A Tesla Cybertruck owner recently stumbled upon the fact that Elon Musk’s promises were not true. Earlier this week, a Tesla Cybertruck was found submerged in water in Ventura Harbor, California.

A Tesla engineer was also present at the scene, Edhat reported , and through inspections confirmed that the electric pickup truck could be towed away without any concerns about secondary problems with the battery or electrical system.
