LeBron James recently reached the 40k-point milestone in the NBA, a feat celebrated worldwide. However, Skip Bayless remained unmoved in his ranking of LBJ among the greatest NBA players. Bayless went on a rant after a fan inquired about moving LeBron up from the ninth spot on his list. Despite surpassing 40k points, Bayless reiterated his opinion that longevity does not equate to greatness. He firmly believes that Michael Jordan remains the GOAT and finds any comparison to LeBron disrespectful. Gilbert Arenas, on the other hand, praises LeBron’s achievement, highlighting the tendency to undervalue greatness while the player is active.
