the album, which launched on March 28, has become a go-to place for Swifties to receive weekly updates of new lyrics and video messages from the singer

Others were quick to defend the popstar, urging others to ‘report’ any posts circulating the clips and insisting that Taylor’s most die-hard supporters would wait until the official album is released.

‘Tip: Turn Your Device’s Volume COMPLETELY OFF on Twitter for the NEXT 24 HRS and REPORT EVERY POST spamming about album leaks! We got this!’ one person wrote.

Another chimed in: ‘It’s not a Taylor Swift album release if you don’t have fake a** “Swifties” spreading leaks because they can’t wait one day to listen to the project… pathetic.’

A third wrote: ‘Please do not spread the leak of Taylor Swift’s new album. Remember, this is Taylor’s work, respect it, just like you would you favorite artist. Don’t punish the artist for how their fans behave.’

Other records she is likely to break upon the album’s release in various countries include tying with Jay-Z for the most #1 albums for a solo artist (14), if it goes number one on the Billboard Hot 100

In a handwritten note penned and distributed to various record stores across the country, Swift thanked the stores ‘from the bottom of’ her heart for ‘welcoming The Tortured Poets Department into’ their vinyl collection’ and life

Despite the possible leak, retailers, including some independent record stores, are keeping the album and vinyl versions tightly under wraps.

Indy CD & Vinyl, Indianapolis’ largest record shop, confirmed they had The Tortured Poets Department in stock, but did not release any spoilers.

‘There are a few surprises that we can’t tell you about (she’ll have us murdered with hammers in minutes after this post if we do) but rest assured the surprises are freaking cool!’ the business teased.

In a handwritten note penned and distributed to various record stores across the country, Swift thanked the stores ‘from the bottom of’ her heart for ‘welcoming The Tortured Poets Department into’ their vinyl collection’ and life.

‘It’s my goal to create a memento you’ll want to keep forever, and I hope you’ll feel that with every turn of the page of the lyric book, every secret thought poured into this work,’ she told readers.

The Blank Space hitmaker, who is dating NFL star Travis Kelce, concluded: ‘It’s an honor to be able to trust you with my feelings.’

In addition to being able to the album on Spotify or Apple Music, iHeartRadio will also be broadcasting The Tortured Poets Department in its entirety the moment it’s released on Thursday at 9:01 p.m. PT / 12:01 a.m. ET.

  • Taylor Swift’s ‘TTPD’ relationship breakdown: Songs about Joe Alwyn, Matty Healy and Travis Kelce

Taylor Swift’s ‘TTPD’ relationship breakdown: Songs about Joe Alwyn, Matty Healy and Travis Kelce

Taylor Swift’s “The Tortured Poets Department” has arrived two months after she surprised fans at the 2024 Grammys with the announcement of the album.

The global superstar previously described the project as a “lifeline” for her during a February concert in Melbourne, Australia.

“It sort of reminded me of why songwriting is something that actually gets me through life and I’ve never had an album where I’ve needed songwriting more than I needed it on ‘Tortured Poets,’” she explained.

Now, fans are busy decoding the lyrics of the project’s 16 songs — and theorizing who they may be about. Read on to discover which recent exes Swift may have referenced in “TTPD.”

    Joe Alwyn

“The Tortured Poets Department” was heavily influenced by Taylor Swift’s long-term relationship with her ex, Joe Alwyn.TheImageDirect.com00:0504:05EXPLORE MORE

The track on “TTPD” most likely to be about the actor is “So Long, London,” a heartbreaking tune about Swift saying goodbye to the British city she called her home for six years.

“I left all I knew you left me at the house by the heath,” the songstress croons in the heartbreaking lyrics, perhaps talking about how she moved from the US to Alwyn’s home country to live a quiet, private life with him.

    “Loml”

Swift and Alwyn, who began dating in early 2017, faced engagement rumors numerous times over the course of their long-term romance. However, the Grammy winner seemingly confirms on “Loml” that they never got past the stage of ideating about their future.

