Damian Lillard is chilling in his post-season vacation following a decent personal season with the Bucks following his move from the Trail Blazers last summer. With no game time, Dame Time is limited to indoor activities with sporadic personal training. Lillard maintains an active social media presence and is often seen giving his views on all things happening or sharing memes, as he did recently.

In a recently shared video by “Rap Box,” a couple plays a name game with the female saying their name and the male replying with the correct surname. After naming LeBron James, Chris Paul, Travis Scott, and Justin Timberlake, the woman in the video called the name Mia.

Surprisingly, their kid answered it, and it was a shocking one. The kid, aged not more than 10, answered Khalifa, to which his parents were astonished. Damian Lillard shared the video on his IG story with multiple laughing emojis.

Since his trade last summer, Lillard has had difficulty adapting to life in Milwaukee. In his debut season, the guard averaged 24.3 points, seven assists, and 4.4 rebounds in 73 regular season games. In the four post-season games, Lillard averaged 31.3 points, but after an injury to Giannis Antetokounmpo, the Bucks’ championship bid fizzled out with a first-round exit.

Damian Lillard could explode into his best next season. But if he repeats his actions from last year, it might be troublesome.

Damian Lillard Came to Training Out of Shape

Recently, during an episode of the Bill Simmons Podcast, Bucks HC Doc Rivers shed light on Damian Lillard’s troubles last season.

Rivers said, “We were at dinner, and he said, ‘Coach, I didn’t work out all summer. It’s the first time in my life that I’ve not worked out. I was so scared of getting injured working out.’ He knew he was gonna get traded.”

The uncertainty around his future at the Portland franchise left the NBA All-Star MVP reasonably worried. The lack of exercise took a toll on his body, and he reported to the Bucks training out of shape.

However, he soon regained fitness and grew accustomed to playing alongside Giannis. The Freak Time duo is the franchise’s biggest hope in its championship chase, and indeed, their chemistry will be better next season, which can only worry the Eastern Conference opponents.
