Cameron, who isn’t an MP but is able to serve in the Cabinet as a Lord, was snapped in a video by music fan Holly Mcdonald, who watched the history-making gig from the luxury of a box.
Inside the box, which was hosted by energy company Equans, Holly took a selfie with the former Prime Minister, writing: ‘POV: David Cameron is sat next to you at Eras Tour’.
She added that his favourite song was Love Story – which Taylor wrote as a teenager for her Grammy-winning album Fearless.
Equans confirmed to MailOnline Lord Cameron was not a guest in their box, but may have sitting in an adjacent one.

Lord Cameron wasn’t the only senior politician attending the Eras Tour.
Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer posted a picture from the first of her three nights in London with his little-seen wife Victoria, who attended along with their two teenage children.
And he could not resist talking about it to schoolchildren during an election visit in Kettering this morning.
‘It was fantastic. I went with my wife and my children and I learned something there,’ he said.
‘I learned that my 13-and-a-half year old daughter knows every single word of every single song of every single album of Taylor Swift and she sang them all throughout the entire three hours we were there.’
‘It was fantastic I have to say it was a great concert.’
Meanwhile, Rishi Sunak is believed to have attended a concert in Los Angeles as the singer completed the first US leg of her record-breaking ‘Eras’ tour last year.

Labour leader Sir Keir shared a photograph of himself and Victoria at the stadium on social media site X, formerly Twitter.
”Swift’ campaign pitstop,’ the image was captioned.
The Labour manifesto, entitled Change, shares its name with a song from Swift’s 2008 album Fearless, and Sir Keir has claimed it is his favourite song.
Meanwhile, London Mayor Sadiq Khan – also a self-confessed Swiftie – issued a new Taylor Swift-themed tube map for London with lines named after her albums and stations named after her songs.
TfL released the reimagined map to mark the pop megastars arrival in the capital city for her sold out Eras Tour.
Each tube line on the map has been named after one of Swift’s 11 albums and is represented by rows of gems in coordinating colours.
The stations have been named after tracks from the albums with large heart shaped gems added to represent locations with connections to Swift for fans to visit, including Wembley Stadium and Hackney.

London is hosting more Eras Tour performances than any other city in the world, with 720,000 people attending over eight nights.
The eight sold out shows at Wembley are predicted to bring a £300million boost to the London economy.
Former Prime Minister Liz Truss is also a Swiftie snapping a picture with the 14-time Grammy winner at the Baftas in 2019.
She added the caption: ‘I’m sorry, the old Liz Truss can’t come to the phone right now…..because she’s with @taylorswift13,’ in reference to her hit Look What You Made Me Do.
The political elite weren’t the only ones shaking it off. The Prince of Wales was spotted quite literally shaking it off as he watched the singer perform live, before gathering Prince George and Princess Charlotte backstage for a selfie with Taylor and Travis Kelce.
Meanwhile, Zara and Mike Tindall watched alongside close pals Natalie Pinkham and Holly Branson, and Princess Beatrice‘s husband, Edo Mapelli Mozzi was also in attendance, not to mention Greek royalty.