“You s–t talked me under the table / talking rings and talking cradles / I wish I could un-recall how we almost had it all,” the lyrics say.

“I Can Do It With a Broken Heart”

The “Anti-Hero” singer kicked off her Eras Tour in March 2023, just a few weeks before Page Six confirmed she and Alwyn had split.

While Swift seemed to be having a great time on stage, the lyrics of “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart” — a song about being secretly “miserable” — tell a different, more depressing story.

“Lights, camera bitch smile / even when you want to die,” Swift sings in the tune before adding a direct reference to her concerts: “All the pieces of me shattered as the crowd was chanting, ‘More!’”

They were notoriously private about their romance.GC Images

“The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived”

Swift sends a message to “the smallest man who lived” — likely Alwyn — on the 14th track of her new album, once again referencing how their split affected her in the months that followed.

“I don’t even want you back I just want to know / if rusting my sparkling summer was the goal,” one lyric reads. (The first leg of the Eras Tour spanned across the US from March to August 2023.)

    Matty Healy

Swift and Matty Healy were rumored to be an item during the spring of 2023 after she and Alwyn called it quits.TheImageDirect.com

    “The Tortured Poets Department”

Swifties believe the “Midnights” singer referenced Matty Healy — whom she never publicly dated but was caught kissing at New York City’s Casa Cipriani in May 2023 — in the title track of her album.

“You smoked then ate seven bars of chocolate / We declared Charlie Puth should be a bigger artist / I scratch your head you fall asleep / Like a tattooed golden retriever,” she sings.

The 1975 frontman is known to enjoy a cigarette, even during his shows, and has multiple tattoos. The 1975 also has a hit song titled “Chocolate.”

    “Guilty As Sin?”

While “Guilty As Sin?” could be about anyone, fans on X theorized the emotional cheating discussed in the song has to do with Healy.

Swift describes her sensual daydreams about another person as “fatal fantasies” and admits she and the unnamed person have “already done it” in her head.

Fans were vocal about their distaste for their relationship — which they never confirmed — due to the 1975 singer’s past controversies.GC Images

“What if he’s written ‘mine’ on my upper thigh only in my mind?” she croons at another point.

Fans seem to be enjoying the song, with one quipping, “If emotionally cheating with Matty gave us guilty as sin i say i forgive them.”

    “Down Bad”

“Down Bad” seems to be an emotional breakup song about Swift losing someone with whom she shared a “cosmic love.”

While the lyrics could be about a number of people from her past, fans believe they reference Healy because she describes her ex-lover as “hostile” and having “indecent exposures.”

While he has never been caught exposing himself to anyone, he has been involved in several controversial moments, such as when he made out with a security guard during a June 2023 performance and went on a racist podcast rant about Swift’s pal, rapper Ice Spice.

“I Can Fix Him (No Really I Can)”

Swift sings about dating a controversial man — possibly the “Oh Caroline” singer — as people protest in “I Can Fix Him (No Really I Can).”

“They shake their heads, saying, ‘God help her’ when I tell ‘em he’s my man,” she purrs before protesting, “But your good Lord doesn’t need to lift a finger / I can fix him, no really I can.”

    Travis Kelce

    “The Alchemy”

Swift didn’t start dating Travis Kelce until the summer of 2023, but their relationship was seemingly still referenced on her latest album.

What do you think? Post a comment.

In the song “The Alchemy,” the pop star makes several sports references about touchdowns, teams, warming benches, winning streaks and trophies that fans think prove it to be about the NFL tight end.

“The references to American football … welcome to your first song, travis,” one Swiftie tweeted on X, while another pointed out a lyric about “beer sticking to the floor,” which could be a nod to the pair’s love of the alcoholic beverage.

Taylor Swift sends secret message to Travis Kelce in So High School’s lyric video – after the NFL star seemingly confirmed love song was about him

Taylor Swift sent a sweet musical message to her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, in the lyric video for her her new track, So High School, off The Tortured Poets Department.

