Lаrѕа Pіррen’s 3 Wordѕ Show Hіnt of Regret аѕ Sасrifiсe For Mісhael Jordаn’ѕ Son Slowly Beсomeѕ Reаlіty

Back in 2022, there were merely rumors of Larsa Pippen dating Michael Jordan’s son Marcus. Fast forward to 2024, and the two are planning to move in together. According to reports, the duo is looking for a new abode. However, as that milestone moment in their relationship draws closer, the Real Housewives of Miami star expressed sadness over one thing.

The actress took a trip down memory lane by posting a two-year-old video on her Instagram Story, showcasing her former residence with ex-husband Scottie Pippen. With the clip, she wrote, Miss my house.” The featured property was none other than the waterfront mansion located at 2571 Del Lago Drive, known as Villa Del Lago, nestled in the Harbor Beach community of Ft. Lauderdale.

Originally acquired by Pippen for $1.3 million in 2000, this expansive 6-bedroom home spans an impressive 13,500 square feet. Notably, it boasts 215 feet of frontage along the Intracoastal Waterway, complemented by a substantial 230-foot-deep water dock capable of accommodating superyachts. While living there, Larsa Pippen upgraded the penthouse to her liking. Having been featured extensively on the Real Housewives of Miami, it reportedly features five swimming pools, a boxing studio and fitness center, a game room, as well as a recording studio, as per TMZ.

The house holds sentimental value for the actress, which is evident in her heartfelt Instagram post reflecting on the cherished memories associated with the grandeur of Villa Del Lago. But now, as she gets ready to take the next step in her relationship with Marcus Jordan, having made the sacrifice to leave the house she once called home behind, what will happen to the Miami abode?

Is Larsa Pippen selling her penthouse?

Two years after selling her lavish house in Florida, Pippen is on the hunt for a new home to share with the son of the Chicago Bulls legend Michael Jordan. The actress also recently listed her Miami penthouse for $4.2 million, hinting at a new shift to the fans.

The mother of four approached the same real estate agent for her new house as she did for the sale of her house in Florida. In a recent reel shared by the agent, Larsa, accompanied by her children Sophia and Preston, explored a lavish property in North Miami Beach. This expansive residence spans 7,000 square feet and is priced at a hefty $8.45 million. Do you think Larsa and Marcus might move into this new space, given their keen interest and the ongoing progress of their relationship?
