Fans eagerly expecting the grand release of her eleventh studio album erupted in delight at the tenderness of the lyrics.

Her Instagram story, which included a link to her album’s pre-order options, captured a heartbreaking retro vibe. A typewriter, extending the album’s already-present monochrome, gloomy aesthetics, typed out the following lyrics;

Swifties quickly drove their attention to their beloved artist and lauded her “iconic” marketing move. “Mother set this eclipse upp OMGG,” commented one of her fans on X (formerly Twitter).