The 34-year-old Blank Space hitmaker gave a subtle shoutout to the Kanas City Chiefs star, also 34, by highlighting both their initials in the verses: ‘Cheeks pink in the twinkling lights/ tell me ’bout the first time you saw me,’ focusing on the T and K and the T and S.

Fans were quick to catch on to the implication.

‘At 0:43 the T and K in twinkling and T and S in lights are a light shade of pink. I think I might just cry now,’ wrote one observant follower.

‘THE FOOTBALL STADIUM LIGHTS, THE TS AND TK BEING A DIFFERENT COLOR, ALL THE K’S BEING CAPITALIZED OH TAYLOR SWIFT YOU ARE IN LOVEEEEEEEEEE,’ exclaimed an ardent fan.

‘This song is everything,’ wrote another. ‘I’m so grateful to Travis for healing her heart & clearly being the man she needs & deserves.’

In another part of the tune Swift sings ‘Are you gonna Marry, Kiss or Kill Me,’ referring to a 2016 appearance the tight end made on AfterBuzz TV.

During the interview when asked to choose between Swift, Ariana Grande and Katy Perry, the Kansas City Chiefs star, 34,

Kelce responded ‘Damn, that’s messed up. I don’t want to kill any of them.’

‘Ariana, sorry, love you, but you’re gone,’ he answered for the ‘Kill’.

‘And then Taylor Swift would be the kiss. And what’s the last one? Katy Perry? Yeah, Katy Perry would be the marry.’

The So High School lyrics continue, ‘It’s just a game, but really I’m betting on all three for us two.’

‘You know how to ball / I know Aristotle,’ goes another portion of the track.

‘Brand new, full throttle / Teach me while your bros play ‘Grand Theft Auto’ / It’s true, swear, scouts honor. You knew what you wanted and, boy, you got her.’

The 34-year-old Blank Space hitmaker gave a subtle shoutout to the Kanas City Chiefs star, also 34, by highlighting both their initials in the verses: ‘Cheeks pink in the twinkling lights/ tell me ’bout the first time you saw me,’ focusing on the T and K and the T and S

‘You can hear her smile singing this,’ wrote a fan.

Kelce seemed to confirm the song was about his romance with the Grammy winner when he and big brother Jason, 36, did impressions of their father Ed on their New Heights podcast after Swift sang ‘Do that impression of your dad again.’

‘Papa Kelce getting the shoutout is just [mind blowing]’ commented a fan.

On another track, The Alchemy, the singer and songwriter seemed to send up a signal about her man’s Super Bowl win (pictured on February 11 in Las Vegas)

Other lyrics, ‘Get my car door, isn’t that sweet? (That sweet) / Then pull me to the back sеat (Back seat),’ seemed to allude to the couple’s first public date in October 2023.

On another track, The Alchemy, the singer and songwriter seemed to send up a signal about her man’s Super Bowl win.

‘Cheers chanting ’cause they said / There was no chance / Trying to be the greatest in the league / Where’s the trophy?/ He just comes running over to me,’ she sang in the bridge of the song.

Then the chorus follows with ‘Touch down / Call the amateurs and cut them from the team / Ditch the clowns, get the crown, baby I’m the one to beat / ‘Cause the sign on your heart said it’s still reserved for me / Honestly, who are we to fight the alchemy?’

BREAKING NEWS Missing teen of Slack co-founder, found in van with man, 26, now facing kidnapping charges SPORTS ENTERTAINMENT Facebook Twitter Flipboard Email Copy Meet Kylie McDevitt Kelce, the wife of Eagles center Jason Kelce

Kylie McDevitt Kelce, the wife of Eagles center Jason Kelce, has played in her share of championship games, too.

In Kylie’s final two seasons at Cabrini University, a Division III institution located in Radnor, Pennsylvania, her field hockey team won the Colonial States Athletic Conference title for the third and fourth time in the program’s history. She was the CSAC’s rookie of the year in 2013 and a two-time first-team selection. Kylie even scored a career-high three goals in her final collegiate game — a loss in the 2016 NCAA tournament.

