Hall of Famer Isiah Thomas recently revealed on Draymond Green’s The Volume-powered podcast that he regrets choosing Michael Jordan over Vince Carter to start in the 2003 All-Star game. Despite Carter being the rightful starter in his fourth All-Star appearance, Thomas favored MJ in his farewell season. Thomas also addressed the infamous handshake incident in the 1991 ECF, explaining that he now acknowledges it was unsportsmanlike. However, Bill Laimbeer remains unapologetic for not shaking hands with the Bulls, labeling them as “whiners.” The incident still sparks discussions after more than 30 years.
