The biggest star of the Kansas City Chiefs vs. Buffalo Bills matchup in the divisional round this past weekend wasn’t anyone on the field or even Taylor Swift.

Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce, the brother of Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, ended up garnering the most attention from the broadcast crew and social media watchers alike after he was seen tailgating with Bills fans before the game and then taking his shirt off while watching the game from his suite.

Kylie Kelce, Jason’s wife, explained to ABC’s “Good Morning America” that the Eagles player told her he planned to enjoy every aspect of going to a Bills game, including the pre-game shenanigans.

“He wanted to get the full Bills experience,” Kelce said. “He desperately wanted to go through a table. It was on his checklist for the day.”

Ultimately, Kelce said her husband wasn’t successful in finding a table to jump through before the game so he hold her he planned to take his shirt off and jump out of the suite during the game as a back-up move.

That sparked a series of viral social media moments that included him interacting with fans outside of his suite.

Kelce’s immediate future is likely to watch his brother play in the AFC title game against the Baltimore Ravens, but his 2024 future remains in doubt after rumors of his retirement surfaced after the Eagles lost in the NFC Wild Card round.

Kelce denied those rumors and said his plans will be announced on his own time.

For now, though, Kelce is enjoying being a spectator.