The latest championship game that Kylie will experience gets underway Sunday in Glendale, Arizona, where the Eagles will meet the Chiefs — and Kelce’s younger brother, Kanas City tight end Travis Kelce — in Super Bowl 2023.

Kylie and Kelce, 35, are a dating app success story who have been married since April 2018. Sunday will mark Kelce’s second Super Bowl appearance and the first since the pair tied the knot

Kylie’s attendance at State Farm Stadium will come with a unique twist, though. Given she’ll be 38 weeks pregnant with the couple’s third child, Kylie plans to bring her ob-gyn in case she gives birth mid-game, as Kelce shared on a recent episode of his “New Heights” podcast with Travis.

“That could be a super Kelce Bowl,” Kelce said. “If she has a baby in the stadium, it’s officially scripted.”

Travis replied laughing and added, “We’re in ‘The Matrix.’ There’s no f–-king way.”

Kylie and Kelce’s baby-to-be will join the couple’s daughters Elliotte, 23 months, and 3-year-old Wyatt. The family announced in a September 2022 Instagram post that they are expecting, with Elliotte and Wyatt wearing “Big Sister” T-shirts at Weaver’s Orchard in Morgantown, Pennsylvania.

Although there isn’t a known date for when Kylie and Kelce first got together, the pair has been linked via Instagram posts since at least 2015, according to GudStory.

Two years after she and Kelce reportedly got together, Kylie graduated from college in 2017, the spring when her field hockey eligibility expired. Though she is said to have coached high school field hockey, it’s unclear if she still coaches.

In the months following Kylie’s college graduation, the Eagles won their first Super Bowl after defeating the Patriots in February 2018. The couple added more rings to their personal collection later that year with their lavish nuptials at the Logan Hotel, according to Philadelphia Magazine, when Kylie and Kelce were accompanied down the aisle by Winnie, their 120-pound Irish Wolfhound.

When speaking to the outlet, the couple’s wedding photographer remarked how she started “crying hysterically” after hearing Kelce’s speech because she connected with the “underdog thing.”

“His whole mentality and his approach to life just really hit me hard,” Sarah Alderman, the photographer, said. “I thought, ‘This is my groom.’”

The Eagles aren’t exactly underdogs in Super Bowl 2023, but a win Sunday would help Kylie and Kelce write an exciting new chapter in their family’s story — as they wait for their family to grow again with the birth of their third child.

Besides the name Taylor itself, her song and album titles like Karma, Red and Midnight made the Top 10 list, as well as Travis and Kelce, in honor of her Super Bowl-winning boyfriend, according to user data compiled by pet insurance marketplace Pawlicy Advisor.

“I had searched Taylor-themed girl names and wasn’t getting anything I just loved, then it hit me — ‘Poet’ would be perfect,” said Bridget Colbert, who picked up her Mini Australian Labradoodle on April 10.

The mom of four daughters said their family’s new addition will help them get over not being able to attend the songstress’ current concert tour.

“Being able to afford that many attending the Eras Tour isn’t an option, the next best thing was a sweet pup,” Colbert, 40, who lives in Elizabeth City, NC, told The Post.

Heather Argrave got a new kitten on April 14 and named her “Willow,” after the lead single from Swift’s 2020 album “Evermore.”

“We receive what’s called ‘Good Samaritan’ animals. These are strays that people take the time to stop and pick up and bring to us for medical care,” said Argrave, 39.

“Willow came in covered in fleas and she was tied in a grocery bag and dumped. I immediately fell in love with her. And I named her Willow cause it’s one of my favorites [in Swift’s catalog].”

She is currently teaching Willow the lyrics to her namesake, which debuted at No. 1 on Billboard Hot 100 when it was released in December 2020.

“Every time we snuggle, I sing, ‘Head on the pillow I feel you sneaking in,’” Argrave explained.

“When I sing ‘Life is a willow,’ she will purr.”

