Brittany Mahomes (literally) shined at last night’s Time100 Gala — and her red carpet moment was reminiscent of recent looks from Kim Kardashian and Real Housewives of New Jersey star Melissa Gorga.

The NFL WAG, 28, stepped out in a Sau Lee ensemble consisting of a crystal crop top, revealing her abs and rib tattoo. She paired the top with the brand’s floor-skimming skirt and accessorized with glittering Kwiat bracelets, rings and pendant earrings.

She posed on the red carpet alongside her husband, Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, who was honored as one of the 2024 TIME100 Most Influential People. The couple share two 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren, daughter Sterling Skye, 3, and son Patrick “Bronze” Lavon III, 16 months.

Patrick, 28, opted for an all-black tuxedo with no tie and some layered necklaces.

Paired with a draped skirt, the top was made from 50,000 freshwater pearls and 16,000 crystal pearls. The gown took one-dozen artisans 1,000 hours to craft.

The Gala’s theme honored the late designer Karl Lagerfeld. Kardashian told Vogue, “I wanted pearls. I thought, ‘What is more Karl?’ You know, the iconic Chanel pearls is what I always thought of. So we wanted to just be dripping in pearls.”

In an Instagram post from her boutique Envy by MG, it’s confirmed that Gorga was indeed wearing the same Sau Lee ensemble consisting of the Zahara style top and skirt, both of which are sold at Gorga’s Ridgewood, New Jersey store.

Gorga accessorized the look with a black purse, chunky rings and hoop earrings. She opted for a slicked-back ponytail that cascaded over her shoulder.

Mahomes is quickly becoming one-to-watch in fashion. Earlier this week, she stunned in a revealing orange bikini while enjoying a yacht with her friends in Mexico. Throughout the 2023-2024 NFL season, she wowed with her chic game-day style while supporting her husband.

Patrick and Brittany Mahomes are hitting the golf course with their kids for a good cause.

On April 28, Brittany, 28, shared a series of snaps on her Instagram Stories of the family attending their 15 and the Mahomies Foundation Vegas Golf Classic in support of the children’s charity.

In one sweet shot from the golf outing, the family of four posed for a photo on the course as Patrick, also 28, carried daughter Sterling Skye, 3, and son Patrick “Bronze” Lavon III, 16 months, in his arms. Meanwhile, Brittany smiled sweetly at her son.

“@patrickmahomes @15andmahomies,” Brittany wrote across the snap, which followed a photo of Patrick driving a golf cart while their daughter sat on his lap.

The former soccer star then shared another picture of the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback carrying both Sterling and Bronze in each arm while flashing a smile. “They love their dada,” the mother of two wrote across the photo.

Bronze was also captured sitting in the back of a golf cart while wearing a striped T-shirt and brown shorts.

The golf day was part of the charity’s gala at the Bellagio Hotel, with the couple being joined by Patrick’s teammate Travis Kelce and his girlfriend Taylor Swift, along with other current and former athletes for the evening. Kelce, 34, also played in the golf tournament.

Reflecting on the gala, Brittany captioned an Instagram post featuring photos of herself and Patrick attending the charity event, “Last night was Epic😍✨ if you were there, THANK YOU! Patrick also shared a highlight reel from the golf course in a joint Instagram post with the 15 and the Mahomies Foundation.

“The Tortured Poets Department” singer and the Kansas City Chiefs tight end were seen attending the 15 and Mahomies Foundation Golf Classic gala alongside Patrick and his wife, Brittany Mahomes.

In one video shared by an attendee, Swift and Kelce were seen looking “adorable” while Kelce took Swift’s hand and led her through the room full of chairs and tables.

Later on in the evening, Kelce got up on stage and surprised guests by announcing that his “significant other” was adding some tickets to her Eras Tour concerts as part of the live auction, per an Instagram Story shared by Sophia Romano.

“Alright, alright, alright, I think I was just talking to my significant other, and we might have one other alternate item that wasn’t on the docket. Um, has anybody heard of the Eras Tour?” he teased into the microphone while the crowd cheered.

LeBron James officially joins Boston Red Sox, Fenway Sports Group as part owner; FSG is valued at $7.35 billion

 

Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James officially has joined Fenway Sports Group, making him a part-owner of the Boston Red Sox.

Fenway Sports Group announced an investment into the company by RedBird Capital Partners. It puts Fenway Sports Group’s value at $7.35 billion. The Boston Globe’s Michael Silverman reported that it is a $750 million investment.

Red Sox president Sam Kennedy also became a Fenway Sports Group partner.

“As part of the overall transaction, LeBron James, Maverick Carter and their longtime business partner Paul Wachter will exchange a previously held interest in Liverpool Football Club and become part of FSG’s ownership group along with RedBird.” per the release.

“Working with Fenway Sports Group for the past decade has taught LeBron and me so much about the business on a global scale, and we’ve always believed it would lead to something bigger,” Carter said in the release. “We are proud to be part of this iconic ownership group and are excited about the opportunities that come with that to continue creating change and empowering people of every race, gender and background to be part of the process.”

Red Sox president Sam Kennedy was asked on MassLive.com’s The Fenway Rundown about James and Carter joining as part owners before the deal became official.

“We do have a partnership with LeBron and Maverick through Fenway Sports Management, have become business partners with them and built a friendship and a relationship over the past decade or so,” Kennedy said. “So if something were to come together, I would see them being very active and involved at the Fenway Sports Group level and helping us achieve our ambitions as a sports entertainment, media, real estate business that has global aspirations. We’ve got the Red Sox. We’ve got Liverpool. We’ve got real estate. New England Sports Network. Roush Fenway Racing. So I think you see us potentially expanding into other sports. And Maverick and LeBron are incredible business people. They have built great businesses. Obviously LeBron’s still playing and I think he has a long playing career in front of him.”

