Explore Bradley Beal’s $76.5M modern Venice mansion, where he and his beautiful wife raise their three children

The Phoenix Suns shooting guard Bradley Beal sold his lavish home in Venice, California, for $7.65 million. The five-bedroom house was built in 2020 and is larger than 8,000 square feet.

Making transitions off the court has become second nature to the high-scoring guard. In 2016, Beal paid $3.2 million for an enormous mansion in McLean, Virginia. The property in the Washington, DC area has a library, an exercise room, and a unique pool house in addition to 10-foot ceilings.

The stark black-and-white facade and the huge oak front entrance set the mood. The interior of the house has a smooth design that includes multiple seating areas with fireplaces, floor to ceiling windows, and Lutron lighting.

An elongated counter with seats, sophisticated black Miele appliances, and direct outside access are all hallmarks of a gourmet kitchen. Lunches can be served in the separate dining area or the breakfast nook, which has a TV section.

In the backyard, beyond the sliding glass doors, is a spa and pool with Amangiri-inspired cascades.

Furthermore, the lodgings are outstanding.

The main suite has a walk-in closet, a large living space, a balcony, and a modern marble fireplace. The en suite bathroom features a glass shower, a large vanity with many mirrors, and a uniquely constructed soaking tub.

This estate also features a comfy home theater, a large wine vault, and a wet bar. There’s also a full basement with separate guest quarters and a two-car garage.