Taylor Swift responds to reviews of her album The Tortured Poets Department after a reviewer requests anonymity due to harassment

Taylor Swift has responded to some of the positive reviews on her latest album, The Tortured Poets Department.

The Karma hitmaker, 34, took to her Instagram Stories on Sunday and reposted a number of reviews on her latest body of work, captioning each one with her own lyrics.

She shared a glowing review from Rolling Stone which summed up Swift on the album as ‘confused, bitter, raging, vulnerable, yet more gloriously chaotic than we’ve ever heard her before.’

The singer wrote on the post, ‘And that’s the closest I’ve come to my heart exploding.’ The line comes from track two, which bears the same name as the album, and Swift added two white heart emojis to it.

It comes after one magazine excluded a critic’s byline on a less-than-favorable review of the hitmaker’s new album over fears of harassment from Swift’s loyal fans.

The superstar also shared a five-star review from The Times, adding ‘These Chemicals hit me like white whine’ from her song The Alchemy.

Another positive review came from The Independent, with critic Helen Brown writing, ‘The whole album is a terrific reminder of the intense, personal connection Swift can conjure in song.’

‘She fills arenas and dominates the news agenda because listeners can relate to her starry dramas – her tales endow their own experiences with new electricity.’

Taylor re-posted it to her Stories adding the line, ‘Everyone we know understands why it’s meant to be’ — another one of her lyrics.

She also shared a five-star review from iNews, which called her new album a ‘unique record – and one of the star’s most emotionally poised.’

Swift added the lyrics, ‘I feel like laughing in the middle of practice’ to the review, from her love anthem to boyfriend Travis Kelce, 34, titled High School.

Meanwhile earlier in the day Paste Magazine cited safety reasons as the need for their review to be anonymous.

Writing on X (formerly known as Twitter) in an editor’s note, the publication stated, ‘There is no byline on this review due to how, in 2019 when Paste reviewed Lover, the writer was sent threats of violence from readers who disagree with the work.’

They ended the statement with, ‘We care more about the safety of our staff than a name attached to an article.’

She also shared a five-star review from iNews, which called her new album a ‘unique record – and one of the star’s most emotionally poised’

Although the negative review was not likely to dissuade any of the millions of people who have already listened to the album since it dropped early Friday morning, it does offer up a hefty dose of criticism and accuses the Grammy winner of being unable to not ‘infantilize the very people who buy into her music and drive her successes upwards in the first place.’

The review also asserts that TTPD’s ‘title track features some of Swift’s worst lyricism to date.’

The writer had praise for But Daddy I Love Him, saying it ‘really lends its hand to the knack for awe-striking, stand-still melodies that Swift has long shown she has a finesse for.’

Much of the article seemed to take issue with whether Swift could be tortured while living a billionaire’s lifestyle.

‘If Swift can return to one of her dozen beach houses across the world, kick up her feet and say “I’m a poet of struggle,” then who is to say that millions — maybe billions — of people with access to a notes app and a social media account won’t dream that dream, too?’ they asked.

Fans were furious that the writer would not stand behind their words.

‘Where is the alleged “review” of the actual album? This is just pure ragebait vomit lol,’ wrote one angry fans.

‘The opening line about Sylvia Plath taking her life isn’t quirky and is extra tasteless when you add the moral digs at Taylor’s jet usage considering the writer clearly does not care to be empathetic unless it’s time to tear down Taylor in a “music review.”‘ penned another.

‘We want real journalist back not this gossip article,’ declared a fan.

At least one reader seemed to appreciate the controversial column.

‘Amazing article, paste magazine!!! So glad true journalists are telling the truth and not being afraid of denouncing the devil,’ the wrote.

Paste magazine cited safety concerns as the reason for not revealing the reviewer’s name, explaining some Swifties had threatened violence following a bad review of 2019’s Lover

The Tortured Poets Department was an immediate hit with consumrs. It sold some 1.4 million copies on Friday and was as streamed on Spotify more than 300 million times in a single day. The single, Fortnight, featuring Post Malone also broke records

Despite scoring somewhat less-positive reviews than her last three albums, according to Metacritic, The Tortured Poets Department was an immediate hit with consumers.

