Jason Kidd made headlines recently with his bold claims about Luka Doncic. After the Dallas Mavericks’ win over the Orlando Magic, Kidd showered Doncic with praise, comparing him to basketball legends Michael Jordan, LeBron James, and Kobe Bryant. However, Shaquille O’Neal respectfully disagreed, stating that it was too early in Doncic’s career to make such comparisons. O’Neal believes that Doncic is a great player but needs to surpass Stephen Curry before being in the same category as the mentioned legends. Jamal Crawford also agreed with O’Neal and expressed his faith in Doncic’s potential to become an all-time great. Crawford declared that Jordan is the greatest player of all time and urged people to stop comparing others to him. While Doncic has had a terrific career so far, it is premature to place him alongside Jordan, James, and Bryant.
