Travis Kelce and his brother Jason Attend the Cleveland Cavaliers game on Kelce Brothers Bobblehead Night
The Kelce brothers were hometown heroes during Tuesday night’s Cleveland Cavaliers game!
Travis, 34, and Jason, 36, were honored guests at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse during the NBA club’s Kelce Brothers bobblehead night. Attendees of the game against the Boston Celtics received a special bobblehead of the brothers donning their iconic Cleveland jerseys.
The Cavaliers uploaded a video featuring the brothers promoting the bobblehead dolls. Jason commented, “I look way better than I was expecting,” while Travis questioned the lack of a chain around his doll’s neck.
Before the game, the Cleveland Heights residents were honored. Jason got a framed Cavaliers jersey with his number 62 on it.
The Kelce-themed evening was announced shortly after Travis’s reaction to Cleveland’s Max Strus’ buzzer-beating game-winning shot on February 27 went viral on X (now known as Twitter).
Jasоn and Travis have links to Northeast Ohio and the Cavaliers that date back a long time. They both attended Cleveland Heights High School, and in May 2018, they were admitted to the Distinguished Alumni Hall оf Fame.In celebration of the brothers’ Cleveland ties, the Cavaliers are donating money to Heights Schools Foundation Initiatives, a project that Jason and Travis both care about.
Their evening at the NBA game coincides with Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour stop in Singapore, and it comes the day after Jason gave an emotional statement announcing his 13-year NFL retirement.
The beloved Philadelphia Eagles center, who thanked Travis and others for supporting his football dreams, battled back tears to finish his words.Speaking of his brother, Jason discussed their early sporting days together and the joy they felt when one got chosen for the NFL.
“Our family isn’t big. One aunt, one uncle, and no cousins. “Actually, it was my brother and I our entire lives,” Jason stated. “We did almost everything together — competed, fought, laughed, cried and learned from each other.”
He recalls “inventing games” with Travis, saying the two of them “imagined” themselves as NFL “star players” in the future. “We wоn cоuntless Super Bоwls in оur minԀs befоre ever leаving tҺe Һоuse,” he said.
Jason put it this way: “It made me stronger, tougher, smarter, and taught me the values of cooperation, loyalty, patience, and understanding.” regarding Travis’s
