Retirement may not be imminent for LeBron James, but it might not be too far off either. All we know for sure is that it’s well and truly on his mind.

“I got a family,” James told ESPN. “I got a nine-year-old daughter. I got a son that’s in college, that’s deciding if he’s going to go to college or go pro. I got a son that’s about to be a senior in high school. I’ve missed a lot of family time and they’ve allowed me to do that and never put no pressure on me.

“That s— is important too. What more [is left]? I’ve done everything I can do. There’s nothing I haven’t accomplished in this league that I’ve wanted to accomplish. So like at some point you got to [hang it up].”

James reiterated his desire to be around family more during his post game press conference after the Lakers were eliminated from the playoffs on Monday.

But before he retires, he may get a little extra family time on the job, with The Athletic reporting the Lakers are now “very open” to drafting Bronny James this June.

In fact, the team is open to anything that will keep James in LA, according to the report, and that includes the maximum three-year, $164 million extension they can offer.

James was asked postgame if he had considered leaving the Lakers. In response, he paused and then said, “I’m not gonna answer that.”

Taylor Swift has broken records across all audio streaming platforms, achieving the highest number of streams for an album, song, and artist in a single day with the release of her 11th studio album, ‘The Tortured Poets Department’. The album received over 552.2 million streams on its release day.

Taylor’s album set a new benchmark as the most streamed pop album on Apple Music on its debut day and also secured the title of the most streamed album ever on Amazon Music on its initial day of release. According to an X post by Chartmasters.org, it averaged over 17.81 million streams per track.

Taylor Swift was seen sipping her own specialty cocktail dυring a recent oυting with boyfriend Travis Kelce and pals Patrick and Brittany Mahoмes.

Swift and Kelce, both 34, and a groυp of nearly 100 friends took over Easy’s Cocktail Loυnge at ARIA Resort &aмp; Casino in Las Vegas on Friday, April 26, according to a press release froм the establishмent.

Swift was seen sмiling and laυghing with Brittany, 28, while sipping on what she referred to as a “Tay-tini.” The drink, which Easy’s has since added to their collection of specialty cocktails, is Swift’s take on a cosмopolitan, with leмon instead of liмe jυice and a splash of peach schnapps.

The speakeasy’s press release also noted that Swift and Kelce arrived hand-in-hand and spent мυch of the evening at each other’s side. The coυple were in town to sυpport Patrick’s 15 and the Mahoмies Vegas Gold Classic charity aυction. They were seen packing on the PDA at the Satυrday, April 27, charity event.

The Milwaukee Bucks gained extra life with a commanding home victory led by Khris Middleton’s 29 points. They now look ahead to Game 6 on the road to finish the series.

 

On Tuesday night, the Milwaukee Bucks had every reason to triumph.

 

 

The pressure was equal as they took the court for what might have been their last game of the season. The Bucks were merely trying to buy some time, while the Indiana Pacers were trying to wrap up a series. More life was what they desired.

Milwaukee knew what it had to do after Damian Lillard and Giannis Antetokounmpo were sidelined. It would need to generate enough defensive vigor to contain one of the NBA’s best offenses in addition to scoring enough points to stay up with them.

 

Luckily, that is what transpired for every Bucks supporter in the arena.

With 29 points from Khris Middleton, Milwaukee managed to win at home and force a Game 6 away from home, losing 3-2. Tyrese Haliburton carried the bulk of the work for the Pacers, although 16 points isn’t exactly a high standard. The series was sent back to Indiana as Milwaukee won 115-92 thanks to a strong defense.

 

 

The Pacers quickly gained momentum, taking a four-point lead in the opening minutes of play after Brook Lopez gave the Bucks a head start with a driving dunk on the opening possession. After that, there was some back-and-forth, and Milwaukee entered the second quarter behind by eight points.

 

About midway through the second quarter, Middleton started to find the back of the net, which allowed the Bucks to narrow the deficit and reclaim the lead. The Pacers rallied, but Patrick Beverley showed that their attempts to overtake the lead were in vain when he scored a whirling basket on Haliburton to keep the Bucks up by five points at the half.

After Milwaukee lost control of the game in the third quarter, the home team’s performance improved significantly as Bobby Portis Jr. and middleton led the scoring with a combined 17 points to help open the game. When the last 12 minutes rolled around, Milwaukee had a 20-point lead.

 

And things for Indiana never improved.

 

Despite a brief spurt by the Pacers, the Bucks never let up in the fourth quarter, and Milwaukee was able to remove its starting in the last two minutes to effectively end the game and set up a Game 6 with a 115-92 victory.

 

 

The Bucks’ triumph in a postseason game while missing their two top players from the regular season making them the first team in NBA history to do it. Without both Lillard and Antetokounmpo, it was clearly difficult to upset the Pacers, but Milwaukee managed to find the additional spark they required.

Now that it’s back home, it can focus on creating a seventh game.

 

Its next game is scheduled for Thursday night at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, until then. The start time will be declared.
