The 30K-square-foot compound marked the second most expensive real estate deal in the country – after a $238M apartment in Central Park South in Midtown Manhattan bought by hedge fund giant Ken Griffin in 2019.

The Break My Soul hitmaker and the Roc Nation rap mogul’s seaside estate is located on an eight-acre bluff that overlooks the Pacific Ocean in the Paradise Cove area nicknamed Billionaires’ Row.

Despite paying the jaw-dropping price, the A-listers actually got a deal on the home, which was first listed for a hefty $295M.

Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s L-shaped compound features vast concrete hallways as well as floor-to-ceiling glass panels as shown in photos taken by Morley Construction.

The expansive backyard boasts a pool and ends with a cliff that overlooks the beach.

The home, built with high concrete walls and offering plenty of space, was designed by Japanese master architect Tadao Ando, who is also working on disgraced rapper Kanye West’s Malibu home.
