Jason Kelce and Saquon Barkley (via IMAGO)
Jason Kelce’s decision to retire may have been a bit premature. The center for the Philadelphia Eagles recently announced he is walking away from the game after spending 13 seasons in the city of Brotherly Love.
Well, just days after he announced his intent to retire, the Eagles have decided to go all in by making this one of their most productive off-seasons in recent history.
In addition to Saquon Barkley, C.J. Gardner-Johnson has returned to the team from the Detroit Lions and will strengthen the team. In light of these additions, Jason Kelce is feeling left out and cannot help but have second thoughts about his decision to walk away from the game.
The center revealed via the New Heights podcast that he is certain the team is going to do well in the upcoming season.
This is what I’m regretting. I knew when I retired that I was going to miss just an outstanding season for the Philadelphia Eagles. And it sucks, I want to be a part of this so bad.

Uh oh, does this mean fans will get to see Jason Kelce renege on his retirement decision? Will he pull a Tom Brady and announce that he intends to come back for one final season?
