As the NBA season is over, most of the stars are seen spending their summer vacations lavishly. On Wednesday night, many gathered in Los Angeles to enjoy the beats of Kendrick Lamar in his “Pop Out and Show” concert. While some of them joined the hip-hopper on the stage, others preferred rapping from the side, but Kawhi Leonard laid low to seemingly smoke a joint.

Yes, the Clippers forward was caught on camera covering his joint and taking puffs from it. Someone from the audience captured the video and posted it on social media. Now, videos like these do not take much to get circulated. So, it soon reached the NBA fans in every corner, and they went wild in the comment section.

Giving a hilarious name to the 32-year-old, a fan wrote, “KawHigh Leonard”.

Whereas another fan added, “Let him enjoy, obviously he tried to do it lowkey”.

Taking a dig at his NBA career, some commented, “bro never works and gets high true idol of mine”.

Another fan suggested the excuse to state if the video reaches the league’s commissioner, “For pain management, if Adam Silver asks”.

While a fan wrote, “He went to San Diego State…he grew up in the Inland Empire…Kawhi has either been around it or smoked it all his life. Let him have his fun.”

The season hasn’t been a memorable one for Kawhi Leonard as he missed a chunk of the playoff games due to his injury. As he is yet to fully recover from it, his future with the USA remains uncertain.

Kawhi Leonard’s Future Remains in Doubt

Kawhi Leonard had the golden opportunity to play in the star-loaded USA team for the 2024 Paris Olympics. However, his slow recovery from his knee injury could crush his dream.

Kawhi picked up the injury while going up against the Mavericks. The Clippers didn’t survive in the series without him and soon got eliminated. As for the veteran forward, there has been no confirmation about his speedy recovery. In a time like this, the USA Team is looking for his replacement, as per Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN, but nothing is certain.

The team members have to join the training camp early next month, so Kawhi doesn’t have much time left if he wants to represent the country in the Olympics.
