Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James and his wife Savannah James were at the Kendrick show

Los Angeles rap icon Kendick Lamar held a show at the Kia Forum on Wednesday evening that included several West Coast music legends. Selling out the arena, Kendrick had several celebrities in the building who came together to celebrate Juneteenth and enjoy a great show.

There was also a sense that this show was a victory lap for Kendrick following his rap beef with Drake, as both artists appear to be finished dropping diss tracks. The consensus opinion, especially in Los Angeles, is that Kendrick won the battle, and this celebration at the Forum seemed to reflect that.

As previously mentioned, several big LA stars were in attendance, including Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James and his wife Savannah James:

While James is not from Los Angeles, he has spent the last six seasons playing for the Lakers, and has a great connection with the city. Other NBA stars were in attendance, including Los Angeles natives Russell Westbrook, DeMar DeRozan, and James Harden.

Westbrook and DeRozan joined Kendrick and others on stage for his final performance of “Not Like Us” which was his last and most popular song from the Drake beef.

Both Westbrook and DeRozan are Los Angeles basketball legends, who grew up and played their college ball in the city. For Westbrook, he spent time with the Lakers before joining the Clippers where he has spent the last two seasons.

This concert was a special moment for Los Angeles and the entire West Coast, as Kendrick put on a show.
