Unlocking Super Bowl 2024 End Zone Secrets: Dive into Our Bold Predictions for Touchdown Heroes from the Chiefs and 49ers!

Maintaining my annual tradition of predicting touchdown scorers for Super Bowl 58, I aim to build on the success of my selections from Super Bowl 57.

In that high-scoring showdown, I accurately foresaw both Eagles QB Jalen Hurts and Chiefs TE Travis Kelce finding the end zone, hitting two out of my three picks.

Now, with the highly anticipated Super Bowl 58 showdown set to take place at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas between the Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers, it’s time to reveal my top three selections for anytime touchdown scorers (ATTS) in this year’s grand event.

For deeper insights and comprehensive information on the Chiefs vs. 49ers matchup, including the early line and expert advice, read on.

1. Chiefs RB Isaiah Pacheco (-120)

My top choice from this lineup unquestionably goes to Pacheco.

The former Rutgers standout running back has truly flourished in his second NFL season, exhibiting remarkable improvement in his performance. He has racked up an impressive nine touchdowns, a significant leap from his five in 2022, and his receiving game has seen a tremendous boost with 44 receptions this season.

What makes Pacheco an even more enticing wager is his recent knack for finding the end zone. In the last three playoff games and six of his last seven regular-season matchups, the 24-year-old has consistently scored touchdowns.

One crucial factor is the 49ers’ vulnerability in containing the running game this postseason. After allowing Aaron Jones of the Packers to rush for 108 yards in the Divisional Round, San Francisco’s defense struggled again, conceding a whopping 182 rushing yards on 29 carries to the Lions in the NFC Championship.

To make matters worse, Detroit managed to score three rushing touchdowns in that game.

While the odds may not be the most favorable, I recommend securing this bet early and wagering on Pacheco to score a touchdown in his second consecutive Super Bowl appearance.

Currently, Bet365 offers the best available odds for Pacheco at -120, meaning you would need to bet $120 to win $100 if he finds the end zone in Super Bowl 58.

2. Chiefs WR Rashee Rice (+150)

I delved into extensive detail on Tuesday regarding why I believe Rice is worth considering for Super Bowl MVP at 70/1 (+7000) odds.

The sensational rookie wide receiver is one of only three players (Pacheco and Kelce) to score for the Chiefs in these playoffs.

Rice also joins Kelce as one of the only players for Kansas City with 20+ catches and at least 25 targets. The next highest is second-string tight end Noah Gray, who has six catches on nine targets.

Just like the 49ers were vulnerable on the ground, their defense also allowed success to the Lions’ top passing options.

Wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown amassed 87 receiving yards on seven catches, and tight end Sam LaPorta finished with a team-high nine receptions and 97 yards.

There might be a surprise Chiefs player like Marquez Valdes-Scantling or Justin Watson who scores, but I’m confident that Patrick Mahomes will look Rice’s way, potentially for a deep-ball touchdown or in the red zone.

The best option to bet on Rice scoring a touchdown is currently at +150 on PointsBet.

3. 49ers TE George Kittle (+185)

Switching to the 49ers’ side, running back Christian McCaffrey is out of consideration due to his hefty price tag of -210 (Bet $210 to win $100).

When examining the options, three players are closely grouped, with wide receivers Brandon Aiyuk (+162) and Deebo Samuel (+175), followed by tight end George Kittle at +185 (Bet $100 to win $185).

One of these offensive weapons is bound to score in Super Bowl 58, and my pick is Kittle.

While he had only two catches for 27 yards in the NFC title game, Kittle did most of his damage the previous weekend when he tallied four catches for 81 yards.

The five-time Pro-Bowler scored the team’s opening touchdown in San Francisco’s 24-21 comeback win over the Packers.

However, Kittle has never been known for prolific touchdown production, except for his career-high 11 scores in 2022.

In my view, this is the riskiest or least likely outcome among this group for Super Bowl 58. Nevertheless, facing the formidable Chiefs defense, one of these top 49ers targets is bound to score, and my preferred bet with the longest odds is on Kittle.

FanDuel Sportsbook is the place to wager on Kittle scoring, as he currently stands at +185 on the board.