It sold around 1.4 million copies on Friday and surpassed the record set by 1989 (Taylor’s version) to become her biggest US album to date.

The LP was streamed on Spotify more than 300 million times in a single day.

It became the first album to cross the 200 million and 300 million stream mark, according to the platform.

Fortnight, the first single featuring Post Malone, also broke records for the most streamed song in a single day.

Swift wrote ‘All’s Fair in Love and Poetry,’ but topping the charts while hanging out at one of her beach houses may be the best revenge after a bad review.

  • Travis and Jason Kelce’s Dad Says You’re Pronouncing Their Last Name Wrong

Travis and Jason Kelce’s Dad Says You’re Pronouncing Their Last Name Wrong

ALL EYES IN the NFL were on the Kelce family last year when Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce and his older brother, Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce, made history as the first brothers to ever play against each other in the Super Bowl, cheered on by their mother Donna and father Ed.

Travis has since ascended to a whole new level of fame thanks to his burgeoning romance with Taylor Swift, and is currently getting ready to defend his Super Bowl champion title with the Chiefs in Sunday’s game against the San Francisco 49ers.

But if he’s anything like his old man, he won’t let the fame and glory go to his head. Here’s what we know about Travis and Jason’s father, Ed Kelce.

He worked in the steel industry

Now retired, Ed had a career in steel, and even met wife-to-be Donna at a bar while covered in dirt from the steel lab. (The story goes that she’d dropped in on her way to meet another guy, got talking to Ed, and never made it to her date.) He eventually went on to work as a sales rep, selling products to steels manufacturers, and would take young Travis and Jason with him to instil them with the importance of hard work.

“I’d take them there — hard hat, safety glasses, boots, the whole nine yards,” he told the LA Times. “I’d tell them, ‘You can have a job like your mother’s, or you can have a job like mine.’”

Ed and Donna were married for 25 years

Travis and Jason’s parents stayed together for almost 25 years, and only divorced once both of their kids had graduated from college. In the 2023 documentary Kelce, Ed explained that they made the decision to prioritize their sons’ education and athletic aspirations.

“If we had split as we probably both would have preferred, that would have been a nightmare with the logistics,” he said, “getting kids where they had to be and providing all the support.”

Ten years after the divorce, Ed and Donna maintain a well-organized system for supporting their boys. “We each try to be at one of the games,” Ed told the LA Times prior to the Super Bowl. “Divide and conquer.”

He watched the 2023 Super Bowl from the stands

While Donna Kelce watched the historic “Kelce Bowl” from a luxury box at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona at the invitation of NFL commissioner Roger Goodell, Ed declined the offer. Instead, he opted to enjoy the game with his side of the family in the crowd.

“I’m a blue collar grunt,” he said. “I’m sitting in the stands.”

    He’s devoted to his grandkids

Jason Kelce has three daughters with his wife Kylie: Wyatt, Elliotte, and Bennett. In 2020, Ed relocated from Cleveland, where his sons grew up, to the Philadelphia suburbs, just one mile from Jason and Kylie’s farm, in order to be closer to his grandchildren.

You’ve been saying “Kelce” wrong this entire time.

During an episode of Travis and Jason’s podcast New Heights, Ed revealed that their family name is not supposed to be pronounced with two syllables, as has become the case. It should, he said, be simply “Kels.” He admitted, however, that he “got tired of correcting people” years ago, especially in the workplace.

That was my work name,” he continued. “And everybody at work (said) that and so I just said, ‘Fine, screw this.’” He added that other members of his family have also adopted the two-syllable “Kel-see,” and told his sons: “Do whatever you want, I did.”

Did Taylor Swift put Travis Kelce ‘on the map’? Pop star’s latest lyrics from ‘The Alchemy’ have Swifties cracking up as she pokes fun at her MASSIVE impact on Chiefs tight end’s popularity

Is Taylor Swift in on the joke about putting boyfriend Travis Kelce on the map?

