The incident happened in the second quarter of the game, 1:17 into the game, with the Bucks ahead 61-48 and on a double-digit run. Sexton was being guarded by the 29-year-old at the baseline, close to the Bucks bench. But Antetokounmpo fell as the 25-year-old guard suddenly lowered his shoulder to come close to his jaw.

Due of Antetokounmpo’s injury, Sexton and Beasley get into a heated argument.

The Georgian was observed making fun of the Greek after he collapsed to the ground and began to cry out in agony. When Malik Beasley observed something he didn’t like, he fled to confront Sexton on the other side of the court. The umpires gave both players technical fouls after forcing them to be separated by their respective squads.