The house — along with the 7-acre land it stands on — has been Michael Jordan’s home since 1991, when he won his first of six NBA championships playing for the Chicago Bulls.

The legendary basketball player and his ex-wife, Juanita Vanoy, purchased the home in 2000 for $2 million. They spent a lot of money updating and personalizing the 9-bedroom house later on, adding things like a pool with a grass island in the middle of it.

After his divorce from Vanoy, Bulls player Michael Jordan opted to sell the two-story house they had shared.

He tried to sell his Highland Park mansion in 2012 for an outrageous $29 million, but no purchasers came forward.

A series of price reductions followed the initial listing of the property in 2012; by 2013, the New York Post reported that the price had dropped to $21 million. The following year, it was relisted for $16 million, and then another price cut occurred the following year.

Jordan has not budged on the price since it surpassed $14.8 million in 2015. We think we have figured out the meaning behind the statistics for the 14-time All-Star.

The listing price of the property (1,4,8,5,0,0,0) adds up to 23—Jordan’s basketball jersey number, which is also prominently displayed on the property gates.

Michael Jordan’s residence boasts a gourmet chef’s kitchen, a movie theater, and five fireplaces spread out throughout its three spacious floors.

As could be expected, the custom-built house features a basketball court that conforms to official NBA standards. In addition, Jordan added his personal touch to the cigar room, putting green, tennis court, and circular infinity pool.

The property also includes a three-bedroom guesthouse that has, no doubt, hosted its share of sports stars throughout the years.

Despite Jordan’s private nature, his Chicago-area home ended up playing a crucial part in the success of his team — and even inspired a new generation to strive for greatness.

The 56,000-square-foot building may be found in Highland Park, Illinois, which is 25 miles from Chicago.

Not only did Michael Jordan live in Highland Park, but so did Scottie Pippen, Toni Kukoc, B.J. Armstrong, and even general manager Jerry Krause because of how close it was to the Bulls’ practice facility in nearby Deerfield.

Since Jordan isn’t exactly strapped for cash (estimated at $3 billiоn), he’s not going to settle for less than what he feels his Chicago mansion is worth if he decides to sell it.

Even after he sells his Highland Park mansion, he won’t be without a large estate to call home.

Jordan has property all throughout the United States.

Two sizable homes in North Carolina, a state near and dear to his heart, were added to his portfolio. Although he now owns the NBA’s Charlotte Hornets, Jordan still considers the Tar Heel State to be his home because he spent his formative years there after moving with his family as a kid.

Michael has two homes in the Charlotte area. One is a six-bedroom lakefront mansion in Cornelius, North Carolina.

He was also well-known for having a vacation property in Utah, not far from the popular ski resort of Park City. His $7.5 million, four-acre mountain estate was carved into a hillside with views of the Glenwild Golf Course and the surrounding mountains. Since property sales are not public record in Utah (a non-disclosure state), we have no idea if Michael was successful in selling the home. The only thing we can sаy is that it is no longer available.

Local experts who have been keeping up with MJ’s house remodeling (he spent milliоns updating and modifying the property) sаy that the mansion he had built in 2013 now contains 11 bedrooms, a 2-story guard house, a guest house, a pool house, an athletic wing with a basketball court, and a workout facility.

The Los Angeles Lakers find themselves grappling with a challenging 0-3 NBA playoff series deficit against the Denver Nuggets, raising questions about the future of their lineup, including LeBron James and D’Angelo Russell.

Both players have lucrative player options for the next season, with James possibly commanding $51.4 million and Russell $18.7 million.

The relationship between Los Angeles Lakers head coach Darvin Ham and team star Anthony Davis seems to be rapidly deteriorating.

Following L.A.’s Game 2 loss to the Denver Nuggets in the first round of this year’s NBA Playoffs, Davis went to the media and publicly called out the coaching staff.

“We have stretches where we don’t know what we’re doing on both ends of the floor,” Davis said plainly.

Ham didn’t take kindly to that. He fired back at Davis the next day.

“I think sometimes the plays don’t turn out the way you think they should. The frustration sets in a little bit,” Ham said.

“I don’t think it’s, for us, not being organized. I have incredibly talented coaches all along my staff. … We pride ourselves on being highly efficient and organized. I’d just chalk that up to being frustrated. It’s an emotional game, the way it ended, so I’ll agree to disagree on that one.”

Big picture, the Nuggets have owned L.A. over the last few years. They have now beaten them 11 straight times.

Davis is right to be frustrated.

The coaching staff deserves a lot of blame.

Will Ham be able to survive this offseason and return to the Lakers as the team’s head coach next year? Time will tell.

Golden State Warriors star Draymond Green has never been one to bite his tongue.

A few years ago, he made headlines when he publicly called out Anthony Davis for not coming into the season in good shape.

This week, he decided to chide Davis once again – this time for being a whiny brat.

Over the past few days Davis has been engaged in a war of words with Lakers head coach, Darvin Ham.

Green took exception to their beef. He specifically didn’t like how whiny Davis has been acting.

“I was very disappointed in AD’s statement after the game,” Green noted.

“When he came out in Game 2 and said, ‘Sometimes we don’t know what we’re doing….’ I was disappointed in that. The reason I was disappointed in that is that, number one, Darvin Ham was a player, Darvin Ham was a black man, and to just throw him under the bus like that I didn’t like. I didn’t appreciate it, I didn’t respect it.”

It will be interesting to see what the fallout from all this is.

Clearly Davis and Ham are getting to a position where one of them may have to go this summer.

And the smart money is on it not being Davis.
