Inside LeBron James’ new Beverly Hills mansion after demolishing the $37 million house, which includes 15 bedrooms, 2 gyms, 1 cinema room,…

LeBron James’ third Los Angeles home, a 13,000-square-foot house in Beverly Hills, closed this week. Just slightly less than the $39 million asking price, he paid $36.75 million.

Built in the 1930s, the land was previously owned by the estate. Widespread praise was bestowed to Lee Phillip Bell, who departed from this life earlier this year, for his work on the serial operas The Young and the Restless and The Bold and the Beautiful alongside the late William Bell. The home was once owned by actor Charles Boyer and Howard Hughes, who leased it to Hughes’s ex-lover Katharine Hepburn.

The home has a movie theater and tennis court in addition to four bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and two guesthouses. Situated on 2.5 acres, it offers views of both the Pacific Ocean and Beverly Hills. James is likely to tear down the house and build a large new mansion.

This is a great time to be a seller in Los Angeles. According to Zillow, the median property value rose by 7.4% a year ago. The company anticipates an extra 5.9% increase in the upcoming year.

Look below for an interior inspection of the property. If it stays upright for the time being, at least.