The pop star gives an apparent nod to the TikTok gag in her latest song, ‘The Alchemy.’

‘This happens once every few lifetimes / These chemicals hit me like white wine,’ Swift says in the song. ‘What if I told you I’m back? / The hospital was a drag / Worst sleep I ever had.’

She continues: ‘I circled you on a map / I haven’t come around in so long / But I’m coming back so strong.’

In November, a couple on TikTok went viral after one of them was dressed as Taylor while the other was a map of the United States with Travis’ face on it, backing the singer’s claim that she’s the drive behind his fame.

Swifties have noticed references made about Travis Kelce in the Taylor’s hit ‘The Alchemist’

‘The Alchemist’ features in Taylor’s album ‘The Tortured Poets Department’ dropped in April

The Grammy Award winning artist and her NFL beau are supportive of each other’s careers

Already a two-time Super Bowl winner before they began dating prior to the 2023 NFL season, Kelce enjoyed a 400-percent boost in sales of his replica Kansas City Chiefs jersey over the last year.

Following his third Super Bowl win in February – a contest attended by Swift and punctuated with a post-game kiss on the field – fans are noticing several references about her new beau in the hit off The Tortured Poets Department.

Reacting to the lyrics on X, several Swifties shared: ‘Honestly who are we fight to fight The Alchemy?’

Meanwhile a fan account for the artist tweeted: ‘Why does the alchemy really sound like travy made it to the big game.’

Another fan wrote: ‘the alchemy has been stuck in my head all day.’

Travis, who hinted at another Swift song being about him in her new album, earlier this week, once addressed the running joke that he’s only famous as the popstar’s boyfriend in an episode of his ‘New Heights’ podcast from back in November.

‘And then ”on the map.” Putting, obviously my face on the map,’ Travis told his older brother, Jason, during the episode. ‘Shout-out to Taylor.’

Travis Kelce erupted in laughter at a costume idea shown on ‘New Heights’ Halloween episode

Earlier this week, Travis suggested that another song made by Taylor is about their romance

As their romance continues to go from strength to strength, Travis and Taylor have made sure to be supportive of each other’s careers. He has been spotted at several of Swift’s international destinations that were part of her Eras Tour, while she went to 13 of his NFL games.

Travis’ Chiefs games also seemed to inspire Swift in ‘The Alchemy.’

‘So when I touch down / Call the amateurs and cut’ em from the team,’ she sings in the song’s chorus. ‘Ditch the clowns, get the crown / Baby, I’m the one to beat / ‘Cause the sign on your heart / Said it’s still reserved for me.’

She adds: ‘These blokes warm the benches / We’ve been on a winning streak / He jokes that ”It’s heroin, but this time with an E.”’

Swift was in Las Vegas when Travis and his Chiefs teammates won their second straight Super Bowl in February, as she flew all the way from Tokyo, where she had been performing at the time.

After the team’s win, Swift and Travis celebrated on the field, kissing passionately in front of the cameras – another moment seemingly mentioned in ‘The Alchemy.’

‘Shirts off and your friends lift up over their heads / Beer stickin’ to the floor,’ she sings. ‘Cheers chanted ’cause they said / ”There was no chance trying to be the greatest in the league” / Where’s the trophy? He just comes running’ over to me.’

Taylor was at 13 of the Chiefs’ NFL games last season, including the Super Bowl win in Vegas

Over the weekend, Travis saw his popularity reach new heights, as he shared behind-the-scenes footage of his inclusion for ZenWTR’s upcoming commercial.

ESPN’s Pat McAfee also provided his take on the Chiefs star’s highly publicized romance with Swift, as he claimed that ‘two greats in love, that’s great for society.’

Swift even sent several NFL WAGS gifts to celebrate the launch of The Tortured Poets Department, including notes, a vinyl record and even sweatpants.

Fans of the Grammy Award winning artist are also suggesting that Swift aimed a dig at Formula One driver Fernando Alonso in her new album, as the singer was heavily linked with the Spaniard last year.
