Patrick and Brittany Mahomes’ 1-year-old son, Bronze, plays basketball on at-home court inside Kansas City mansion

Patrick Mahomes’ son is already taking after his athletic talents.

Brittany Mahomes, who is married to the Kansas City Chiefs’ quarterback, shared a video of the pair’s 1-year-old son, Bronze, attempting to shoot hoops on their at-home basketball court Tuesday.

In the video, which she posted to her Instagram Story, the little one sat on the floor while trying to launch small, rubber balls into the basket.

However, each time Bronze picked up the ball and reached toward the hoop, he accidentally dropped the ball, often falling on his side in unison.

“Good try Bronze!” Brittany yelled in the video, while chuckling to herself.

“Poor bud knows where the ball goes  just doesn’t know how to get it there ,” she wrote atop the clip.

When the Mahomes duo, who also share daughter Sterling Skye, almost 3, aren’t using the court for sporting purposes, it makes the perfect easy-to-clean event space.

Last November, the couple turned the basketball court into a football field for Bronze’s 1st birthday party — which they coined “Bronze’s 1st Down.”

They completely transformed the space by covering the hardwood floors with faux green turf, tiny tables fit for toddlers, balloon arches and lots of football-themed decor.

Partygoers had plenty of fun activities to choose from, including a ball pit, a bounce house, a foam finger station and what appeared to be an obstacle course.

Despite having a custom 50-yard football field in their backyard, the pair seemingly decided it was best to host the event indoors due to the frigid Kansas City weather.

The full basketball court sits inside the Mahomes’ palatial estate, which was finished around February 2023.

The couple, who are high school sweethearts, purchased the eight-acre lot for $400,000 around the same time that Patrick signed a 10-year, $450 million contract with the Chiefs.

The home, which they built from the ground up, features the indoor sports court, a state-of-the-art home gym, a movie theater and, of course, a trophy case — which the NFL star has a chance to add to on Feb. 11.

The couple made the most of their massive piece of land by also installing a huge pool and hot tub, a private pond and a par-3 golf hole.

Despite walking a camera crew through the then-unfinished home on Netflix’s “Quarterback” last year, the Mahomes have since shied away from showing the completed estate on social media.
