According to TMZ, the basketball icon listed the opulent home for sale in March, six years after he had made the purchase.

James has three properties in Los Angeles, including the Brentwood property.

With a £110 million, four-year contract and endorsement deals worth £46 million annually, LA Lakers star James is the richest player in the NBA. He purchased the property in 2015 while playing for the Cleveland Cavaliers for slightly over £15 million.

Renowned architect Ken Ungar designed it, and it was constructed in 2011.

Furthermore, the home is undoubtedly an opulent piece of real estate.

With SIX bedrooms, it is an enormous 9.350 square feet in size.
