The Los Angeles property was offered for $39 million, but James purchased it in 2020.

An original 1930s four-bedroom house occupied the 2.5 acre lot.

With two independent guesthouses, seven fireplaces, eight baths, a tennis court, a movie theater, a swimming pool, and a pool house, it was quite the property.

Although the house offered breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and Beverly Hills, James had other ideas about how to use it.

Walls are beginning to rise on the construction site of LeBron’s new Los Angeles estate, suggesting that the foundations are almost finished.

Part of the mansion looks to be going over the slope, while pillars and retaining walls can also be seen throughout the site.

This new mansion will be the icing on James’ already outstanding real estate empire.

He bought a $23 million estate in Brentwood, California, in 2017, and it is currently his property.

His main home is a 16,000 square foot house with eight bedrooms and eleven bathrooms.

A movie theater, wine cellar, cigar room, and spa featuring a steam room, sauna, and massage room are among the amenities of the home.

It is reasonable to assume that the mansion James is building will include features that are comparable to those of the Brentwood mansion.

In addition, James owns a $9 million house in Ohio that he purchased in 2003 while he was a member of the Cleveland Cavaliers.

In addition to a movie theater, barbershop, recording studio, and aquarium, the house has a two-lane bowling alley.

James will presumably live in this enormous Beverly Hills property when he retires in the near future, so it will definitely have all the amenities he could possibly need.

With one year remaining on his deal, the 39-year-old is currently playing in his 21st NBA season.
